Cynthia was great with her comms, flexible with our booking, check in/check out was super easy, and the house was clean with listed amenities. Great location..a 3min drive from a shopping centre. The house is situated at the end of a narrow driveway with thick shrubs and there is limited street parking so it might be a little challenging to manoeuvre a large vehicle in and out of the driveway. That’s obviously not a fault of the house itself. Just something to take into consideration if you’re travelling with a big car or not a confident driver.

Great place for a family or a group of friends.

A perfect base for exploring the peninsula, the accommodation was luxurious, private and functional. It is situated in a delightful and quiet residential area, a very short walk down to the beach. Hosts instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

What a find! Peter & Yoshie’s place is amazing. The location is lovely, so close to the beach and local amenities. We ate in, but the cafe opposite is obviously very popular as were the restaurants within easy walking distance. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We had varied weather but were warm and cosy. We were lucky with enough warm sun to have beautiful still mornings so ate our breakfast on the small park next door and watched the sunsets from the bench overlooking the sea watching pelicans and other seabirds fly past. Would highly recommend and hope to return when we visit Melbourne next.

Our stay was very enjoyable and the accommodation was fantastic with all required amenities. The propert has a fantastic patio and backyard. the host, Maha, was wonderful and very helpful. He was very responsive and allowed us to check in late as per our convenience. i would highly recommend this property and host to future visitors.

Charming host. Great location across from ocean. This is in a guest cottage on owner’s property, but was very private from the main house, peacefully surrounded by a lovely garden. The cottage itself is also quite lovely. To get to the beach, one crosses the street and takes the beach path down the hill, where there is a nice, uncrowded beach with a row of picturesque bathing boxes. Susie and her husband greeted us on arrival, were chock-full of recommendations, and easily available by text during our stay. We definitely enjoyed our time here!

We had a quick mid-week stay at Julia’s….2 days & 3 nights. Julia sent very clear info on how to get there, along with some helpful photos. The house was clean and tidy, along with being at the back of three, so nice and quiet too! I loved the toiletries and the shower was great! Julia was very receptive to any inquiries and her communication was outstanding. Thanks so much for having us!

A great location for gathering with a larger group. Very comfortable and relaxed even in such a grand setting. The listing is accurate but the floor plan image is not up-to-date with the rooms available for use.

This home is beautifully presented. 5 large bedrooms with ensuites. 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 large sinks, huge kitchen and separate pantry. Clean washer and dryer. An amazing swimming pool which we thoroughly enjoyed. Amazing views even though the beach was not that close to the property. Nena was very attentive. A good locality. A good home and a good host. We had a great time in Mount Martha with super responsive friendly hosts. The place really is wheelchair accessible - which made life a lot easier for us.

We absolutely loved staying at Mark’s fantastic house! It’s a beautiful property, and larger than it seems in the photos. It’s also very well equipped, and with the crazy Melbourne weather kept us warm with the heating and cool with the aircon. Our pup really enjoyed her time there, too! The pool is also fantastic, and the decked area great for chilling out. We would love to stay again in future!

We had a great weekend away at Chelos place located in a nice historic part of Richmond within walking distance of everything. Accomodation was cosy and Hosts are fun to chat to and very helpful. Chelo is also a good source of knowledge for anybody interested in European fashion design !

Brad’s place was absolutely perfect — one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had! Check-in was seamless with clear instructions, and the space was spotless with thoughtful details everywhere. The bedroom was beautifully styled and cozy, and the fireplace added a warm, inviting touch. The private spa area was a standout — so relaxing with the little extras like bubbles and champagne. Brad was an excellent host, very helpful throughout. The location was peaceful yet close to great restaurants and things to do. A fantastic value and highly recommended!

Very good stay here. Very ideal for a group of mates, has an easy BBQ, beach nearby and privacy to do your own thing. Multiple TVs and sociable spaces. Everything was spotless and couldn't fault the host and the services at all.
