Beyond expectations. I cannot wait to return here at least annually. One of the best airbnbs - surrounded by nature and serenity. Wish I could buy the home lol!

Beautiful house and surrounding property. It really feels like you're a million miles away from it all while only being a 5-10 minute drive from town. It was great for our group (5 adults, 1 kid) - we had plenty of space to stretch out but also never felt sectioned off from each other.

We were very busy during our trip to Sacramento and the location was very convenient to downtown, where we needed to be each day. My only regret is not being able to cook on their beautiful Jenn-Air stove!

We had such a wonderful stay at Clare's home. The hosue is comfortable and the pool was perfect for beating the summer heat! The door to the pool is off the family rooom area but it is easily closable for keeping young kids away from teh pool if needed. The house is tastefully decorated with some homey additions like books and toys. We found it difficult to choose where to sit-- outside on the front porch or our by the pool lounge area. Although the house is not close enough to town to walk the location is very central and wooded. The view out the back is really wonderful. This is a great place for a family or anyone looking for an authentic Nevada City stay. Highly recommend!

Big and interesting house! Lovely deers around!

We stayed here for a snowboarding weekend and the location is great and close to resorts! Place looks new and clean, and complete with everything we needed. Host was friendly and gave us all the check-in information before we got there. We sure had a comfortable stay!

What a beautiful location! Horses, cows and chickens right outside of your door. Room to roam and be with nature. Fresh eggs for your stay! It was so peaceful and laidback. We appreciated how responsive and friendly the hosts were.

This is our second time to stay at this place. I am Airbnb super host myself. I highly recommend this beautiful house. It is located at a quiet neighborhood. The house is furnished with high quality furnitures and comfortable beddings. It has good enough cookwares and kitchen supplies to make proper meals. Sufficient plates, bowls, wine glasses and more to set up dinner table. The house is very clean. I will definitely stay there again whenever I am in town. In fact I already booked our third stay in coming months.

Nice little spot, close to a lot of activities and restaurants. Madison was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay!
