We loved Mary’s place. Mary is very responsive and provided parking reminders during winter storm. Plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed cooking meals and relaxing by the fireplace in the evenings. Highly recommend staying here!

The place is close to town, easy parking, comfortable beds.

The hosts were responsive and accommodating. I was able to check in early and bring my pups! I had everything I needed for the dogs including an extra crate, bowls, beds, toys, and poop bags. Thanks again!

My wife and I were very comfortable at the Corny Pad. It was clean, spacious, and had a lot of amenities. Given we vacationed when a lot of restaurants either shut down for the year or reduced their hours, the large, well-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook meals with local ingredients that we purchased in Cornucopia and Bayfield. The Internet service is extremely fast. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. We luggage racks and large, walk-in closet were very convenient. (We did not use the second bedroom.) As a bonus, we had a wonderful view of the Northern Lights from the Corny Pad's parking spot. Lastly, Cornucopia is conveniently located by many good hiking spots and is a relatively short drive to Bayfield and Washburn. In summary, Esme thought of everything we needed to have a relaxing and stress-free stay on Lake Superior's south shore.

We had a lovely stay in Ashland enjoying our winter sports. Cindy's home was equally inviting and enjoyable after being on the trails and hills all day. We would also like to note she was quick to respond to our questions and was such a gracious hostess! We hope to do a repeat next year!

We had a great time celebrating an 80th birthday party at Eileen's home. This property is right on the water, which is very appealing. The Bay is peaceful and serene. We would bring our kayaks along if we stay again (boat landing near by). The steps to get to the water were a bit difficult for our older family members to navigate. We loved the flat greenspace for playing outdoor games. Handy to have on site laundry and open concept kitchen/ dining/ living room. The loft area is open to the kitchen, so not the best area for light sleepers or late rizers:) Loved our time there, it's a special place!!

Wonderful stay, super clean with games and puzzles provided! Within walking distance of the lake, ferry, and shops!

Jenna's place was the perfect weekend get-a-way! The location was unbeatable and the house was charming and serene. We loved the sauna and the hiking trails out back - we will definitely plan to return again! Jenna was a communicative and organized host - highly recommend!

This was my second time staying in this cozy cottage. I love the peace and quiet the woods provide and the cottage feel inside the home. I was here during a snow storm that came through and was happily snowed in for a day. Despite Sarah being out of town, she was able to respond and connected with a local neighbor to ensure I was able to leave the long drive way after the snow stopped. That gentleman was so kind and caring! I love love love this space! The only downsides are that there are always dead flies scattered throughout the home, there is an icky odor coming from the kitchen sinks, and the fabric shower curtain still has mold stains on it. I brought all this up in the first stay, but the issues are still present. I will still come back, just hoping that the smell isn't worse in the warmer months. ~Again, overall ABSOLUTELY LOVE this space!

Our stay was fantastic! we were looking for a peaceful weekend away and this checked all the boxes. wood stove and sauna were ready to go and made the snowy evening perfect. kitchen was well appointed and had a wonderful view.

Staying at Jeff and Susan’s was as easy as it gets— smooth check-in, beautiful location with wildlife out the back door (deer routinely passing through the yard), timely responses to questions, and minimal checkout process. Plenty of spices and cookware to feel like a home away from home. Home was very clean and watching the sunset over the lake from the living room never got old. Will certainly be staying here again!

We loved staying here! Such a beautiful area and the host was so responsive and nice :) I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy house that tons can sleep in!

Cozy and comfortable condo a few blocks from every thing in Bayfield. Very clean everywhere, and a comfortable bed. Easy walk to the ferry, restaurants, and local hiking trails. Many cool shops and restaurants to explore. Beautiful views and colors in mid-October. Amanda was very helpful and responsive in fixing a TV connection problem. Would definitely recommend!

The house was as advertised. It was cozy and comfortable. Very clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The house is in a perfect location to take in Ashland and Bayfield County! Chelsie was a great communicator. I highly recommend this host and house!

Was sooo accommodating for my special request. I only needed the space for myself and bridesmaids get ready for our wedding. Daniel was so gracious to allow myself and others in his space for the limited time that we needed! Traveled from Kansas City, Missouri for our big day, and it was perfect! Even more fun, after our wedding we ran into his property partner!

We have been staying here for the last ten years. It’s a great log cabin tucked into the woods. Private and quiet.
