We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was ideal—quiet yet well-connected. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication very easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Nous avons bien été accueilli toutes les explications transmise était bonne. Si on avait besoin il répond présent directement hôte très réactif tout c’est bien passer et surtout tout était comme indiqué.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Sandra herzlich empfangen, und ihre Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts war einfach erstklassig. Sie war jederzeit ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und hat mit viel Engagement dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen. Das Haus selbst ist ein echtes Juwel. Die stilvolle Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail schafft eine sofortige Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Doch das absolute Highlight war der atemberaubende Blick auf Playa de las Américas! Wir haben es so sehr genossen, abends auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, dass wir oft gar nicht mehr auswärts essen gehen wollten. Der Pool und der Grillbereich waren perfekt für entspannte Tage und gesellige Abende. Alles war top gepflegt und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt, dass wir nächstes Jahr genau diesen Urlaub wieder buchen möchten!

We really enjoyed our stay and we thought the apartment and views were even nicer than in pictures. With family it was perfect, the heated pool, spacious apartment and garage made life easy. Viktoria and Sergej responded always with no delay and are super friendly. Area was also good for us and I enjoyed runs along the sea and also on the hiking trail close by with amazing views. If you want to eat out a lot, be prerared that you need to walk a bit to areas with restaurants. Pool we had often only for ourselves so it was quiet and peaceful in the residential complex. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable!

A beautiful unique Spanish home with a wonderful garden. Very peaceful and private. Great place to stay with young children. We especially loved the friendly neighbourhood cat and the chickens.

A stunning villa in a stunning location. The pool was very warm. The layout of the property was great both inside and out. Great selection of kitchen basics(S&P,oil etc). Car recommended but it’s only a few mins walk to the bus stop if needed. No problem getting taxis. We didn’t want to leave! Shaun was a great host and very friendly. Excellent!

Maison agréable ,nous avons passé un bon séjour. La piscine chauffée est un vrai petit plus. A savoir la maison est située un peu dans les hauteurs donc les soirées sont un peu fraiches. Un chien aux alentours est un peu bavard. Merci pour ce séjour c'était top !

One of the nicest villas We have stayed in, the style, furnishings, location were exceptional. Would definitely use again, Claudia and her parents were great. Any small problem was quickly dealt with.

Our stay at Anthony's home was absolutely brilliant! We had such a lovely time, the amenities there were everything we needed and it was only a short trip down into La Caleta. I would definitely recommend staying here!

It was a nice stay in Cho, quite neighborhood. It takes 10 mins to reach to Siam Mall, 10-15 to the nearest beaches or Las Americas by car. Big supermarkets (HyperDino) are also 7-10 mins by car. The house is a great option for you if you rent a car, the parking spot is available, The house is clean and spacy with all needed for a long-term stay. The whole room on the second floor is equipped for remote working and even a monitor is available. The house also have a lovely terrace, which we really liked. Eric is super responsive and friendly, great host. The communication with him was very smooth.

just home from a wonderful 6 night stay at Monalisas lovely apartment. could not fault anything about the place, 2 great terraces, very clean, modern, one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in, location is fantastic with everything within easy walking distance of bars,restaurants, beach, nearby large mercdona supermarket a 2 min walk away for all provisions needed. any questions to Monalisa answered promptly and concisely. check in instructions clear and precise accompanied with pictures to make it all the easier. We would gladly stay at this property again any time in the future.

La casa de Tania es una auténtica maravilla, todo muy limpio, tal cual se ve en las fotos, la casa estaba totalmente equipada y no le faltaba detalle. La anfitriona súper pendiente y bastante compresible, tuvimos un inconveniente con la luz, y la y de la anfitriona fue inmejorable. Sin duda volvería y recomendaría esta estancia a cualquiera

We wanted peace and quiet and relaxation and this is exactly what we got. There was a local shop near by with everything we needed for our stay including fresh bread daily. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance too. Taxis were available to take us any where we wanted to go. The house itself was stunning and fully stocked with everything you would ever need. It even had a washing machine. The bed was super comfy, with a smart tv. The views of the sunset were to die for! Lupe was amazing and clearly loved what she does. Amazing place 10/10.

Stort hus med masser af plads til hele vores store familie på 12, med både små og store børn. Virkelig dejligt at der var badeværelse i forbindelse med alle soveværelserne. Mange dejlige balkoner , hvor man kunne trække sig og være privat omkring huset. Vi var glade for, at vi havde lejet biler, både til indkøb og udflugter. De unge og aktive fandt flere fine løbe og vandreture i bjergene omkring huset. Tusind tak til Patrick med flere for en dejlig ferie i det smukke hus .

