The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. Beautifully designed and furnished home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Every need was anticipated. We did not cook or use the pool, but the kitchen was furnished with upscale appliances and kitchenware, and the yard and pool were beautifully designed and well maintained. The place was immaculate. We look forward to returning in the future.

This house was the perfect oasis for our girls trip. Everything we wanted was available. The beds and linens were very comfortable as well as stylish. Same for the couch and chairs and dining space. It may seem like a small thing but the TP, paper towels, soaps, etc… were top notch. We loved that the property had so much space that we didn’t feel like we were on top of our neighbors. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after a day of hiking. Next time I’m in the area I will come back! Thanks for the perfect place to stay.

Perfect for a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. I had a great time celebrating my birthday with a group of my friends. We were impressed with amenities and great views of the desert and night sky. The hosts were super responsive and attentive to our needs. We would love to come back and recommend you check it out.

Very conveniently located. 10 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. 5 minute walk to Demuth park with pickleball courts and dog park. The host was very responsive and provided everything necessary for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The yard was nice and clean. I really appreciate that the house is dog friendly and so close to the park for dog walking. Also great was the option to heat pool and/or spa separately. We used the spa. The pool was nice but we didn’t opt to heat it as it was a little too cool outside for most of our stay. The house is convenient to the airport but that comes with hearing the planes throughout the day (but not too bad - and not at night). Great wifi. Comfortable beds. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors.

My friends and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house for the New Year holidays. The house was sparkling clean and exactly as described. The host was incredibly professional and responded to my messages promptly. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

Great place and nice neighborhood down from the Mission Inn. Neighbors are close by as these are units and they were super nice. It is quiet. I didn’t have any issues. Parking was on a busy street but you can also park off Pine street which was easier. The heater was a little challenging but after reading the guide I as able to figure it out. I would stay again. I had great communication with the host throughout my stay.

Renee’s apartment was amazing to stay in. The area was beautiful and it was lovely to see the sunrise and some stars from the balcony. The apartment itself was really comfortable and everything was as described. I would love to come back and stay again.

Audrey was adorable and accommodating. Great vibes! The place is definitely rustic, that's worth noting. We had a great time watching the stars by the fire. Very close to all the oddities that make it Joshua Tree!

something about the place just felt super welcoming. room is finished to a nice level, beyond what some would do to make a space just rentable. would be happy to stay again.

Our stay and check-in was seamless. The place is clean and has a well stocked kitchen. The decorations are quaint. If you need a place to stay in the area this will do it.

Absolutely love staying here. The apartment is very comfortable and has absolutely everything that you would need. There are so many nice touches by Broc and Britnii which make it an amazing place to stay!

Great place to stay in Palm Springs. Walkable neighborhood, close to downtown and great instructions for arriving and departing. Clean, uncluttered and amazingly stocked with anything you might need. Dietrich, Mary and David are very responsive and wonderful communication. Highly recommend if looking for an amazing stay in Palm Springs.

Minor suggestions.....add aluminum foil, Saran wrap, more coffee pods or grounds. Not enough for two people. Glad I brought more from home. Such a great location, setting, great hosts.

Extremely comfortable, well appointed spot in Palm Dessert. We enjoyed several of the many pools. Everything is very convenient.

Sally was very responsive. She is a great communicator. We loved the place. It was clean and exactly what was advertised. The only negative, and this is I think an Airbnb negative, is why am I paying a cleaning fee of over $200 when every Airbnb place I rent has a number of chores I have to do at checkout? Natalie’s condo was perfect for our weekend snowboarding trip while in big bear. It had all the modern luxuries of a home away from home. It was beautifully remodeled and also comfortable. The condo was very clean and matched the description online. Her place was also only a short drive to the mountain and downtown big bear. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Alex’s condo was the perfect place for our Palm Springs vacation. The condo was in excellent shape and had everything we needed. The pool and spa were very nice and the grounds were beautifully maintained. You can’t beat this location—it was convenient to everything we wanted to do and only about 10 minutes from the airport. And Alex is a super responsive host and on top of everything. I don’t know how our experience could have been any better!
