Great location. Close to shops and beach. Fantastic amenities, well supplied kitchen with cooking utensils. Everything needed for a family holiday.

We had a great stay and the house exceeded our expectations. The house was very well equipped and offered a perfect, spacious family home for our stay. It was close by to visit our family in Hampton over Christmas and we found it convenient having Highett shops, restaurants and train station within a five minute walk. Ashley is an excellent host and was very responsive to any messages. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely house. We really enjoyed staying here and had a wonderful family Australian holiday (from the UK).

This is a dream place to live, so spacious and uncluttered, yet also extremely well appointed, with everything you could wish for. The feeling of space walking in the door is amazing. We had fabulous weather and enjoyed the pool every day. The shopping village 5 mins walk away has all the shops you need, plus some lovely restaurants too. Jannett was a wonderful host, very responsive and welcoming. Totally love this place.

Kieron's place had it all...plenty of room, lots to do, and easy parking. It's a lovely home and well equipped. The location is ideal as it's very nearby just about anything we needed. Thanks again for hosting us Kieron, we had a really nice time.

We booked this accommodation listing because it was close to a family wedding that we were attending. The location was very handy, being close to shops and walking distance to public transport and other places of interest. Checkin was flexible which was helpful due to our flight times. We enjoyed our stay here and would happily recommend to others.

Have just stayed with Sandy and Peter for a month and had a wonderful time. We landed early and tired travelling from the UK and getting an early check-in was really appreciated. Everything we needed was there, and we were soon settled in. For us the location was really good as we were visiting our son in Glen Huntley and with the railway station, and trams only 5 minutes’ walk connections across South Melbourne and into the city were very good. Glen Huntley Road has many restaurants and shops, including a Woolworths and a couple of bottle shops. Sandy and Peter were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful and any problems were sorted out straightaway. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Sharona’s place is a lively modern home? Clean and light filled with the option of darkening shades. There is no clutter and the place is very comfortable, beds, lounge outdoor, air conditioning. The BBQ in the open backyard made for a relaxed evening with friends. It is in a quiet location which meant a lot to me with leafy streets and a park nearby. Sharona is very responsive to messages and very keen to be helpful to anything you might need. Definitely recommend.

Incredible apartment to enjoy Melbourne. I walked from Elwood and St Kilda to the city and enjoyed every minute. The best sunset in Melbourne is a short walk from the apartment over near Elwood Beach. Stunning. Great suburb with lovely shoos and great coffee. Had the best Acai bowl at Berry Good, coffee was great too. There's also a lovely bakery and heaps of cool cafes, there's even a Popcorn shop with an artisan twist. Can't wait to stay at Euans place again. It's great for those who love walking and jogging as St.Kilda is a lovely run along the water

Perfect location close to the Yacht club and lots of lovely cafes!! We had a great first little getaway with our new baby and his grandparents. Such a beautiful house.

Incredible location. Only a few houses down from the beach. Walking distance to an abundance of beautiful shops and great restaurants/cafes. Very peaceful and quiet apartment block. Very easy to access, no stairs, super clean - couldn’t fault it. Thank you for a great stay!

I have no complaints about the place, it’s beautiful and homey, it is a bit of a walk from the station but that is totally ok - it is in a good area overall and the place has what everybody needs

Great location, friendly and responsive host, quality furnishings, comfortable bed and a very well kitted out apartment.

From the moment we stepped in to Lisa’s house it felt like a home from home. Absolutely spotless, great views from the lounge window, close to the train station for getting in to the city. Also the little touches like leaving us a bottle of milk and sweet treats after 48hrs of travelling were very well received. I wish we could have stayed longer. Lisa was so friendly and helpful, met us at the property for check in and even checked during our stay to make sure we had no problems. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Melbourne without the hassle of being in the city.

Had a great stay at this amazing property. The host was fantastic in helping out with access and instructions prior and during the stay. It's a brilliant location and the rooftop here is unreal. For a busy spot it is surprisingly peaceful, I wish I lived here!

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

Had a fantastic stay at Dr. Fred’s apartment in Southbank. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was clean, exactly as advertised, and well-equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for our Grand Prix weekend in Melbourne, with easy access to public transport and also walkable to Albert Park if needed. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again for future Grand Prix trips!

We had a great stay at Meary's apartment! Everything went smoothly and communication was fantastic. The apartment had everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go was either within walking distance or an easy tram ride away. The only negative we found was that the mattresses on the single beds were quite hard and bumpy which was a bit uncomfortable—something to bear in mind if you are sensitive to that kind of thing.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!

I had a great stay at Vaquay. The apartment was exactly what you see at the photos and it’s very clean and comfy. I loved the location The supermarket is located on the side of the building entrance it was very convenient, easy to go anywhere around 6 minutes walk to crown casino and restaurants.the communication was 10/10 they organised a earlier checking was very helpful! I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Melbourne. Thank you 🤩
