Lovely Victorian style house with hight ceilings and classic fit out! well equipped kitchen which can produce a feast! A nice courtyard for delightful afternoon drink under the trees foliage. All bedrooms are on the upper level, it's great that it separated from the living and dining noise but the long flight of stairs may not be suitable for seniors or those with heavy luggage. Its spacious and at good value; the best part is managed by Miami Hotel which provides excellent service and luggage storage service for early arrival or late departure. I would definitely book this place again.

I come to Melbourne to catch up with my family if this place was available I would certainly stay again

We had a fantastic stay in Melbourne. The house was perfect for a family, in a great location and a lovely outdoor area. It was close to the tram, shops, botanical gardens ( st,kilda’s). We would definitely come back. Thanks Tara for a brilliant stay.

We stayed at Penny's place for my daughter's wedding. It was in a great location and accommodated 5 adults with ease. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. Penny was a great host and communicated clearly and promptly. I would recommend Penny's place 100%.

The location was the best point of the house. Was easy to get anywhere you’d like to go. There was parkings on the street with a two hour limit during weekdays which made id a bit difficult, but if you staying for a weekend, you won’t have any issues.

The house was great, walking distance to public transport and shops. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. A great space to enjoy time together.

location, location, location. Perfect spot, close to tram, beautiful restaurants, hotels and Albert Park. Really comfortable and super clean space.

When we first stumbled upon Andrew’s place on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. We needed somewhere for a longer term rental as we were relocating from the UK. Andrew answered all of our questions, provided us with a floor plan and additional photos to assist us with our choice. He was super helpful, honest and friendly and put us at ease, instantly.

The house is just perfect - very clean, modern but homely, comfy, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The bed is super comfy, en-suite shower superb and the living room balcony excellent. Location is incredible - close to the beach, Elwood Sourdough (delightful!), 10 mins walk to Acland Street, 15 mins in the opposite direction to Ormond street shops - Great for our 3 month stay. This place suited us perfectly as we needed a place to stay for 5 weeks between the sale of our home and moving interstate. Located easy walking distance to station and supermarket. Had everything we needed and was neat and tidy.

We had a wonderful experience with the host. We were in Melbourne for a funeral and it was a highly stressful time. We needed a quiet space for us to be in whilst in and out of family events. The host showed us empathy and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs (such as extra kitchen equipment to cook large meals for family members), as well as allowing us to stay more than what we anticipated. Thanks so much again!

J’ai rarement vu un aussi beaux logement, aussi propre et bien entretenu, on s’y sens tout de suite chez soi. Les petites attentions lors de l’arrivée étaient adorables, un endroit frais, qui sent bon où tout est fait pour que vous vous sentez bien!

It’s a nice place to stay. Sunny is nice and always respond to me timely. Tenants are supposed to live in the third floor and the bathroom is clean and bright.

The place is great! Phil, and the dogs were an awesome company! always really caring, attentive and helping me, really supportive. The bed was comfortable, the zone is really nice and quiet, Lucy and Bailey were both really friendly and welcoming! The room was clean and organized, recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here!! I would highly recommend staying, we felt so comfortable here as the house is amazing and the neighborhood is so calm and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable with was a huge plus, the kitchen was full equipped with everything you would ever need, and the living room was so comfortable for movie watching. An added bonus was the beautiful office space which was perfect for us since we both work remotely. Overall it was a 10/10 stay and I would definitely come back!!

Paul’s beautiful space is in an excellent location near the tram line , a grocery store , lovely walk path in an up-and-coming neighborhood. We were able to comfortably fit eight adults and one child . He communicated well. And the neighbors are super friendly. Our granddaughter even played with a neighbor across the driveway. Melbourne is a special place!

We highly recommended Joanne and Tony's place, such lovely small unit but combined with everything we need. It was so nice Joanne took her time to meet with us, that was very warm and personal welcome to start off our journey! Their home has a great location, nearby all the parks around that is very convenient. It was great for us to run in the morning, and go to watch the sunset in the evening time. The house was not big, but very well planned and thoughtful. We had a great family time there, thanks again.

Stayed at Nick’s place with 8 people and we all slept very comfortably! There was more than enough space for all of us to lounge around, the three bathrooms were a BIG plus, and everything was pretty clean. Nick was super responsive and helpful during our stay and we tried out his recommendation of Hector’s Deli which was only a 5min walk away and really enjoyed it. Overall great for groups, easy to get around, plenty of street parking and also had 1 spot to park inside the complex.

Great little place with a big personality and plenty of room for 5 to fit comfortably. Close to fantastic cafes & restaurants, trams and (most importantly) Albert Park. Exactly what we were looking for!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cara’s. She was super quick to reply & very friendly. The location of the place is fantastic, walkable distance to heaps of cute bars. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a fun weekend away. Beautiful sunny sitting area to enjoy when we were home :) Will be recommending for friends for future stays!
