Great apartment in a great location. Right near a tram stop and easy access to Southern cross station. The apartment had everything we needed. Check in and check out was so easy. And Jeremy always replied quickly. And we were able to have early check in too. Have no complaints at all.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

Wonderful place and probably one of the best locations in Melbourne. Was lovely to be greeted by Sonia and the place was spotless. Tried to extend my stay even longer but unfortunately somebody had already booked but will definitely be back again!

Have stayed at Tamar's place three times now and alway enjoy my time there. Right in the heart of the city, above the bustle of Flinders station and Fed Square with a fantastic little balcony looking across the Yarra. Tamar is a friendly and considerate host. If you don't mind being amid the noise and energy of Melbourne the convenience to walk around or catch public transport is hard to beat.

Fantastic place, communication, ease of access, and location. Wouldn't recommend for a family larger than three as the second bedroom is a single and quite a small room, but would definitely recommend without reservation for one or two people, and for three people with the caution that three people might feel a little cozy - the couch would be most comfortable for two.

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.

I had a wonderful experience with this apartment in Melbourne. Its location is great, as it is walkable to many attractive spots and within the free tram zone. The host is proactive and always responds on time. I highly recommend it.

Had another great stay at North Melbourne. Jane is very easy to communicate with about check in and I'm sure she would be very responsive if you needed anything throughout your stay. An absolute highlight of this apartment is the location... a neighbourhood full of character, just minutes away from a great variety of cafes, restaurants and pubs and an easy tram ride into the CBD.

Kelvis made my partner and I feel right at home during our short trip in Melbourne! Kelvis was quickly responsive, friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The place was exactly as described and we loved the personalised welcome board and all the amenities available at our disposal. We absolutely would stay again 😊

We loved Amy’s Place so much we came back for another week after a trip elsewhere. As before, the apartment was spotless, welcoming and well provisioned. Lovely toiletries provided and, unusually for rentals, the pillows were excellent. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay here again next time we visit Oz.

🌟 Our stay was great, and Kai was kind to share tasty restaurant recommendations. The place is nice, safe and quiet. 🛜 Good internet. 📍 In terms of location it is well located, there are lots of small and medium fast food restaurants as well as dinner-in restaurants from different cuisines. 🚃 Touristically it also well located within the free tram zone, and within walking distance to museums and other places. 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️If you like longer walks, getting to the botanical garden was also easy. ♿️ For those who might be disabled, the building and flat is accessible, and at Traveller Aid you can rent wheelchairs

Rita’s place is wonderful, great location and convenient. The apartment is clean, stunningly furnished and has all the amenities you need for a perfect getaway. Rita and Jason are great hosts, very helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Great location just outside the city, next to Albert lake. Close to the tram. Very well equipped and nicely decorated apartment and very responsive and flexible hosts

Leanne’s place is a magical little getaway; the views are absolutely breathtaking, photos do not do it justice. Perfectly located ontop of a Woolworths and walking distance from the cbd. The apartment was very clean, super comfortable bed and great amenities. If you’re after a quiet escape in the cbd, I cant recommend this place enough! Leanne was super responsive and catered to all my needs, which I appreciated :)

This place was absolutely perfect, made even better by a host who was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and went out of their way to help. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay, making it a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a cozy and convenient stay in Melbourne, look no further. The apartment was spotles and comfortable with plenty of charm, just like the building itself. We enjoyed discovering its history and enjoyed the special setting. All amenities (both in the apartment and the building) were listed in advance, so we could prepare for our stay accordingly. We also loved how accessible the location was and within walking distance of so many fantastic spots and shops, alongside the tramline itself. Kate is the best host anyone could wish for, as she was very attentive from the minute our booking was confirmed. She always responded to our messages promptly and provided us with plenty of useful information and recommendations, in addition to making sure we had everything we needed and more. Couldn't recommend Kate and her charming apartment more!

Deb and Rob were wonderful hosts! The apartment was excellent with amazing views and every single amenity imaginable. Not only was it was a nice place to be but it was extremely clean and well presented. The beds were very comfortable and noise from the busy roads outside barely audible from inside! One of my biggest pet peeves in high rises like this is how loud they can be, but this one was super quiet and the aircon was quiet which made for a really good night sleep. If I need to come to Melbourne with a group I would definitely recommend this apartment. It is awesome! If I ever need to be in the Southbank area again this would be my first choice!
