Violeta’s property was perfect for our two week January winter sun holiday. The apartment is within a complex where we were able to use the pools, sun loungers and gym. The apartment itself is light, nicely decorated and well equipped - it was perfect for the two of us and it was great to have the patio area. The apartment is less than a five minute walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops, yet it’s quiet and peaceful. Communication with Violeta was always easy and she responded quickly to any messages I sent. The check-in process was very easy and was arranged at our convenience. Guests with mobility problems might like to note that there is an external staircase up to the apartment. Overall I was very happy with our stay in Violeta’s apartment and would happily stay there again.

Had a great time at this wee gem. Amazing sea views and a huge rooftop area for stargazing. Jamie was very helpful and checked to make sure everything was ok. Really handy for everything, breakfast at the entrance, car-hire across the road, 2 supermarkets and of course the beach. Also a good spot for some cycling but avoid the busier roads. All in all - 5/5.

Vanessa was very responsive to our inquiry. Her place was easy to find and very clean. She is a very helpful.l host. She was knowledgeable about the sites to visit and how to get there. We can definitely recommend staying with her.

We had great time at this flat, it was greatly equiped, great location, everything clean, beautiful terrace where we had breakfasts and dinners. Host was amazing, comunication just great, very helpful. We would definitely come back if we will be again in Tenerife!

I truly cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners. The space was very clean and peaceful, bed was very comfortable and neighborhood was very safe. The hosts are very responsive and had great communication every step of the way. We loved our stay!

Superb location with outstanding views. Quiet area with easy access to bars and restaurants. Wonderful sunsets. Just to say be aware lots of hills in Los Gigantes - walks were not a distance but did require ability to walk hills :) Thank you !

The apartment is really nice, spacious and has everything one needs. It even has a large terrace outside with long chairs. The apartment complex’s well maintained and is located in private residential area. I would totally recommend it. However, the host needs to provide more detailed and clear instructions on how to find the apartment in the complex (multiple buildings, several floors). Sending sky images was helpful, but not sufficient, at leas not to us. Other then this everything was great, great deal for the price too!

We spent a fantastic month in this apartment! Everything was in perfect order, well maintained and equipped with all necessary facilities. The location could not be better: within walking distance of the beautiful beach of Fañabé & Playa del Duque and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. The spacious terrace with sea view was an absolute added value - the ideal place to relax and enjoy the many beautiful sunsets. What really made our experience extraordinary was the host Filipe. He is without a doubt the best we have ever had - attentive, helpful and always available when needed. A host beyond category! Thank you very much Felipe! In short, an absolute must for anyone looking for a carefree and comfortable holiday on the coast. We would love to come back!

Amazing apartment, fantastic host. Great location and the complex had fabulous pools and a really friendly restaurant. Shops, other restaurants close by and a short walk to the beach.

Stayed at Orlando in America’s apartment for 4 weeks in Feb 2025. It was very clean, comfortable,well equipped and had everything you need for an extended stay. Our host was always available and ready to answer any questions or issues we had quickly. The complex is in a great location in Adeje and has a great pool area and bar. Would recommend anyone to stay there, in fact we have booked again for next year.

The apartment was ideal for us, close to plenty of bars and restaurants and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay was provided in the apartment. Simona replied extremely promptly to the questions I asked and dealt with everything to our satisfaction. We hope to be able to come back again next year.

Have had an amazing week at Lana’s apartment. Everything was as she described and said would be. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped. The main balcony was so spacious and the bedroom one also. Lana gave us a very thorough check in, ie showing us to pool, garage if we needed to park car as well as the apartment . The rooftop pool is very comfortable and quiet with plenty loungers. She was waiting at main door on our arrival. After a small problem with a shower the host dealt with it very quickly and efficiently. Lovely bars and restaurants down to and along beachfront . Recommend The Moon restaurant. The 24 hr supermarket near entrance to apartments has everything you need and very reasonable . Highly recommend and the 4 of us will most definitely be back .

Dette er tredje året vi tilbringer vinteren på Canari øyene. Denne gang 6 uker hos Jorge nær Las Galletas. Super leilighet, fantastisk vert, nær byen Galletas. Fint basseng med gode gratis solsenger, to store billige supermarkeder bare noen meter unna. De som vil trene, er det et stort treningssenter rett ved. Costa del Silencio, som er et stort område, var nok penere for noen år siden. Men, det er jo spennende å vandre rundt og se for seg disse stedene for 30 år siden. Som nordmenn traff vi ikke andre landsmenn, eller skandinaver. For oss blir det en ferie uten turisme og det som følger med. Men, mange restauranter og barer rett ved. De som vil feste utover natten, er kanskje ikke Silencio stedet. Men, en super vert, stor flott leilighet. Så tusen takk, Jorge.

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

Der Aufenthalt bei Marina war einmalig! Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber, auch die gesamte Anlage ist äußerst gepflegt. Marina ist sehr freundlich, hat schnell und unkompliziert auf Nachrichten reagiert, uns viele Tipps gegeben und noch mehr. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder zurück. Danke dir Marina! :)

although the apartment was lovely it could do with a paint just overtime it has become a bit tired...but that view from terrace is amazing

Très belle villa avec beaucoup d’équipements. Le quartier est calme avec facilité d’accès vers les grands axes. Je recommande vivement cet endroit!

We had a lovely stay a Silvia’s place . Everything that we needed was provided and questions were answered promptly . It was quite a long walk to the beach and restaurants but we got used to it and the taxis were cheap . It also meant that it was quieter where we were . All in all , we had a very good holiday . Zeer ruim appartement met terrassen aan alle kanten, zodat er altijd wel een plek uit de wind en in de zon is.

A modern, stylish, spotless apartment in a quiet location with lovely views. Arico Viejo itself is a quiet and friendly village with a small supermarket, a couple of bars, a petrol station and a pharmacy. The local people were friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for beaches and the sometimes clearer weather at the coast, it's a shortish drive. Peaceful. Recommended.

Beautiful villa, great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Everything exactly as described. Bella was an excellent host, great communication and very responsive to any questions. We had a fantastic stay!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à la finca de Katharina. Le lieu est paisible, la vue est magnifique. Les équipements sont très bien, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Petite précision manquante dans l'annonce : la sdb est à côté de la finca, il faut sortir dehors. mais cela s'est très bien passé ! Merci Katharina !

Monica and Luis were fantastic hosts. Very communicative from the outset. The house was exactly as described. We loved the location, very peaceful, but still within easy walking distance to all the restaurants and facilities in Siam Mall. House was lovely and just like the pictures. We would definitley stay here again, or another property managed by Monica and Luis.
