I booked this place for a "girls' getaway" with my daughter and her friends during spring break. The girls enjoyed the bunk room, while I had serenity in the large bedroom. The view was breathtaking! It was a short 20 to 25 minute drive into Sandpoint for window shopping and meals. We had a peaceful, beautiful, relaxing visit!

The home was warm, cozy and clean. Easily accessible, private and peaceful. Billie Jean was fantastic at communicating and was quick to respond. We arrived late and she left the lights on for us and had the temperature set to a comfortable and cozy setting. To top it off she left us a bowl of fresh chicken eggs to enjoy during our stay and continued to check in to ensure our experience was exceptional! Hands down would definitely stay again!

I was looking for a quiet getaway on the lake at a reasonable price but near enough to Sandpoint so I could enjoy shopping and restaurants. Just 20 minutes from town, the property is tucked down a gravel road on a woody hillside above Garfield bay. We loved the quiet that let us hear the sounds of the water and the winds in the trees. We also saw a bald eagle fly by multiple times! I quite enjoyed the eclectic feel of the property. It has a unit at top that sleeps two plus just below an outdoor area for a fire and then next to that a tiny house with small table, mini kitchen and shower plus another small building with a bathroom and bedroom. Carefully chosen touches of artwork throughout added to the charm. But I think my favorite thing was the long deck that included a wooden counter along the railing with seating for everyone to eat or the sweeping views of the bay, the lake, the hills. The views really were amazing from sunrise to day views to sunset, the moon and stars at night.

Jolene's cabin is an amazing place. The lake is so close views are amazing. Jolene is very kind and responsive to your needs. I recommend highly staying here. look forward to staying again.

Brian was a fabulous host! Everything that was listed in the description was provided, including hot tub, kayaks, a gorgeous view, game room and more! The location of the home was perfect for any family looking to relax or even get active and go hiking or biking. BBQ was available for lunch and I highly recommend the restaurant Satay Bistro near by for a fine dining experience to compliment this home. Thank you Brian for making this weekend memorable with my family and I will definitely be booking again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and we look forward to the next time we can stay. We love the location because it’s still close enough to drive to Sandpoint, but far enough away to enjoy the the peace and quiet! The neighbors on both sides of the house are wonderful. The house has absolutely everything needed for spending days on the lake both the house and the boat house are well equipped. They have literally thought of everything to relax and spend time on the lake! We have kids ranging in ages from 16-7 and they enjoyed every minute of our stay from paddle boating to fishing off the dock and everything in between! We highly recommend for families!

Beautiful Airbnb on Hayden Lake, Idaho. Just a few miles from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. We enjoyed our picturesque view and the gas firepit in the back yard. The Master bed is like a cloud as you are sleeping on a Sterns and Foster pillow-top bed which is SO COMFORTABLE! Marc and his wife were excellent hosts. We really enjoyed our time at this fantastic Airbnb.

This home was amazing! It was tastefully updated with a nice, open floor plan. The host was very responsive and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We stayed there for our daughter’s wedding and it made our time in the Spokane area a wonderful memory. Don’t hesitate to book this home, it is well worth it!

James is a rare host. Super attentive, super accommodating to our particular needs for this trip. I can't say enough good things about him or his places (we actually rented two from him!). Truly perfect start to finish. Can't wait to come back someday. Was sad to leave!

I can't say enough about our unforgettable stay at this private riverfront property. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the experience. The location is nothing short of magical. Nestled alongside the tranquil river, this property offers a sense of seclusion and serenity that's hard to find anywhere else. The views are breathtaking, with the river meandering gracefully through the landscape, and the surrounding nature adding to the overall charm. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Every corner of the house and the surrounding area was spotless. You could tell that the hosts take great pride in maintaining this gem of a place. We felt instantly comfortable and at ease.

Kim and Travis’s lakeside hideaway is absolutely stunning! The photos truly don’t do it justice. The lake views were a highlight of our stay—whether we were relaxing on the front porch or enjoying the scenery from inside, it was always a peaceful and beautiful sight. The kitchen is another standout. It’s fully stocked, spacious, and perfect for cooking and gathering as a family. We loved how it was designed with plenty of room for everyone to pitch in, and it made mealtime a real treat. The loft setup is fantastic for kids—offering them their own space to play and relax, while still being connected to the family below. The location is wonderfully quiet and secluded, making it an ideal getaway for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature. On top of all of that, Kim and Travis were incredible hosts. Their communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable knowing they were so attentive to our needs.

Seasons is just a lovely resort-style development and extraordinary views of the lake - wonderful private beach and fun pool! Our condo was just perfect! Would definitely recommend and also would stay again!!

Troy and Jolie were awesome hosts. They made the most adorable and most comfortable place to stay. It lacked for nothing and even had thoughtful extras. Would stay again!

The per-night charge was great; however, the $180 cleaning charge for two people for two nights was excessive (the cleaning charge was more than the nightly charge combined). I wish they would just advertise the total cost rather than slip in that cleaning charge (and we are extremely neat people who barely use anything). The place was as described. Great location. A little hard to find D dock at first, but Google helped. Very quiet little boat neighborhood. You can walk to a few restaurants, including a greasy spoon (Captain's Wheel) and a newer Italian restaurant (used to be JD's) called Taverna, which was pretty good, if not a tad pricey for the area. There's a waterfront pub-type restaurant and a taqueria within walking as well. The house was very clean, and although quirky (we affectionately called it the Winchester Mystery Boat House), it was eclectically charming, comfortable, and really fun to be on the water. Added bonus - you can bring a boat as there's plenty of dock space.

Very clean, beds and pillows are really comfortable. View is terrific. Very quite location. Air conditioners for the bedrooms was appreciated.

Jessica was very responsive when texting, her directions were spot on to a 10th of a mile, depending on how fast the dirt gravel road is driven its about 45-60 minutes, definitely would recommend AWD or 4×4, but if careful a normal car at slower speeds can make it, the streets in Spokane are worse in certain areas. Pay attention to the directions.The cabin was very inviting, and the view was amazing, Currently work is being done on a lot next to hers, well drilling, but nothing Cozy Cabin can do about that.still relaxing DVD selection is very diversified, surround sound was great. The hummingbirds were amazing to watch, if your still enough one might use a finger to land on, like it did for me.Firepit was great for a small fire for smores. Proper use of windows and ceiling fans kept the place cool in the evenings. All in all, my wife and I enjoyed out 27th wedding anniversary on the lake. We are already talking about a return trip in the future. Hope to meet Jessica in the future

What a beautiful place! We used it as a base to explore the area like silverwood. The water was clear and the beach was awesome. So nice to have a private beach. We had 4 adults and 4 children and didn't feel cramped at all! The pullout trundle was super handy!

We had originally made plans in a different home but It did not work out. We booked this home last minute and were pleasantly surprised. The lake views are gorgeous. So nice to sit outside and enjoy the morning with coffee and have a glass of wine as the sun was setting. This home is private and very well stocked. The two refrigerators work great for food in one and beverages in the other. There is so much to do and entertain yourselves that there is no need to leave other than to buy provisions. You will not be disappointed staying here. David and Stacey are great Host and answer calls right away. I would definitely stay here again.
