Margarita’s place looked even better than the pictures, the outdoor space was amazing. It was spring break when I went, so the bars down the street were very loud all night long, but it is what was expected. Margarita was very communicative and helpful, can’t beat the location.

Great value for money. Cesar is a responsive host with the place having the basic amenities needed for a place to stay when you're spending all your time exploring outside, not for lounging. The space can hold 2 people and the neighborhood was in a convenient location, was quiet and felt safe.

I love the place, matches description! Perfect 2bed 1 bath and great entertainment space. Easy access into the apartment, very friendly cat ! Very cute! Hot water and WiFi works great. Churches chicken right around the corner!! Very good quick food! I would stay here again for my next trip!

Reyna's home was the perfect landing spot for my family of five. Even though we were unfamiliar with the area, we felt completely safe in the apartment. Mami was a gem too - a meaningful presence!

The apartment is impressive—spacious and stylish! The location is unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk to a fantastic beach. Having beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella is a major advantage for a short getaway. It's also just a 30-minute stroll to the old city along a safe and picturesque sidewalk. The kitchen is fully equipped, and Axial responds promptly to any questions we had. Thank you for an outstanding experience. We will definitely be back!

Andrés fue súper amable en todo momento, nos recibió con amenities y tuvo total flexibilidad para el check in y el check out. Nos envió con anticipación instrucciones claras para ingresar, parquear y gestionar los residuos. Su apartamento es muy amplio y reluciente. Limpieza 10/10, lo cual hace que uno se sienta cómodo y como en casa. Las habitaciones son amplias, así como las zonas comunes y de lavado. Tiene un balcón agradable para tomarse unas medallas. Lo único que diría no es ideal es que es un 4to piso sin ascensor. Sin embargo, esto está claro en la publicación del apartamento, por lo que no fue una sorpresa para nosotros. Gracias Andrés por hacer de nuestra visita a San Juan una gran experiencia! Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí en nuestra próxima visita!

Amazing and unique spot to hang in San Juan great views and beautiful architecture. The roof top was the coolest spot to just hang out and soak in the sun will definitely be renting again

Agustina was incredibly helpful and responsive, the house was clean spacious and beautiful and we had no problems!

This was an amazing experience, I felt right at home and it was very roomy with me and my 3 kids and my niece. The hosts were very responsive when I needed to ask a question which is a plus. Will definitely book again in the future !

Our group had a great stay! Location felt safe and was super close walk to many restaurants and beautiful local beach. Damon was very responsive to any question we had. The front patio was the best and house was very cozy and comfortable.

JB was a great host: very responsive and helpful. The home is in a gated community which is easy to enter and exit any time. Plenty of space, staying in the entire second floor, three bedrooms, nice upper floor covered porch with string lights. Very happy with my stay!

We had such a nice peaceful week. The house was so nice, great a/c, plush towels, good water pressure, comfortable beds and sofa. Peace of mind knowing there’s back up electricity by solar & batteries. Loved the deck used it in the early mornings to do my exercise. Washer & dryer is a great bonus. Kitchen was well stocked with even an ice maker. When Kelvin came to help with our flat tire other neighbors joined in to help too. Very quiet neighborhood!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Carlas was super responsive, friendly, and provided everything we needed! We were a group of 8 staying for a week, so we did need to do laundry at the laundromat on the corner, but other than that, Carlas provided everything and was super responsive with our questions! It's exactly what is described, a wonderful little place. The only negative, no fault of the sponsor, is it's noisy, all the time. If you want peaceful and quiet, especially at night this might not be the place. But if noise doesn't bother you (dogs, ducks, roosters, people, cars etc.) then I recommend it. Also, the small streets are super hard to navigate around there (also no fault of the sponsor), otherwise this is a great little find.

Great location—close to lots of great restaurants and more importantly, the beach! The bed was big and the apartment has the bare minimum. It could use a few more cooking tools. I had to purchase food that either required minimum cooking or just to heat up. I was working remotely, and the internet was strong during most of my meetings. If you don’t need much, this apartment is perfect!

It was worth every penny very reliable, very convenient minutes from most attractions and countless bars and restaurants. Great host and great location. The host was very welcoming, very helpful and attentive! I can’t wait for my next stay in Puerto Rico I’m staying in the same location!

I had a great time at Carmen and Mario’s. It’s a peaceful place with a beautiful private patio and a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to a beautiful beach or a quick drive. The community is gated and safe and easy to navigate. There are a lot of great beaches in the area to explore like Cerro Gordo, Mar Chiquita, Las Palmas, Cueva de las Golondrinas, Playa La Esperanza, La Poza del Obispo and Crash Boat. The apartment is well equipped and the air conditioning is excellent. I ended up extending my trip to stay longer, and stayed for over two months. Carmen and Mario were very friendly and went out of their way to help me feel comfortable. I look forward to going back again.

Ray was great! Due to a power outage, our AC went out and Ray was on it within minutes! Very helpful and responsive!

Me and my partner enjoyed our stay. We love the nightlife. I would recommend this place for anyone that wants to be outside every night to get drinks and the vibe from the music. Also I felt very safe at Javier place I love the security that building has. Definitely would book a stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay here <3

Great place to stay while in Dorado. Much nicer than a regular hotel room, the layout of the unit was great with the bedrooms separated by the living area. The view from each balcony was calming, good place to enjoy you morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We were able to travel to the East and West side of the island being centrally located. The local beaches were all beautiful. The unit is on the beach so you can enjoy both the shoreline and the pool. Miguel was very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Puerto Rico.
