We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

We booked Nikki’s apartment last minute after we arrived in Penang and had an issue with our existing Airbnb booking. We couldn’t be more grateful for her help and when we arrived her apartment was exactly what we needed. Clean, comfortable and loads of space for our family of 4 plus some snacks to get us started. The pool on site is great and there are great restaurants and a grocery store in the complex which we found really useful. We were worried about not being in the heart of George Town but for us having a quiet spot to retreat to was ideal with a young family and cabs were an easy option for getting around. There was a real sense of community amongst the people we met in the area too. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to those wanting to enjoy the delights of Penang.

We enjoyed our stay at Straitsquay. The Suite was clean and the bed very comfortable. We went swimming every day in one of the 3 Pools in the Complex. The Supermarket is very near and lots of international restaurants downstairs. Our Host - Johnson was very reliable, helpful and kind.

I really really enjoyed my stay even for a few hours 🥰 Host: Sunny was truly so kind for letting me book a place for a few hours rest. I arrived early morning from my flight and needed a place to crash until my next flight in the evening. He was so accommodating and understanding. Sunny also recommended a few places nearby for food 😍 they were good! Place: The unit was gorgeous. Impeccably clean, neat and tidy. And the BED. Omg the bed and the pillows… I almost missed my flight cuz I was so comfy. I'm not even kidding. And the little things? Like the soap and shampoo actually smelled amazing and didn't feel like that weird, cheap hotel stuff. Plus, he even had conditioner! I cannot live without them cuz my hair would go frizzy. I know this may not seem like a big deal to some but he even had good quality toilet paper 😍 Honestly, it was all just perfect. I can't wait to come back and actually stay longer next time. The place is very clean and everything was easy with the check in and host had really clear instructions, was very happy with the kitchen amenities, airconds were cold enough. Beds smell great and clean. Love the layout of the place and looks exactly like the photos. Had an amazing time staying at the place. Will definitely come again. Plus point to the amazing view !

We had a great stay at Lim’s apartment. Everything was easy in terms of check in, communication, facilities etc. The communal facilities, the pools etc. were a really great addition to our stay there. Our 14 year old won’t forget the infinity pool in a hurry! A floor squeegie for the bathrooms would be handy, but not a big deal at all, just an observation/suggestion. We would 100% stay there again and also recommend it. Thank you Lim!

地点非常赞，整个房间可以住8个人，特别适合朋友出行。有一整个落地窗可以看日出，屋里的各种家电非常完善。房东沟通及时，楼下有保安住着放心

Karen’s place felt like home. She is a thoughtful and friendly host, her home was clean and she provided a lot of useful household items. The check in and check out process were easy to follow. The amenities were as described. We enjoyed using the pool on level 8 and checking out the views from the rooftop garden area on level 38.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La piscine est grande et magnifique. L’épicerie est à quelques pas du logement alors c’est très pratique. Il y a aussi beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. L’environnement est calme et sécuritaire. Nous recommandons! 😊

Our stay was fantastic, as the apartment has everything you need, plus a wonderful view and a pool for the kids. The host is extremely attentive and highly recommended. We'll be back and are already looking forward to it. Thank you for the wonderful stay and the friendly service.

My family and I were so happy and enjoy to stay here. Clean, spacious and confortable place to have holiday break. Only the water pressure at shower room can be improved. Water pressure too low. Otherwise, it is perfect..

Generally the apartment is good. Location around 10min away by cab from the old Georgetown places. Only gripe is that during peak season, having only 4 lifts to serve 40+ levels of residents means having to wait quite a bit for lift during peak hours. Host is quite friendly and accommodating though, so no complaints

The manager of the condo was extremely helpful and friendly, which was one of the main reasons why I stayed a long period .. especially, since my stay was practically for work and his assistant was very much appreciated. They have a tight security, which made me feel more assured since I didn’t have any company. The location of the apartment for me was superb ( approximately 10 min away from queensbay mall by car) and you get beautiful view with the apartment . The apartment is clean and well kept , however the furniture is old (couch has stains and bed sheets sometimes with tears), I bet If it was refurbished, I wouldn’t be able to recommend it enough. In my case, I got passed this issue as other advantages were more of a priority to me; the helpful responsive manager (Mahbur) , security, location. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Mikes place was amazing. We especially enjoyed the pool area and there are a bunch of food choices and convenience stores right downstairs
