Since the apartment is close to South Airport (10 min drive), we stayed for 2 nights before catching an early flight home. Everything was okay, apartment is super clean, there was always a parking spot nearby and you can walk to the beach from apartment. Overall a nice stay :)

We really enjoy our stay at the apartment. While the pictures are accurate, I think it actually looks nicer in person. It's very well located with easy access to the motorway and the towns and villages in Costa Adaje and there is plenty of parking less than a minutes walk away. If you're looking for a place to stay in Tenerife, I would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Boris!

We liked tha apartment very much. It was cozy, clean and peaceful. It is not modern but everything worked well. Only thing that was a litlle bit anoying was that there was very few electric outlets, so bring some extension cords with you. Roberto was very good host that responded fast and fixed the problem with the oven in few minutes. Thank you Roberto again and we will be back!

Alles super. Gute Lage. Zum Strand 2 Minuten und sehr viele gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das W-LAN ist wirklich langsam und auch zb im Schlafzimmer keine Verbindung möglich. Das müsste dringend verbessert werden!

Das Apartment E6 El Cardon hat alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Leider liegt es nahe an der Zugangstür zur Anlage, die oft gut hörbar ins Schloss fällt. Der warme Salzwasserpool ist wunderbar. Die Liegestühle werden leider entgegen den Communityregeln mit Handtüchern reserviert, ohne dass jemand dies unterbindet. Wie hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Der Gastgeber Alex hat sich bemüht, uns alles Recht zu machen. Vielen Dank dafür.

The accommodation was perfect, and I highly recommend it for families with children. Inside the apartment, there was a high chair, a crib, and even some toys. The bedroom has a great wardrobe that can be used as a changing table for babies, making it ideal for smaller children. Outside, there is a pool, but it is not heated, so it's more suitable for adults. Otherwise, the accommodation was very clean, and Andrea was very responsive she always replied almost immediately, even in the evening. I also highly recommend this place for people working remotely. The internet connection was excellent, even for video calls (developers, etc.). There is a monitor available, but be aware—you need to bring your own HDMI cable, as it is not provided. We stayed here for two months, and I would have gladly stayed even longer. The complex is mostly occupied by older people, so it is very peaceful.

siamo stati benissimo....sono stata lì con mio marito e le nostre figlie...Ella gentilissima,simpatica,amorevole, e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. ci siamo trovati come a casa, casa molto bella..tutto nuovo! lo consiglio a famiglie e coppie .. a piedi vicino alle zone pedonali..supermercati...negozi... tutto molto piacevole!!!!! grazie ancora Ella e a tuo marito per la vostra disponibilità

Apartment was as described, clean, beautiful and nicely decorated. Had all required amenities. Shop, cafe and restaurants within minutes walk. Swimming pool was nice and facilities were really clean. Patio area is great and a nice place to relax and enjoy a drink in the evening. We were 4 adults and 2 kids . stayed from 26th to 30th Dec and loved our stay. Area is very peaceful. Great host and really helpful. Highly recommended and good value for money.

Vi boede i huset i fire uger, og vi nød hver eneste dag. Udsigten fra tagterrassen er fantastisk. Fasnia er også en rigtig skøn og rolig by. Vores børn elskede at være på legeplads, vi handlede hos den lokale købmand og elskede roen og det lokale liv. Du skal helt sikkert rejse til Fasnia, hvis du ligesom os vil opleve det autentiske Tenerife langt væk fra massetourismen. På kølige dage kørte vi på ture til varmere områder på øen, mens ellers nød vi livet på bjerget i Fasnia.

super nett, super hilfsbereit, toll eingerichtete Wohnung, alles genau wie beschrieben... lediglich der Pool war zu unserer Zeit (Mitte Dezember) leider nicht warm genug zum schwimmen. Aber vielleicht haben wir auch einfach Pech gehabt. Dennoch würden wir sofort wieder buchen, wenn wir nach Costa adeje fahren.