Die Unterkunft ist mindestens genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wundervoll. Die Küche war top ausgestattet. Insgesamt war alles vorhanden was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen. Auch ein Hochstuhl und ein Babybett für unserne Kleinsten. Die Treppen waren etwas steil für unsere Kleinkinder. Aber wir haben improvisiert und sie selbst teilweise abgesichert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Strand wunderschön und kaum besucht. Keine Restaurants oder größeren Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar. Deshalb ist ein Auto sehr zu empfehlen. Parken war direkt vorm Haus möglich. Die Nachbarn hört man schon etwas und die Flugzeuge teilweise auch. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Kommunikation mit Boris lief reibungslos. Er hat schnell und freundlich geantwortet.

Het was precies wat we zochten. Een groot huis met zwembad en twee zit plekken voor zon en schaduw op het terras. Het zwembad is zout en fris water en ook dat vonden wij heerlijk. Er is een stenen bbq en er lagen zelfs kolen en aanmaak blokjes. De keuken is groot en heeft genoeg servies en pannen. Er is perculator aanwezig voor koffie. Het huis heeft drie slaapkamers waarvan twee slaapkamers met een tweepersoons bed. De derde slaapkamer zijn twee aparte bedden. Ook is er een wasmachine aanwezig. De ligging vonden wij super. Rondom het huis zijn andere huisjes en het was heel stil overdag en ‘s avonds. Op loopafstand is een kleine supermarkt en meerdere restaurants en lunch plekjes (tip: La Parma voor goede koffie en ontbijt/lunch) De communicatie met de host was snel, vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Dankjewel daarvoor.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Straße zum Teide Nationalpark und eignet sich daher super wenn man viel wandern möchte. Auch in die Innenstadt (z.B. Costa Adeje) ist es mit dem Auto nicht sehr weit, ein Mietwagen ist allerdings sehr zu empfehlen! Das Grundstück ist sehr groß & ruhig. Morgens kann man Draußen auf der sonnigen Terrasse frühstücken und sogar Orangen und Zitronen aus dem Garten ernten! Der Gärtner wohnt auf dem selben Grundstück, ist aber sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Es kann abends relativ kalt werden. Als Heizung gibt es zwei elekt. Heizlüfter und den Kamin. Leider ist nur die erste Feuerholz-Box (reichte für ca. 1-2 Tage) kostenlos, danach muss man für zusätzliches Holz zahlen. Die Gastgeberin Kira ist sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit, aber selbst nicht vor Ort und manchmal dauert es ein wenig bis sie antwortet. Die positiven Seiten der Unterkunft überwiegen für mich trotzdem & ich würde sie erneut buchen :)

Lovely place! Great communication, would stay again

Hiermit möchte ich mich nochmals Herzlich für die Vermietung deiner super Casa bedanken. ! Mit 5 Sterne Bewertungen halten wir uns meistens zurück, allerdings hast du und deine Casa es sich auf Grundlage einer für uns auch Top Preis=Leistung verdient. Es ist selbstverständlich auch in erster Linie die eigene Vorstellung und oder Erwartungshaltung und vielleicht auch deshalb fanden wir alle 6 Gäste, dass die Casa viel schöner ist, wie beschrieben und auch Fotografiert. Wir waren mit einem Teil der Familie über Silvester 24 dort für 8? Nächte ( Zeit ist viel zu schnell vergangen) und wir alle haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. 3 schöne separate Schlafzimmer, alle mit eigenem Bad. Sehr schöne verschiedene Sitz, chill und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. wunderschöner Ausblick, auch von der Frühstückstafel. Es gibt auch einen sehr schönen Jaccuzi auf der Terrasse. @ Tino, lass die Stromzuleitung überprüfen ;) Mit Auto seit ihr über eine super neue Strasse in 10 Minuten auf der Autobahn.... usw.

Fantastic family holiday at the villa travelling with children ranging from 6 to 16. The villa was spacious, as described in the listing and very well equipped. The location was fantastic - close to amenities but also felt private. Ravi was an exceptional host - very helpful, responsive and friendly.

Our stay at Judit’s place was perfect, the apartment was spotlessly clean with three very comfortable bedrooms. Judit was a great host, she communicated everything we needed to know and left some drinks for us when we checked in, much appreciated! The apartment is in a convenient location - just a short walk downhill to the bright lights of Costa Adeje. The outdoor patio area with the little pool is ideal for chilling out with a few cold suds on a sunny day. Thank you!

We were happy with our stay while here. Val takes a cash deposit on arrival and there is a through walkthrough of the property. Perfect base to explore the island. We spent everyday out so didn't use the garden much but it looked like it would be a great sun trap. The hot tub under the stars was lovely. Comfortable bed to our liking and free parking outside. From this location you can get to the Tiede cable car in 1hr and Anaga, Masca, Santa Cruz all all in easy reach via the TF1 motorway. There is a Lidl 15 mins away which is open until late every day. Would recommend local place to eat called Earth. A couple days after checking out, I was messaged by Val on my phone accusing us of spilling coffee on the duvet and breaking the sink plug. These are things we absolutely did not do. This was dissapointing as they had 15 minutes to check over the place with us and returned our deposit. Given we didnt do any of these things and the deposit was returned, it felt unfair and unprofessional.
