Brian was a great and responsive host. The pre-trip email was very informative and accurate. Very good location, with fun walk and easy access to the beach!

My husband and I found just what we wanted in this condo! The space is small, but so efficiently designed, it is extremely comfortable. I was impressed with how well the kitchen was equipped. I was able to cook and serve gourmet meals. In other places, the pans are scratched or there’s no spatula or something. Here I found everything I needed. We enjoyed walking and biking on the beach and the miles of bike paths. It’s a fantastic location.

This is a wonderful place for a family, really convenient access to all of sea pines (including an easy drive to the beach club for parking-go early and you can get a spot but after 12 the lot was full even during spring break!). but also located at a great spot to get out to the rest of HHI. The home is Very clean. Very spacious and the kitchen is huge with an additional eating area next to the kitchen. The hosts were extremely responsive our entire stay. Weather kept us from utilizing the fire pit but we had such a great stay we hope to be back and try it out in the future! Stay here and you won’t be disappointed!!!

We rented for a weekend off-season visit. The condo was in a good location with beach access, with plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking/biking distance (or a convenient drive). The space was clean, the facility is well-maintained.

Great beautiful place home away from home beds comfortable

Wonderful experience in Palmetto Dunes! We really enjoyed our stay. Robert was a very helpful host and answered every question I had within minutes. The condo was clean and conveniently located near the elevator. The underground parking garage was also nice since we arrived on a rainy day. We enjoyed the use of cruiser bikes and beach chairs that were included with the unit. The pool was beautiful and the ocean/sandy beach was steps away. Would definitely recommend this condo and plan to return again!

Patty’s villa was wonderful. Very short walk to the beach and pool. Beautiful area to take a morning walk. The villa had everything we needed for the beach. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Patty left snacks and a welcome gift to greet us when we walked in the villa. We will be back to HHI and hope to stay at Patty’s villa again.

Theresa is an amazing host!! She reached out to us and was always very quick to respond. The condo is cozy and was a perfect size for my family of 4. The condo is in a great location and an easy walk to the beach. We also appreciate that Theresa provides a beach wagon, chairs, and boards. It really saved us from not having to bring this down. Thank you Theresa for being such a wonderful host!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Lesley's property. The condo has everything you need. Place is kept implacably clean. Location is amazing. We absolutely enjoyed the Fish Haul beach that is just minutes away. Our family spent hours exploring during low tide. Lesley is a wonderful host, you can't ask for a better host than her. We will be staying at hers again when we come back to HHI.