Kiedy dotarliśmy na miejsce okazało się że dom wygląda jeszcze lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Mieszkanie odnowione i wyjątkowo czyste. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona . Przed domem jest Ogródek do dyspozycji ze stolikiem i leżakami i grillem Miejsce jest oddalone od miasteczka więc jest spokojnie , ale na tyle blisko że bez problemu i w szybkim czasie dojedziesz do plaży czy sklepików . Gospodarz był bardzo miły i komunikatywny . Idealne miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi , ale i nie tylko . Bardzo nam się podobało i polecamy to miejsce oraz jego gospodarza

Heel sympathieke gastvrouw! Leuk dat ze een klein cadeautje mee had voor ons en ons dochtertje bij aankomst :) We zaten bijna altijd alleen in de gemeenschappelijke zwembad-plaats. Verwarmd klein zwembadje was heel leuk, en ook wel nodig voor de tijd van het jaar (eind nov). Het huisje was voorzien van al het nodige (potten en pannen, microgolf), en wekelijks werd er gepoetst en verse lakens/handdoeken gegeven. De luikjes kunnen de kamers echt donker maken, wat fijn is met kleine kindjes. Echt een aanrader!!

Very spacious, lush garden, autentic. Like an oasis. Recommended to everyone who wants a quiet morning coffee with ocean view and a magical garden with outside grill.

Wir haben eine wundervolle, erholsame Zeit in diesem abgelegenen Paradies verbracht. Der Kamin war abends unser Highlight und die Terrasse ein perfekter Ort, um die Morgens- und Mittagssonne zu genießen. Da der Ferienort etwas abgelegen liegt, ist ein Auto definitiv empfehlenswert, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und die Anreise zu erleichtern. Vielen Dank für alles! We had a wonderful, relaxing time in this secluded paradise. The fireplace was our highlight in the evenings, and the terrace was a perfect place to enjoy the morning and midday sun. As the resort is somewhat remote, a car is definitely recommended both to explore the surroundings and for easier access. Thank you for everything!

We have stayed in many apartments on the island and this was one of our favourites. It is well equipped and the accommodation created a fantastic atmosphere. It is surrounded by fantastic amenities and great bus links. Everything is within easy walking distance and those with mobility challenges will appreciate the absence of steps. There is (understandably) some road noise. Although I am used to a quiet environment I found the background noise relaxing. Especially the church bells. The pool, surroundings and communal areas are pristine, relaxing and quiet. I loved the warm pool and relaxing environment. Our host went above and beyond to help with anything. We arrived very late to be met with such kindness and hospitality. It started the holiday perfectly.

Nous avons passés notre première moitié de séjour dans ce très bel appartement qui correspond en tout point à la description fournie et malheureusement nous avons changé de logement... Si c'était à refaire nous aurions aimé rester chez Dahiana ou trouver un appartement similaire dans une autre partie de l' Île.

Prachtige vakantie gehad in dit goed onderhouden en proper appartement. Rocas Del Mar is een mooi vakantie complex met een prachtig zwembad met zicht op de oceaan. Ook waren wij zeer tevreden met de ontvangst van onze host Luca . Goede uitleg gekregen over de accommodatie en de omgeving . Luca is steeds bereikbaar indien dat nodig moest zijn . Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad .

Velká spokojenost! Ubytování bylo naprosto dostačující pro dvě osoby, čisté a útulné. Hned při příjezdu nás mile přivítali a po celý pobyt se starali o to, abychom se cítili co nejlépe. Krásný výhled na západ slunce byl opravdu jedinečný a dodal naší dovolené nezapomenutelnou atmosféru. Celkově vše splnilo naše očekávání a vytvořilo perfektní prostředí pro příjemnou a odpočinkovou dovolenou. Rádi se vrátíme!

Vanessa our host was amazing! She answered all our questions within minutes, and was extremely friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was just like the photos, well presented and lots of extras in the kitchen, coffee machine, toastie maker etc. Even a welcome basket with some coffee, tea, bread rolls to get you started as soon as you arrived. Very thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoy our stay, and would definitely recommend. Thanks Vanessa for a wonderful holiday! Ruth and Simon.
