Thanks for a very comfortable stay @ your Airbnb. Would recommend it to anyone who visits Houston.The place is ideally located, within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. Having a Garage and laundry facility was super helpful . Trent is very responsive. We had a plumbing issue. Trent fixed it at the earliest. Thank you Trent for an enjoyable experience.

Just as described! Check in and parking were easy and convenient. Everything was great over all and the view was amazing. The pool area, hot tubs, lazy river were huge and definitely made this rental really fun. The indoor pool even came in handy when it got chill outside. For dinner we only drove about 5min down the road. My husband and I want to come alone one weekend just to enjoy everything by ourselves lol.

Super easy check in process, all the amenities and space was as described. Kitchen had all the things needed to cook meals at the house, and plenty of rooms and bedding for our 6 year old to try a different bed and bedroom every night! Easy access to the beach as well. Although not in Galveston proper, the ferry is both free and comes frequently and makes for a little fun adventure if excursions to Moody Gardens or other spots desired.

The photos of Doc's Quarters do NOT do this beautiful condo justice! Much prettier in person. Literally everything you need for a stress free stay. The views were stunning. And the Dawn property is very well maintained. We will absolutely stay here again next year and hopefully for many years to come. My family personally loved all the little notes around the condo. This was our second time for a 2 month stay in this condo. We love the location and could not ask for better hosts. Both times, we truly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend and will likely come back again.

Perfect Getaway! My family and I booked this place on a whim for New Year’s Eve, and it exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time enjoying great food and the beach. Donna was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The place was comfortable for my parents, husband, and two little ones, and it was perfect for all of us. Although the complex was under construction at the front entrance and larger pool area, there was a heated pool was available though, that we throughly enjoyed. I would absolutely rebook and highly recommend this place for your next stay!

Alexis was a very friendly host she made us feel at home. It was very easy to check in and check out. She was very responsive to the messages and provided us with what we needed. She is also flexible with her reservations and will try to find solutions to keep you comfortable. Highly recommended if you’re in the Woodlands.

One of the most interesting AirBnB experiences ever (in a good way). Tom was an awesome host, and I appreciate his love for the unique. I thoroughly enjoyed the history of the house, and Tom's willingness to spend time introducing it to us. Loved the space, and was very walkable to the beach! I would recommend this space!

Really nice people. extremely accommodating. absolute pristine yard.. super clean apartment with a over the top bathroom.. Kitchen was very nice, sporting great equipment. the area is in the middle of the city but had a country flair. very quiet street on a dead end road. walked my little dog and felt right at home... Thank you for having us in your B&B Tom... would not hesitate going to Tom's again..!!!

Wow! What an incredible place and an incredible host. We've stayed at over 30 Airbnbs and this is the only host that has gone this above and beyond - stocking the kitchen in anticipation of our Thanksgiving feast, a doggie basket with toys for our pups, a gorgeous pecan dessert and yummy pasta/sauce on the kitchen table, a zoom call to welcome us and to find out what else we needed (she ordered us more kitchen utensils & a fan from Target). The home feels like a home. Super clean, lots of character - high ceilings, lovely woodwork, lots of light, a sweet fully fenced in yard, and large comfy bedrooms. There are two bathrooms but everyone ends up using 1 upstairs as their main bathroom since it's the one with a shower - not an issue for us just FYI. The neighborhood is super walkable - so many gorgeous homes on every block. Easy to get to the Strand, beach and Broadway. Two thumbs way up for people with or without dogs! Simply amazing. The location was beautiful, peaceful & relaxing. We have never used a roku TV before so I had to message Leigh Ann & Rocky. They responded quickly & were very helpful. They were also able to help me out with a kennel for my dog for a day. This was the 1st air bnb we have ever stayed at, and boy are we glad we did! Highly recommend this location. So nice to be able to hang out on a porch & let our dog play in the yard all day every day. Definitely beat being couped up in a hotel for a week.

The host is very responsive and very accommodating! The neighborhood is very cute and we felt safe walking our dogs day or night. She had everything we needed to feel right at home. The only thing I would suggest is bring a mattress topper unless you like a firm bed.

Perfect place - was exactly as described. The host gave us very clear instructions and was responsive when we had questions. Would recommend to others and would stay here again if we come back to Galveston. We had 6 people and it was perfect size and comfortable

Great stay on all fronts! The house was very well equipped with everything we could have needed. The location was convenient to downtown, museums, runs along Buffalo Bayou, and good restaurants. We both needed to work and appreciated the large monitors. Thanks!

This was not our first time at Casa Del Mar, but was our first with this unit. The facility is older and how updated the units are, varies. I felt that this unit was adequately updated, super clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the AC and heat (we had to use both.. it is Texas in spring, after all) each worked well. My only complaint, if you will, and I already recommended to them to modify this with black out curtains, is the amount of light that comes into the bedroom overnight. The facility is so lit up outside, it’s like basically sleeping with the lights on. I was able to find a blanket to cover the window and we slept just fine. So, bring a sleep mask if you like to sleep in the dark, just in case the curtains don’t get changed out. :) But, I will definitely check for this unit first in the future when returning to Galveston.

Donna herself was a gracious host, very friendly and kind as well as communicative. We appreciated that Donna allowed for a flexible checkout giving us an extra hour. Donna’s place felt very safe and clean, we appreciated the extra touch of a sound machine if you are someone like us who needs that to sleep. The pool was available to use and very nice. Donna’s place was the perfect blend of what we needed for a good price.

Nice place to stay around the area, it’s peaceful and protected by a nearby police station. Kemah board walk is really close, recommend staying here for activity.

My stay at Cat’s apartment was fantastic! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. This Airbnb was exactly what I needed. I stayed here with my friend for a month while I searched for a place to rent. The host, Mark, welcomed us to a clean, spacious, quiet apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. He was very attentive, respectful, professional and made us feel like home. Also, he was very understanding about my friend’s Chihuahua staying with us! We didn’t have any inconvenience of any kind (which usually happens on long-term stays). The instructions were very clear and easy to follow since the beginning. Check-in and out was super convenient and extra points for the keyless door! Mark and the complex neighbors are super chill and will make you feel safe. Glad I chose this location.

Had a wonderful stay at the Phoenician. Alan was so helpful and accommodating. He responded immediately to any requests or questions I had and could not have been kinder. The apartment is in a very busy area called the Galleria-around the corner from all the best shops and restaurant with easy access to major thoroughfares. The apartment is small, clean and quiet. Scott is quick to communicate, which is awesome. We immediately fell in love with the resort the minute we walked into our room and saw how amazing and spacious it is! We were on the 5th floor, towards the end, so close to the beach. At night I could hear the waves crashing on my right & the infinity pool crashing on my left - I slept amazingly! I loved that we could walk downstairs and right onto the beach, everything was so amazing, I wanted to never leave. Another cool thing about this resort is that there are tons of games and things to do. Movies are available for rent, and there is a little marketplace you can grab snacks, wine, even ice cream! The room had everything we needed. I was hoping there would be some beach chairs to check out, but there weren't any. We bought a cheap $10 boogy board from WalMart and ended up taking it home (Southwest let us take it as a carry on!). I did see they had buckets & sand toys available to check out and that is awesome. The pool and the hot tub were amazing. One of the best little getaways I've had in the last couple years!
