Stayed here for two and a half months while our house is being built. Well furnished and worked out great for us.

It was simply magnificent. Ham and Terry were excellent hosts. They provided us with great accommodations and were incredibly kind. They were amazing with our giant dog as well. We’ll be back soon.

Linda is a very attentive and gracious host! We wanted for nothing while staying there, and it was very conveniently located. It stays cool in the rooms, so this would be an especially nice summer stay.

Wonderful place to stay, had just about about everything we needed. Hot tub was extremely nice and being by the creek was so peaceful. Back porch did not lead us directly to the creek but we were able to walk around the whole unit which led us straight there. I would book again :)

Amy was a great host with an absolutely beautiful place to stay! Not only did we have a comfortable stay, but she allowed us to use the property as our wedding venue! Our guests loved everything about the home and how well Amy had preserved the character of the home through her design and furnishings. Amy was very kind and very quick to respond to our messages. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back for another stay!

Very nice home, very cozy. Would recommend if you are on a budget and need a quick vacation to the mountains. They have pets which are very friendly, and will not disturb your stay. The full bathroom was nice. Slept well although the bugs in the lights were kinda sketch, but no other complaints.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The place was quiet and private with great luscious views. You can hear the babbling brook from the second floor porch and great hot tub. The fire pit was perfect for making s'mores and enjoying the beautiful weather. The town of Hot Springs has a few nice restaurants and a fabulous coffee shop to enjoy. Lots of hiking nearby with Max Patch being a highlight. We had a great time, and will definitely book again!

We stayed for a week in this pearl of a house in Harrogate. It is comfortably furnished and has everything one needs to feel at home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near the LMU, which made it easy for us to visit our son on campus. We highly recommend it!

Perfect if you don’t want the hotel or resort vibe nor the price. Was just off the main drag so was easy getting to and from before hitting the traffic closer to the towns. Farthest part of Gatlinburg was only 25 minutes away maybe. Quiet minus the helicopter rides but those stopped at 8 PM and then it was peace and quiet. But really they hardly made a difference inside the home. Really you’ll forget they exist. Others complained of no salt, pepper, or even toilet paper. All that was there as well as coffee. Minus the creamer but there are plenty of grocery stores around to get that and food. Great having a washer and dryer right there to minimize packing. Was a little bummed the hot tub wasn’t available but it wasn’t anything worth giving this a horrible review in any way. Honestly it was like house sitting for your grandparents but there’s no food cause they eat out all the time and collect antiques! Would definitely stay again!!

The perfect place for a long weekend getaway that is so close to town, but also feels like you are further away! Would totally recommend and definitely will stay again.

Everything was exactly as described. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Very clean as well and I could not figure out the scent but it smelled amazing! Truly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go back.

The home was beautiful the outside was so beautiful and peaceful waking up and hearing the birds chirp in the morning was amazing all of the things they have on the Strip of Pigeon Forge to do was amazing we got to see things we've never got to see before my family of six was very happy excited and surprised
