I give this place 10 stars! Michelle was awesome to work with. She was AVAILABLE the entire time...from booking to check out and even let us know she found our grandaughters stuffed bear! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated and even the smallest details were given special attention-such as little paper cups in the bathrooms, coffee pods, spices, dishwasher soap, shampoo and cream rinse in every bathroom! Linens and towels were plush! We could walk to the playground, putt-putt, gym,pool, and tennis. PLUS there were no "hidden fees" to use the facilities. It was really nice to have access to an indoor pool as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this Air B&B, especially great for families! ALSO, we loved that Edisto does NOT have hotels or high rise condos...there were cool little shops/restaurants and we drove to Charleston to visit Patriot's Point in a lilttle over 1 hour! (Savannah is just a little over 2 hours drive) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VACATION SPOT!

Great place for a family vacation. We loved the updated finishes. We enjoyed the pool and spa everyday! Great location. We would definitely come back and recommend for others!

Our stay at 8 Flamingo St was fantastic! The house is beautiful and had all the amenities we needed for our vacation on HHI. The backyard with the pool provided a convenient oasis for fun in the sun and was perfect for the kids. The house is located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. And Justin has the house stocked with everything you need to enjoy both the pool and the beach. Additionally, we appreciated all the communication with Justin as we were travelling post tropical storm. I would stay here again if we make it back down to HHI. Thank you, Justin, for sharing such a wonderful place!

Victor’s place was great! Perfect for a family with small kids. The location was a short walk to the beach (even with young kids it was short and easy). Also a short walk via walking path to Coligny Plaza; all in all a perfect location. Victor was super easy to work with and very responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

Alica's place is the perfect Edisto getaway. VERY clean and well kept with everything we needed (two adults; one 10 year old child). Plenty of space to spread out or gather together. Utensils, plates, pots and pans supplied; bring your own seasonings, cooking spray or oil. Unit has washer/dryer. Outdoor pool, playground, and putt-putt course are very easy walking distance (maybe 2-3 minutes); enclosed heated pool easier to access by driving or bike. Walk to beach is an easy 20-25 minute stroll one way. Key fob (included with reservation) gains access to all amenities along with a "private" cabana, bathrooms, and shower at the beach. Beach and most businesses and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. Island grocery is sufficient. The only word of caution is that, like most Edisto homes, there are steps to enter and steps to get to bedrooms, so if accessibility is a concern, this is something to check into further. Alica responded immediately. Definitely recommend Alica's place!

The house was beautiful and all the beds were so comfortable. The area of Palmetto Bluff is one like no other, you truly don’t have the leave the property if you don’t want to. There are lots of restaurant options and beautiful scenery around the area. We can’t wait to go back for our next girls trip!

This was a great house to stay for family reunion. It was spacious and spotlessly clean. Lots of bedrooms, each with a private bath, gave everyone a sense of privacy. The common areas were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet residential. It was literally three houses from the beach. The beach was wide, shallow with gentle waves, perfect for little ones. The hosts provided beach towels, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, wagons and sand toys for the kids. Ice cream, coffee shop, clothing and supermarket are within half mile walk. A disappointment with our stay was the rather exorbitant price they wanted to heat the pool, so we declined even though the week was rather cool. The spa attached to the pool was tiny and jets were non-functional. Normally I am used to communicating with hosts via Airbnb. In this case, they preferred their own hospitality app be used, so communication was a bit spotty back-and-forth initially. Once resolved, all went well

Michael is extremely responsive and friendly with communication. He accommodated this last-minute trip (same day), and the house was perfect. The beach is within easy 10-minute walk (2 min drive) and the path is well maintained and pleasant. The amenities of the house pool, hot tub, fire pit, games etc. made for relaxing fun family time. There is more than enough space to spread out if you want privacy and the elevator is beyond helpful when moving luggage around. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. I cannot say enough great things about renting from the boys of HHI. They were so responsive thru out my booking process, leading up to the trip and during my stay. The house was wonderful and they had so many touches that made you feel right at home. The house had everything we needed and more for our stay. It is so rare to stay at an AirBnB and have the luxury of staying at a hotel (shampoo, body wash, coffee, snacks etc) but that’s what they provide. Highly recommend!

We had such a good time on vacation at this Air BnB. We will definitely be back! Everything was as described and the Westin amenities were great.

I would love to gate keep this place but I will share! Walter was a wonderful host and very responsive. The condo was perfect. Plenty of room for 4 adults and then some. I have been visiting Hilton Head for over 20 years and have rented many places. This one is top 3 for us. The view from the balcony of the ocean was perfect. We spent a great deal of time out there, even during a storm. The walk to the beach was easy and less than 3 minutes. Location is mid-island so everything is very accessible. I cannot recommend Walter’s condo highly enough. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

Had a great time at this rental! It met all of our needs and exceeding expectations! very close to beach access and pools. In perfect spot facing the garden area.

Thank you! Perfect spot as we made the trip to watch our son play in a week long tennis tournament. Having clay tennis courts was also very cool and unique. Loved it! The location was also great, as it was within walking distance to the beach.
