Darlene's place is spotless! It is in a great location inside the gated community and has the best view of the lake! Our family used the porch most of the time! It fit our family of 9 perfectly and was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. Darlene was very responsive with some questions we had and checkin and out went super smooth! We would definitely stay here again if we ever get back in the area. It's super close to the lake, north beach and Garden City. It does have a private beach, although at the time was inaccessible, due to high waters, but if we had been able to use it, it would have been a huge bonus! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to stay. We had a great vacation with all the amenities. This place was as expected. The best part is the beach frontage and the views over the lake. I would stay here again.

I think it is important to note, the kitchen is not on the main/entry level. It did not bother us or our stay at all, but was surprising on arrival as I just didn’t realize that during my research of the property! Otherwise, this property was absolutely perfect for our family, and could have fit one or two more families with us as well. It was clean, beautiful, great views, comfortable, and very conveniently located! The pool was great, perfect size and all of my kids had space to play. Including the 1.5 year old who was able to hang out on the shallow step most of the time! We will definitely be back in years to come!

This home is even better in person. Extremely organized with all the things you need - bring you & food and ENJOY! Host were all you can possibly ask for. Clean, comfortable, plenty of room. Lots of extras to add to your fun. Puzzles, games, big TVs - it’s great. Do not hesitate to book.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything went super smooth from check in, to when we left. The sauna and hot tub were such a nice bonus as well!! The host was really helpful and proactive with letting us know everything we needed to. We’ll definitely be back to stay here.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The house has a large family room which was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and welcoming. The location is convenient to local stores and the lake. We were very pleased with the owners and the property, and we plan on renting this home again.

Excellent stay at Jake's place for our party of 11. Great communication, the home was very clean, modern, and well stocked with what we needed. We just wanted a winter getaway not too far from home to ski at Beaver Mountain, sledding, etc. We enjoyed the games and hot tub. The home was just as advertised, and we would return if we do it again in the future.

Great stay, one of our best airbnb experiences in a long time. Came for a little getaway and went skiing at Beaver Mt which was fun, and snowmobiling (which was a bust). Plenty of towels, kids loved the hot tub, access to garage was great, neighborhood was friendly. I wish all airbnb stays could be like this but unfortunately they are not. You should feel very comfortable spending your money on this place. We got what we paid for.

We really loved the beauty here. We had plenty of space and our dogs were very comfortable too. It was a wonderful cozy feel and the snow was amazing. Visiting here made us want to visit again in the summer.

Kael's home was a great away! We really appreciated how responsive he was and kept us informed of a power outage for the area. There were tons of games, puzzles, books, and movies. I fell in love with the porch each morning to watch the sun rise above the lake. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay! Comfortable, accommodating and beautiful. We enjoyed walking to Mike's Market, Crepes and Coffee, and Merlin's. Close distance to the water and all that garden city has to offer. Jeanne And Jason were very responsive to any questions we had. We are already looking forward to booking again next year!

A great stay all around! The house is new, clean, and offered plenty of space for our 6 guests. The location was perfect and we had access to everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time here with all my family for Christmas. We loved the open floor plan upstairs with plenty of seating to eat and play games. The views were pretty and we even seen some deer. My grandkids loved the playhouse downstairs. We enjoyed the Christmas tree in the downstairs family to be around opening gifts. Everyone had their own rooms and the 4 bathrooms made it nice. We found plenty in the kitchen for items we needed spices, cooking oil and spray. There were new sponges to use and plenty of paper towels. We played in the snow and the kids built snowmen and enjoyed the play area outside. The only thing we would have loved if it had its own hot tub. We used the pass and went and used the one they have available but it was outdated and run down. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great beach front property on Bear Lake. Just what we wanted with lots of space and privacy. It was a little hard to find as you have to go down a driveway that looks private and the house number is hard to see from the road but other then that the place was great!

We wanted to enjoy Raspberry Days at Bear Lake and this house was perfect for our large group. It was very clean in a great location close to all of the events happening for the weekend. We will defiantly be looking to book again next year.
