Better than what we had thought, very homely and very warm, still can’t wrap my head around the house, feels like the more you look the more you find. seriously great weekend getaway for the fam and the perfect place to have it.

Great stay! This was a beautiful space to get ready before a wedding in the valley. Not only was there ample space for our group, there were many interesting places to take photos and enjoy each others company. Stacey was extremely responsive to all of our messages, and the stay was seamless. They also gave us a great local coffee recommendation.

We absolutely loved our stay, the house is lovely and well equipped. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at an air BNB stay. The house was very homely and you feel comfortable immediately. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool was lovely. The weather wasn’t quite warm enough to enjoy the pool as much as we’d have liked. The host are very responsive and lovely to communicate with.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

Our second stay here and it won’t be our last. Just the most amazing property and getaway, with a home that is an experience and has everything you could wish for. Wonderfully responsive, helpful and understanding hosts. Thank you, we’ll see you again soon.

The house was striking, with stunning decor and comfortable furniture, and it was comprehensively equipped. The 180 degree view over Port Philip Bay was a memorable backdrop for our dining, The central lift helped the older guests with creaking knees. Alex was very helpful in the lead-up, but her help was not needed during our stay, because of the extensive notes she provided. It was a wonderful experience enjoyed by our entire family group, which ranged in age from 4 to 80. Thank you, Alex.

We stayed as a very big group, and this house was absolutely perfect for us! There were plenty of rooms and amenities to keep everyone comfortable and entertained. The neighborhood was peaceful, yet the location was super convenient—close to a mall and convenience stores. The host was excellent—very responsive and provided lots of helpful information throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Large comfortable house with plenty of backyard space for the dog and kids to run around. Kitchen was well-appointed, large dining and living areas with a comfortable couch, and multiple beds with extra blankets. The house was very hot (we stayed during a heatwave), with only one air conditioner and no fans- but we knew this when booking. The house is a short drive or walk to the St Leonard’s shops / beach. Excellent value!

If you are looking for a house to spend some special time with your large family this is the place, we stayed here for the week of my wedding and Janine was so helpful and adaptable to our needs. Thanks!

Lovely location, spacious clean house and a host who responded in a timely manner to inquiries. If we’re ever lucky enough to get back to Melbourne we would definitely love to stay again.

Our 2 month stay was really great experience. Sharon is very responsible and has a lot of good advice on places to visit. The house is clean and the garden is lovely. It's fully equipped, which makes life much easier. The only inconvenient is the noise of the traffic in front of the house, especially in the front bedroom, as we were not used to city environments.

We stayed again, and like last time, it's a really convenient place where we feel right at home once we step through the door. The host is friendly and responsive. We'll likely be back.

We stayed for the long weekend. It was a family get away. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean. It has a beautiful pool and spa. It had all you need to cook if you feel like it. Had lots of games for young and old. Location was great, close to shops, beach or go for a beautiful walk. We could not fault anything. Definitely recommend Jenine’s place you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back again but next time for a longer stay. Thank you once again Jenine. We give you 5 stars

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for a fantastic stay at your Airbnb for my 30th! The place was perfect, and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend. From enquiry to end of stay, our experience was nothing but positive. Jo was the most delightful host. Her love for the property and joy for others to experience it was felt throughout all of her communications. Everything was proactively explained in detail. The property was peaceful, spacious, a luxurious rural retreat. It was equipped with every item that you would need. Even carrots to feed the horses! The veranda wraps around the beautiful weatherboard homestead with the main feature being the solar heated infinity edge pool. An outstanding space to take in the surrounds and let life pass you by. Mitch and Co, a 5minute drive away offered delicious coffee. Mount Martha market and beach for a little outing. However, it is hard to peel yourself away from the homestead. Days basking by the pool. Nights of bbqs and kids playing cricket in the gorgeous tree lined driveway. Lifetime memories have been made. Thank you Jo for allowing us to enjoy your property

Beautiful house, had all the amenities we needed. Close to the Showgrounds (we were visiting for equitana). Secure and safe. Very quiet street. Fantastic value for money. Had a small issue with the dishwasher on check in. It was replaced the next day! Very impressed with the host and the house. Thank you

The house is as described, no problems at all. We needed a temporary place to stay when we had to vacate our house for a couple of days. Great house for dog owners as it was fully fenced all around. Next time I will ask for an extra key a just the one key was hard to manage but otherwise, exactly what we needed. Thanks

It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

Had such a wonderful time staying at Lucy’s beautiful house with friends. We woke to quiet surrounds with birds calling in the trees out back, and thoroughly enjoyed a short leisurely stroll to the Main Street for breaky each day. The house was perfect for relaxing, spending time together and everyone slept comfortably! An incredibly spacious place to spend a weekend away. Lucy was an excellent host. Would stay again!

Frans place was so perfectly set up for our weekend away, everything you could need to have a cozy stay including cooking tools and incredibly comfortable beds. Truly the most magical time. Felt very at home
