Friendly, quiet neighborhood. Close to village center and only half hour drive to downtown Pittsburgh.

Easy check in. Cute little coffee shop right on the corner. It’s centered in a little town so a lot of things are within walking distance. Nice children next door. You do hear trains passing by ALOT ! Haha The house is older & the floors are uneven but it has been upgraded on the inside. It suited us for the time we were there . Overall it was clean & has the basic amenities. Jon was easy to contact & responded in a timely manner . Decent price point.

This is my family’s second stay at this property. It is a great place for extended family to comfortably stay, relax, and catch up. So many thoughtful touches to make your stay easy. We love it and hope to visit again!

The stay was wonderful, and the house was excellent. a fam We went to visit a family member and will stay there again. The house was filled with extra food and snacks. You can walk to the park overlooking the river. Carrie is an excellent host, and I am glad we found her. She also is dog friendly which is very important to me when looking for places to stay.

Beautiful home in a very private setting but only 10 minutes from tons of stores and restaurants. Plenty of space for 15 people. Love that there are bathrooms and bedrooms on each level. Very clean. Highly recommend.

My family & I enjoyed our stay at Boxwood House. Beds were very comfortable, house was filled with everything we needed, it was close to town and my God Daughter's house and really just homey. We took full advantage of the hot tub and was awesome that we all had a robe to wear. The neighbors were friendly also. Looking forward to our next stay here when my grand niece arrives!

Staying with Leni was perfect! The space felt so cozy! Some highlights of the listing is how relaxing the bed is with perfect temperature controls of the AC and heat. Having a garage to park my car was great as it snowed during or stay so I didn't have to clean it off and Leni snowblowed the drive way immediately which was very thoughtful as our host. Her lovely protecting dog Kubo was outside the property when we arrived but we didn't have to interact with any of the animals to check in by ourselves. I'm 6"2' and my only complaint was using the shower was a little awkward since I was eyelevel with the shower head but super negligible. Overall a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Leni!

This place is immaculate! They have everything and anything you could think of! It’s secluded enough to have privacy, but close enough to everything to order in takeout, or any thing you forgot to pack. We brought our toddler, and two dogs and it was perfect for everyone. This is probably the nicest air bnb I have ever stayed in, and I have frequented this app for years!

Great place in Lawrenceville. It is a nice studio. Fully equipped kitchen w full size fridge, range and dishwasher. Great bathroom w shower (no tub). In unit washer and dryer. Great building w easy checkin and checkout. Not cheap, but a reasonable price when the city is busy and the hotels are expensive.

Great location in the heart of it all in Pittsburgh’s Strip District! The unit was well appointed and spotless. Would definitely book again!

Very comfortable, relaxing home. Found items we were looking for - wash clothes etc. We had fun learning about the Bidet in the one king bedroom! Learned something new that day. We had a terrific time in the sunroom. Mandy replied quickly when we had trouble igniting the sunroom heater. House had room for everyone to be comfortable. The house was in a lovely, peaceful setting (I spotted deer, a heron, turkey, even a fish leaping out of the water), and the house itself was larger than I expected and had everything you need. Overall, I had a nice stay--Sunny was very communicative.

Lyle's place was spectacular! The views, the cleanliness, and the crickets at night were perfect! You have every thing you need to make you feel at home! We'd definitely stay again!

This was such a wonderful place! It was quiet, the neighborhood was safe and neighbors were kind. I loved that we were allowed to bring our dogs. Funnily enough, it didn’t smell like lots of dogs had been there if you know what I mean. The beds were nice. The house was stocked with clean dishes to use. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful place! Was extremely pleased with all the little extras that were in the home for our use. There was candy, water, chips, fresh coffee beans with a grinder, nice soap and hair products, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, and so much more! One big thing that usually aren’t common in other places I’ve stayed in is comfortable beds with nice pillows and this place had both! Also, the water is very hot so you can actually take a very nice hot shower. The coffee bar was so pleasant with several liquid flavors and syrups as well as herbal teas to choose from too. We grilled out and there were spices for everything we needed. The hot tub was very well maintained to mention and also plenty of clean towels. We did our laundry before returning home and detergent was also included. All the TV’s were nice sized equipped with ROKU to include Netflix, Disney, etc. Check out The National Bird Avery while in town. That’s why we came. Check in was very easily with no hassle. Will return.

My wife, my dog, and I needed a long-term option while we were house hunting in Pittsburgh and the River's Edge was absolutely perfect for us. The unit itself is spacious, modern, and cozy, ideally located with access to all the amenities and attractions that the Beaver area has to offer. Carrie is always responsive, and her knowledge of the area was more than useful as we got familiar with our new surroundings. I couldn't imagine a better jumping off point for our next chapter, River's Edge really became a home for us and we will be forever grateful!

Perfect gem! The host was very easy to communicate with and it was a very comfortable house with everything you could need. Bedrooms/beds were very comfortable and it was a nicely decorated space. Kitchen had everything you need! Everything was amazing and would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for a few friends to visit Pennsylvania! Theresa was very responsible and flexible with us wanting to add an extra day last minute and needing late check out.
