This place was just what we were looking for: cozy, spotless, quiet, and perfectly spacious for two. It’s right next to Bologna’s train station, which made it super easy to find (and despite the location, you can’t hear the trains at all, it’s incredibly peaceful). Everything was excellent, from the smooth communication with the hosts to all the thoughtful touches in the apartment. If we ever return to Bologna, we’ll definitely stay here again, it truly felt like home. Thank you for everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Giovanni’s place in Bologna. It was close to the centre of and had everything we needed. Giovanni was an excellent host, he was flexible with check-in, provided local recommendations and available to answer any questions throughout our stay! I would highly recommend staying here if you visit Bologna!

A tiny but charming studio in a beautiful old building in Bologna’s historic city center. Lucia was a lovely host, very helpful and accomodating. I had a great time!

Giulia’s place looked just like the photo. It was very clean, and had just about everything one could need. She was very responsive when I had a couple of self-made problems come up in her apartment. She was quick to help. I can not think of anything that I did not like there. It was the 2nd year that I had planned to stay at her place, and I am happy that I was finally about to do it. Thank you Giulia!! And thanks to your Mom as well!

Great apartment, very nice location. Not as much light as in the pictures. We were allowed to get an early check in and are very grateful.

I stayed for a weekend in Alberto’s place for a business trip. He was kind enough to pick me up from the train station which was very nice. He also informed me about a train strike and sent me info to ensure my trip wouldn’t be disrupted. He was a great host and I appreciate his help 🙏 The apartment is great. Very clean and spacious. It has a nice view for the balcony and a very comfortable bed. The grocery store is about 10 minutes walk and the Reggio Emilia station is about 15-20 minutes walk. So it’s very convenient as a base for the region. Would definitely stay here again 👍

Siamo stati in visita nella splendida città di Ferrara, e abbiamo scelto questo spazio per soggiornare tre giorni, cosa dire! Esperienza davvero molto piacevole, le indicazioni sempre chiare e Alessandro è stato sempre molto gentile. La camera è calda, è molto accogliente, calda e il letto estremamente comodo, il bagno molto spazioso. La corte interna è molto ampia, curata e spaziosa. L’area è molto silenziosa e vicina a tantissimi ristoranti.

La estancia fue comodísima y sin complicaciones. El lugar es mucho más lindo de lo que aparece en las fotos, y el jardincito es una delicia. El departamento tenía todo lo necesario para estar bien, cocinar y disfrutar, además de muy convenientemente ubicado.

Our stay in Nicola’s place in Bologna was perfect! The apartment is lovely and quiet, and a short walk from the town centre. It’s also only 30 mins walk from the train station which made travelling really easy. I stayed here with my husband and our 8 month old baby and Nicola provided us with a cot which was great. Would definitely recommend staying here!

A well appointed apartment with plenty of space and everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and linen was spotless. Easily walkable to the centre, with interesting shops along the way. Elena herself was lovely, very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Oh this is the best place to have a calm and nice stay in Ferrara!!! The place is so clean and graceful in all the decor, spacious, well designed for a small family or single person to live in for short stay, in this lovely city of Ferrara. Barbara is such a sweet and great host, writing me all the notices and things for me to discover locally. She is so sweet in keeping the house beautiful and tidy, and prepares almost everything to the guests such as color pens and tissues. The location is easy to get to the train station by a bugs if you have luggage’s, so easy to have nice walk to the center and around. Also a bike was provided for me and first time I get the local feeling by riding the bike. All in one word, Barbara and her nice place become one must stay on Airbnb in Ferrara🤩

Carolina and Cristina's apartment was beautiful, well-equipped and just as described. They've doen a fantastic job of renovating the loft space, and the apartment is spacious and comfortable.

Posizione comodissima per la Fiera, raggiungibile a piedi in 9 minuti, con parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze e un comodo bar sotto casa. Unico neo il divano-letto che è risultato molto scomodo (si sentivano le barre della struttura sotto il materasso). Letto e divano-letto sono nella stessa stanza.

8 of us visited Bologna for a girls trip and stayed at Matteos apartment. Instructions were clear to follow and getting inside was no problem. The apartment is in a quiet location but remains very easy to access the city centre in minutes on foot. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious even with 8 of us staying. Matteo has been responsive and kind with all communication, he recommended Emilio to us for a pasta making lesson which was fantastic and great value. We had one small problem when something broke completely out of anybody’s control, Matteo was at the apartment within 20 minutes to resolve the issue. I would not hesitate to stay again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement d'Ivan. Appartement très propre, bien équipé, et très calme. Situé à moins de 10mn à pied de la Piazza Maggiore. Idéal pour découvrir Bologne. Nous avons adoré !

Amazing super clean Airbnb centrally located in Bologna. Really close to the train station and everything you need to do while you’re in the city. The apartment is quite spacious and the jacuzzi is fantastic. Ida was an excellent host with great communication and let me do a late check out free of charge. Highly recommend her place if you’re visiting Bologna, Italy. You won’t regret it

I recently stayed at this lovely 3rd-floor apartment and had a fantastic experience. Despite being on the 3rd floor, the building has an elevator, making access easy and convenient. The location is perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and shops, which made exploring the area a delight. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated, creating a comfortable atmosphere for my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient spot!

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.
