Absolutely recommend this charming apartment. My husband and I had a great week celebrating our honeymoon here. Suzie and all the hosts were incredibly responsive and were ready to receive us, even when our train was a bit late. Check out was easy.

Séjour parfait RAS, Isabelle était réactive aux messages. Peut-être manque t'il quelques éléments de la vie quotidienne pour la cuisine tel que du sel. Excepté cela ce fut parfait !

Its an unbelievably perfect place for everything you need here in the heart of Paris. Really close to every famous attractions you wanna go,.such as the Louvre, Place de la Concorde, Palais Garnier etc. Anyway it is a enjoyable stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment! The space is bright, beautifully maintained, and feels like the perfect Parisian getaway. The location is unbeatable, with a charming brasserie and a fantastic boulangerie just steps away—perfect for morning croissants and coffee. A special shoutout to Aldric, who went above and beyond to make our check-in seamless, even accommodating our late 1 AM arrival with warmth and professionalism. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place in Paris, this is it. Highly recommend!

L appartement est un vrai nid douillet avec une literie parfaite… c est hyper calme, très propre, simple et efficace !! Je recommande à 100% Nicolas est très réactif et très sympa !!

1. Anne's Apartment The apartment itself is spectacular. The feature, as can be seen from the photos, is a room length window looking out on the Marais; high ceiling; beautiful furnture; perfect kitchen; a good size bedroom and a modern bath. 2. The Neighbourhood Best in the world, in my view. It's the 4th Arrondissement, with a view of the beautiful Archives Nationales; in a neighbourhood that lifts one's spirits. Restaurants, shops, walking distance to everything. 3. Anne Anne was an absolutely wonderful host. She knew we were arriving late after a long flight and made sure we were taken care of. She kept in contact in a pleasant and helpful way, never intruding, always making sure our visit was as good as it could be. When one of us was ill she helped arrange for a doctor. Can honestly say that one of the nicest parts of thi trip was meeting Anne. 4. Would I recommend to friends and would I go back? Yes, already have recommended, and yes, I would very happily return. 6/5

Séjour parfait à tout point de vue, à 2 pas du métro Pereire dans un immeuble typiquement parisien, avec une très belle cour intérieure. L'appartement en lui-meme est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, très accueillant, avec une cuisine parfaitement équipée, un salon bien décoré et une chambre à la literie très très confortable. Otmane est très réactif et nous a donné de bons conseils sur les restaurants du quartier, et Florie a résolu en très peu de temps un petit problème de clef que nous avions mal positionnée dans la boite. Logement que je recommande absolument!

Notre visite chez Anne et Jean-Luc était un plaisir du moment qu’on est arrivé! We were welcomed like family, ideal, quiet location with easy access to metro. The apartment is superbly decorated and sprinkled with personal touches. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else on my future trips to Paris. Anne et Jean-Luc have created a special retreat. This is a true gem! Bravo et merci pour une merveilleuse semaine. On ne voulait pas partir 😊

This is a wonderfully spacious apartment. It has a great kitchen, a lovely outlook and feels airy and light. We were combining a work/leisure visit and it was very handy to have a printer, which we weren't expecting, as well as good Wifi which made it easy to work from. Compared to a hotel we found it was good value for money and we enjoyed the flexibility of either going out to eat and having the ability to cook, or as we did, buy some pre-prepared dishes from the excellent shops on Rue des Abbesses. We loved the location which was within a five minute walk from the centre of Montemarte, in a street that has several wonderful bistros and a great Chinese restaurant. There was flexibility in dropping off our cases early which was much appreciated and we were also able to come back for them later in the day after check out. Our contacts at Vinicius Parisian were extremely helpful and prompt in replying. Highly recommended.

We stayed in Paris at the end of March. This place is beautiful and clean. It’s super close to a metro line, but also in a quiet area. The heated tile floors were so nice, but also great airflow and temperature. The shower was amazing excellent water pressure and heat! Wonderful espresso maker. I would I would highly recommend!

The only minor drawback was that, due to my sensitivity to fragrances, I found the scent in the room a bit overwhelming. However, this did not overshadow the overall fantastic impression of my stay.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Paris! Everything was absolutely fantastic—the space was clean, cozy, and stylish, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything: shops, cafes, metro stations, and major attractions. The host was outstanding—very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire stay. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfeito! Lugar muito limpo e aconchegante! Estar no coraçãp de Paris foi sensacional! Xavier sempre nos respondeu rapidamente e foi muito agradável. Única ressalva que faríamos seria para o fato de apesar de no anúncio falarem se 2,5 banheiros, na vdd o apartamento conta com dois chuveiros e apenas uma privada. Foi bem no limite para nosso grupo de 6 pessoas. Fora isso, impecável! Espero ter a sorte de achar o apto vago em outra passagem por Paris!

Séjour exceptionnel ! Cet Airbnb est de loin le meilleur que j’ai eu l’occasion de découvrir. Tout était absolument parfait, du confort des lieux à la qualité des équipements. Le jacuzzi était un véritable plus, idéal pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie. L’hôte a été très attentionné et la propreté irréprochable. Je recommande à 100 % et reviendrai sans hésiter !

This was such a wonderful stay. My friend and I spent 5 nights here and we loved how for a great price we got two rooms, two balconies, a great shower, washing machine (no dryer machine, however, just heated drying racks) the building was lovely and had a brand new elevator that took us right upstairs, and the space was decorated in a way that made us feel at home in Paris! Samuel was a communicative and friendly host who welcomed us into his home very nicely. The location is wonderful, Montmarte is so beautiful and the place is just a walk away from so many things to do. The building is old, however, so there were a bunch of noises at times but that didn’t really matter to us. We’d certainly come back!

Het appartement is een geweldige uitvalsbasis voor een vakantie in Parijs. Het uitzicht overtrof alle verwachtingen. Het huis heeft goede voorzieningen zoals een heerlijke douche. Het huis bevindt zich dichtbij de metro, je bent zo bij alle toplocaties van Parijs. De goede communicatie met Sophie zorgde ervoor dat kleine probleempjes snel opgelost waren. Bedankt!
