We absolutely loved our stay at Neil’s place. The house was perfect for a family staycation as we’re from the area but wanted to stay somewhere special under one roof to celebration a birthday, and this was the perfect spot! We boat on Loch Lomond and it was such a treat to enjoy the views all weekend long! The house’s amenities were also great for celebration - from enough dining space for everyone to the fire pit to the hot tub to the seating on the deck to the kids play area - we enjoyed it all!

My family and I loved the house and the location. We stayed for 4 days, and one day we didn’t even leave the house hardly it was so relaxing with views of the water. Everything was clean and had plenty of cooking utensils. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely visit again.

Great place for families. Far from town so I recommend getting what you need before coming to the cabin. The rec room was a favorite of our families. Great stay!

We would love to come back here in the summer to enjoy the lake and all resort amenities. The home was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 4 teenagers. Although it’s a little further drive to most Branson activities than expected, the comfort level of the home was well worth it.

We enjoyed our stay here for Thanksgiving. We were in town to spend the holiday with our daughter and son-in-law who live near Springdale. The location is quiet and private but only 15 minutes to grocery and restaurants. The house is well decorated and had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The back deck area is very nice and we enjoyed lunch out there one even though it was cold while we were there. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We loved the house, it was bigger than we expected and very clean. The house is well stocked with amenities and the view is amazing! 10 out of 10!

Great lakefront location. Very clean and well furnished. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen as we prepared all our meals there since it’s so remote. The outside is rustic with a very large deck overlooking the lake with cushioned furniture, table and chairs, and a propane patio heater. The inside is very comfortable with nice mid century modern furniture including throws for chilly mornings. Plenty of comfy seating and we loved looking out all the windows at the lake. There is an incline from the house to the lake so could be challenging for disabled. We fished from the very nice dock and caught several fish but you could also fish from the shore if concerned about little ones. There is a solo stove for a fire pit A very nice getaway for a couple or small family.

I can’t say enough great things about this space and these hosts!!! They are SO accommodating and kind. The space was truly breathtaking, the drive back to the house held some of my favorite sites also. It’s so easy to enjoy outside time while there, as they have multiple porches all with outdoor furniture, even a ping pong table! We loved walking down to the lake from the property too! The inside is cozy, accommodating, and felt just like home. It was such a wonderful getaway, I hope to make it back soon! 🤍

Had a great stay at the Huron House. Beautiful location and very peaceful. Lots of room for our party of 7, and yet allowed us to spend time together as a family too! Totally worth staying at.

Aspen’s place was a very comfortable, clean and cozy place for my family’s weekend getaway. The place is very clean, quiet and has all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Just a few miles outside of Eureka Springs makes it a great spot to stay while visiting the area. The “little golden gate” bridge is also really neat to go over to get into the neighborhood. A++ Highly recommend

Perfect home for me and my two teenage boys for a quick vacation to beautiful northern AR. The fireplace is a great touch and we enjoyed the hot tub, which was easy to use. Oh - and the master bed is super comfy.

The Carefree location was beautiful! Had a hiccup with the code to the door, but B&M responded quickly to get us in! Enjoyed both living rooms, and the bedrooms were extremely spacious. The beds were very comfortable! Took advantage of the grill, patio, and the path to the lake! The house is in a remote location, so we had a ton of privacy. The only issue one might have is the winding roads to get to the house, but it was very nice! The labels in every bathroom and kitchen was a little nerve-racking only because some of the details were not correct, and we were worried about not putting something back correctly or even missing something that we didn’t actually have. Made sure to let B&M know some of the labels were not accurate, so hopefully things were ok. In all, the trip was made even better by this wonderful home! We had three generations of family, and B&M allowed us to bring our pups! Amazing location!

Our stay at the Dockside Getaway was absolutely amazing! The property was spotless and well-maintained—cleanliness was clearly a top priority. We loved how private and peaceful the location was, tucked away in nature with a breathtaking view of the lake. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, from the cooking area to the cozy firepit. The scenery was simply beautiful—perfect for making unforgettable memories with our family. Darla was incredibly polite and responsive, always quick to reply to any questions we had. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer. This place gave us a perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We’re definitely coming back and can’t wait for the next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Blue on Beaver Lake. The property was beautiful and serene. We saw flocks of turkeys and groups of deer wandering in the woods. There was plenty of space for my family with our three little girls and our friends with their son. The house was in perfect condition with lots of games and things for the kids to play with. The location was exactly what we wanted—private and picturesque, but centrally located to explore the entire NWA and SW Missouri Ozarks. The host Nicole was also wonderful. She was very responsive and proactive in recommending activities and restaurants. We visited several places she suggested, and we were not disappointed. We would love to come back when the lake temps are a bit warmer so we can go for a swim!

We have been going to the lake for thanksgiving as a family for about ten years. We have stayed at many vacation rentals. This was our favorite! The host provided everything needed. It was beautiful. It worked great for our family from ages 9-90! We loved it! Thank you!!

Everything we needed and more. Roomy and full of everything useful you could think of. Was a big hit with our large family. Vangie was incredibly helpful and available when needed. We didn’t want to go home!! Highly recommend!!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the hot tub, it was the perfect way to relax after a long day. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

This lake front home has a great view of the lake and is located close to Rogers and Hobbs State Park. There are lots of activities to do within easy driving distance. The home is a well maintained older home with remodeled kitchen and fun amenities, such as arcades and kayaks. The stairs to the lower level could be difficult to navigate for elderly people since you need to duck your head at one point, but this didn’t cause our group any trouble. Back yard is steep, but well fenced with new chain link.

Was great overall. The water pressure seemed to be the only issue because it seemed low across the board no matter if it was the sinks or showers. Aside from that it was great.
