这是一次非常愉快的居住体验，让我和家人都感到非常舒适和满意。 首先，房屋的设备设施非常齐全，完全超出了我的预期。入住期间恰逢下雪，我在房间内意外发现了手套和除雪工具，这些小细节让我感到房东的贴心。此外，超大的洗衣机和烘干机为我们的家庭提供了极大的便利，尤其是带着孩子出行时，衣物的清洁和干燥问题得到了很好的解决。厨房内的设施也非常完善，烤箱、洗碗机、咖啡机等一应俱全，让我们在旅途中也能轻松享受家庭烹饪的乐趣。 其次，房间的布局非常合理，特别适合我们这样一家八口、老少三代人共同居住。每家都有自己独立的空间，既保证了隐私，又不会感到拥挤。客厅和餐厅的开放式设计让家人之间的互动更加方便，孩子们也有足够的活动空间。卧室的床铺舒适，床品干净整洁，让我们每晚都能得到充分的休息。 第三，周边的出行条件非常便利。附近有多家食品超市和便利店，日常生活所需都能轻松解决。距离美国梦购物中心仅需15-20分钟车程，购物和娱乐都非常方便。此外，距离地铁站也只需20分钟车程，换乘到曼哈顿的交通非常便捷，适合想要探索纽约市区的游客。 最后，房东的服务态度让我感到非常温暖。无论是入住前的沟通，还是入住期间遇到的问题，房东都能及时回复并提供帮助。房东的友好和专业让我对这次居住体验更加满意。 总的来说，这次居住体验非常愉快，房屋的设施、布局、周边环境以及房东的服务都让我感到非常满意。期待未来有机会再次入住，也强烈推荐给其他家庭或团体出行的朋友们。

Amazing place for the area. It worked out perfectly for me and my family during our event in manhattan. Super clean and well kept. No issues at all. Check in and check out was great. Bed are comfy. Street parking available. They were great at communicating quickly and helpful. Definitely great airbnb hosts . Thank you

Beverley’s Place, was an amazing stay. The home was clean, had all amenities, quiet area. Beverley was an amazing host. Me and my sister were in town for a funeral and this place felt like home to us both. She is very kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I will definitely book again when I visit this summer!

Bertran was an amazing host and his cozy apartment is a great find. My husband and I were here on business (his wifi was amazing), but it would also be a great home-base for going into the city and exploring more of Brooklyn as a tourist. East Flatbush is a vibrant community, with the oldest house in NYC only a few blocks away. Grocery stores were just a 15 minute (leisurely) walk away and the apartment's kitchen is fully equipped for making your own meals. Parking was easy (even for two Floridians) and access to mass transit was within walking distance, if you don't have a car. Bertran let us know when we'd expect snow and threw down ice melt on the sidewalk leading up to our door-- that was a very thoughtful touch. Bertran's apartment was super clean, with fresh smelling linens throughout. We really felt like we were at home, safe and sound, and would definitely stay again and recommend his apartment to anyone thinking the same.

Definitely worth your stay! The house is extremely more beautiful than in the pictures! Definitely giving a cozy vibe…as well as heilly the host, she was extremely great at communicating all instructions as well as responding quickly! Definitely worth the stay!
