Amazing stay, loved the location and a beautiful house.

Loved the beauty which surrounded us, the birds were amazing and the house was so spacious! The pool was fun! It was perfect for three families (and three generations) to gather for the weekend. Host was very helpful and responded right away to questions.

Fantastic place in a great location. Just minutes from Long Beach and a comfortable walk into town either via the road or the beach. Glorious.

Absolutely loved staying here and did not want to leave. The most beautiful home with gorgeous decor, well thought out room designs and furnishings and incredible kitchen for cooking in on the most beautiful property you could be on, unbelievable gardens for walking amongst with wonderful varieties of flowers and fruit trees in full bloom including well maintained veggie garden, with the most friendly, lovely unintrusive property manager available if you need her. Can not wait to go back again very soon, thank-you

What a great place to use as a base to explore the south Australian Limestone Coast!! So relaxing to return to a spacious place with amenities that make life easy. Charmaine is also very responsive, thank you for a great time!

Felt right at home for a robe getaway. Perfect for the family.

An unusual location, in that there isn’t much else in this little town, but worth it to stay in this gorgeous and different church conversion. Tastefully decorated and containing everything you need for a comfortable stay, I would highly recommend this as a place to gather with your friends and family. My horse mad daughter was so excited about the horses that live in the paddock next to the property, Jes even supplies you with carrots to feed the horses with. Overall, a luxurious and peaceful stay in a lovely home that I would recommend to anyone.

Helene's place fitted the bill perfectly. The house was just what we were looking for and the setting was lovely overlooking the beach and the bay. Helene was particularly helpful even to the point of leaving us a load of fresh Mullet which we cooked for our dinner. We really enjoyed our stay in Southend and our mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony eating breakfast and dinner and watching the fisherman come and go. We can thoroughly recommend Helene's place for a stay and can almost guarantee that any guest will be looked after by Helene as though they were a member of her own family.

Clean and comfortable, though a little hard to find. Look for an unsealed drive on a street corner. The house is dark gray in colour.

Emily is the perfect host. Always responded promptly, she gave us lots of ideas on what to do & see & where to eat. Her home is lovely & welcoming. Lots of cutlery, crockery , glasses , mugs etc. A whole set of non breakable plates etc for the “little people” as well as kids toys/ books & games. Just a shame we couldn’t stay longer.

Peter Thank you for letting us stay at your house it was great and if allowed would essily stay there anytime we go back to Mt Gambier . Location was very good. On a side note what do you call your back door blinds and where did you get them as i love them . Regards Darryl Quin

Bathrooms are huge and spotless. Jordan is the best host. Great communication and amazing recommendations. Literally can not fault this stay.

A gorgeous house in the heart of Penola. It's spacious for 2 people with modern renovated kitchen and bathroom. The decor was very scandi, with lots of wine region touches. Check in was easy and our host was very communicative, providing a bunch of local recommendations and events. Would highly recommend recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the main street, which made it easy to explore the local shops, cafes, and restaurants. The house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was especially impressive—really well-stocked with all the utensils and equipment you’d need to cook at home, which we appreciated. The place was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable to relax in. We especially loved the outdoor area—it was a great spot to unwind in the evenings. Overall, it was a wonderful and hassle-free stay. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
