My stay at Gwen's was a wonderful experience. She let me know the place was available for an earlier check-in and quickly responded to all of my questions.Her place was very cozy and I felt right at home! The location was walkable to downtown St Petersburg wirh a couple of quaint coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Great landing pad for our scouting trip to Sarasota. Centrally located to explore beach areas and surrounding neighborhoods. Thoughtful setup and amenities! We would definitely stay here again.

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

Marilyn’s place was great! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! She was very nice and extremely helpful. The check-in was super easy and very well detailed. Everything looked exactly as pictured and it was super clean. She is very considerate of her guests and even had beach supplies for us to use if we wished along with a kitchen full of cookware and utensils.

Host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. This was our first time renting an Airbnb so that was so helpful. This is a great condo with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and more.

Best spot in Sarasota, I can’t imagine staying in a better location. Very quiet, very cute and comfortable. Easy check in, easy check out, it was perfect for our long weekend. We just did breakfast at home and for that at least the kitchen had all we needed. Appreciated the hot water kettle and the coffee maker. Great private parking. Great washer and dryer too!

The location was perfect, close to the beach and varies restaurants. The place was squeaky clean and it had a refreshing feel to it. Andrea was a great host who communicated before, during, and after our stay. I definitely will stay here again when in the area.

We had a great stay! The surrounding area felt safe and was in a convenient location, close to Tampa, grocery stores, gas stations, and more. The house itself was very clean and comfortable, just as described. Hector was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even when we arrived a bit earlier than expected (we let him know 30 minutes to an hour in advance and had no issues at all). Would definitely stay here again!

I had such a great stay! The neighborhood was peaceful and charming—perfect for a relaxing getaway but still close enough to everything I needed. The house was super spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to unpack and feel at home. Everything was spotless, and you could tell a lot of care goes into keeping the place clean. I also loved the cute decorations just the right mix of beachy and stylish! It really gave the space a warm, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend staying here!

My family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay! The location to the beach was phenomenal~ the ability to come back and have a pool and hot tub was an added bonus! The home worked out perfect for us ~ the beds were comfortable and the pictures match exactly what you will find! The view of the sunset was stunning from the rooftop, too! We would stay again~

We felt right at home when we walked in. The house was very clean and smelled beautiful. The lighting was great and the house, appliences and amenties were all upgraded. We had no issues and inmediately relaxed and felt right at home. We will stay here again on our next visit and highly recommend this property.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

Great visit to Indian Shores. Steps to the sand, walkable to local restaurants and cozy accommodations. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. We had a great week! The condo was clean, quick, easy access to beach. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were a nice touch. Enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony in the morning.

We had a great time staying at The condo. We walked everywhere. We really enjoyed the beach and location. We parked our car and didn’t use it again till it was time to leave. Only disappointment was the pool filter wasn’t working. The water was cloudy and it wasn’t able to be heated. That didn’t cause much concern as the beach was so beautiful.
