Great stay! All the amenities are great along with location! We did have a long stay before we arrived so maybe the cleaning people didn’t have much time before we arrived. Regardless such a great home, would stay again

What a charming place! Everything was very comfortable, and the decor was super fun. We chose the location for its proximity to Loveland Mountain, and we were very happy with the entire ski weekend experience. Would definitely return again.

Steve and AJ's place was just as described. It was perfect for our large family. The house was beautiful and the location was great. They provided a lot of things that added to our comfort. They had fans, humidifiers, lotions, shampoos and conditioners, a variey of cookware and even sleds we could borrow. We were even welcomed with a lovely goody basket. We would definitely stay there again!!!

The house was exactly as advertised and even better. It is beautifully furnished and decorated, the bathrooms are terrific and modern and there was plenty of room for 5 adults. There are lots of nice, extra touches throughout. The location is excellent with fantastic views. The outside fire pit and sauna were great and really appreciated after skiing all day. We've stayed at other places in Georgetown. This is easily the best.

Beautiful house and location with an easy 15 minutes drive to downtown Breckenridge and skiing. House was clean and comfortable with great views, but definitely need 4WD to make it up the driveway in winter weather!

Loved our stay at Kristin's home! The tri level layout worked great for our family to spread out, we stayed cozy by the fire, cooked every day/night in the fully stocked kitchen, walked our dog around the neighborhood, and of course skiied Loveland - just 15 minutes away! We love Georgetown and are so glad we got to stay at Kristin's for spring break week! Hope to be back soon!

We loved staying here and definitely would stay here again. There place is right on a river. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the water. There is also a walking path right there so it was easy to walk to restaurants. The house is well equipped to make cooking there easy if you like to do that. It had everything we needed. The hot tub is right outside there place which was convenient after hiking all day. Chris was very responsive to questions and check in/out was very easy.

Our hosts were wonderful. The place was perfect for our needs. Walkable to local restaurants and drivable to various attractions. Fun to stay in a cute little town.

Great place! Katy thought of everything. The pull out couch was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. We would definitely recommend staying there!

Great place to stay!! Was very walkable to Vail Village/ base of mountain for skiing/snowboarding and Ford Park if you are attending for a concert!! Area was very safe. Jon was a great host and very responsive when needed!!

This is one of the best rentals we have experienced. Sandy is an exceptional, gracious and thoughtful host. Her attention to detail in making her guests feel at home...incredible! It starts when you walk in and are welcomed with a basket filled with goodies. The condo has views of the mountains, is beautifully decorated, immaculate, with comfy beds and sofa, fluffy towels and guest robes! The private shuttle to Beaver Creek and Vail ski resorts was greatly appreciated, as well as the locker area for ski storage. We can't thank you enough for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Location was perfect for skiing, very short walk through the Westin to ski valet and gondola. Also can easily walk to many restaurants. We plan on trying to stay here for years to come!

I want to rent this place every year. We had a fantastic experience. The thing that sets this place apart is the staff in the building. It's like staying in a hotel room with all the amenities of a front desk staff that's there 24/7, and more! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. And they cleaned the entire unit for us every single day! That was honestly one of the best parts. Plus, there's a free ski valet where they grab your gear as soon as you walk off of the gondola and hand it back to you at the same location the next morning. A beautiful heated pool and TWO outdoor hottubs at the base of the beautiful mountain really took this spot to the next level. Will definitely be back!

Caroline was such a lovely host, and her place was perfect for my sister and I skiing at A-Basin for the weekend! The area is cute with some shops and restaurants, and the lake is beautiful. The shuttle picks up super close to get to the mountain, so it made it easy to avoid the $20/day parking fee on the weekend. Would love to come back earlier in the season to skate on the lake!

Perfect location for those who want to visit Breckenridge but also want the quiet and privacy of a cabin off the grid

We loved our stay here! The cabin was beautiful and located in such a peaceful area. Jay was incredibly helpful and proactive in making sure we found it okay, telling us to use Google maps instead, and even put Christmas lights out on the sign to make it even easier for us. The booklet inside had lots of great recommendations as well. We stayed her to ski at Breck and it was a great location, only a 25-30 minute drive to the hill. Also close to a few small towns where you can get a good bite to eat or grab groceries. absolutely LOVED everything about this place it was a steal.

Incredible view, comfortable, and impeccable cabin. Simply beautiful, it met all our standards. The location is just perfect and the view is breathtaking. Also, great amenities, the kitchen is very well stocked! Overall great place with a great host!!

Erin & Jim's cozy creekside cabin was the perfect getaway from the city last weekend. Tucked away on a private spot countryside, it felt like our own lil winter wonderland. The cabin itself was clean and unique with comfy beds and couches, a quaint kitchen, great lighting, two options for making coffee (we went the french press route) and a wood burning fireplace made us and our dog feel warm to the core. Only around 12 minutes from Breckenridge's Peak 8, we were able to get to the gondola in no time and had such a lovely and cozy place to return to at the end of the day. Erin & Jim were also responsive and friendly, before and during our stay. You can tell they love their cabin and enjoy sharing their lil secret with the world. We'll be back!

This is a great place for a larger group that wants to ski and enjoy Breckenridge but doesn’t want the expense or hustle-bustle of downtown Breckenridge. The full kitchen saved us a bunch of money on restaurants. It takes 16 minutes from gondola to the cabin. If you have a non-skiing drop-off driver you can save the $18 daily parking charge. Overall, very satisfied. JK

We’ve stayed here twice now, it’s our favorite cabin to go to when we want to ski breck! The cabin is clean and updated, the kitchen is fully stocked, the host is very responsive, and the location a little outside breck makes for a great cabin weekend.

Great stay! My family loved the privacy of the hot tub and the sauna was a nice touch!
