Perfect place to stay to access the Palermo area, lots to see within walking distance. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with everything you might need, especially the kitchen!

This apartment is located in a great place very close to the Plaza Italia subway station and many crocery shops around. The people that take care of the place ( Emanuel , Marcel and Andres) were very attentive to our needs and the apartment itself is exactly what we needed. Also , the swimming pool is very nice and the gym on the 31 floor is amazing!! WE will return!! Judy and Jacob

Excelente ubicación hacia los puntos turísticos de la ciudad, muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca, y con muchas opciones de transporte público. El lugar estaba muy bien equipado con artículos de primera necesidad y el anfitrión nos recomendó puntos interesantes para visitar y fue flexible con la llegada al lugar y con responder nuestras dudas. Súper recomendado!

La comunicación fue excelente, siempre fueron muy atentos, y respondían a nuestras inquietudes muy rápido, la zona es tranquila, las camas fueron muy cómodas, en general todo muy bien. Lo recomiendo!!

We stayed a week at this San Telmo apartment. It’s got such character and comfort. The balconies overlooking Defensa street were very cool. It was a breezy and comfortable place. Only slightly annoying during the day was a constant beeping from the parking garage across the street.

Exclente la atención de Romi! Estuvo en contacto permanente con nosotros y a disposición para lo que necesitábamos. Departamento cómodo y ordenado. Zona segura, tranquila, con supermercados, negocios y colectivos cerca.

This apartment was beautiful and had everything you could need. I stayed for only a few days but would have loved to stay longer if I could. Also the location was central to the rest of the city for the things I found wanting to do. And one of the most convenient places was directly opposite where they had a shop which had everything you may need. I would 100% stay again it if I find myself needing an apartment in the beautiful city of Buenos Aires!

El lugar es muy bonito y acogedor, además de esta muy bien ubicado y cerca a todo. Cuenta con todas las comodidades para pasar una excelente estadía, sin duda, volvería a quedarme en este alojamiento.

O apartamento de José é excelente, melhor do que as fotos mostram. Ficamos quase 2 semanas, eu, meu esposo e gêmeos de 8 anos, super bem acomodados. Fizemos várias refeições em casa, a cozinha tinha tudo o que precisávamos, fizemos até um churrasco na sacada com vista para a cidade. O ar condicionado e a piscina fizeram a diferença, nos permitindo aliviar o calor intenso do verão. A localização é perfeita, com muitos restaurantes, mercados e praças ao redor. Não havia garagem incluída, deixamos o carro na rua, pois é bem seguro. José deu várias dicas úteis. Recomendamos seu espaço e esperamos voltar em breve.

Great host. Fantastic location in lively neighborhood with access to subway, plenty taxis and uber, restaurants and shops, and parque centenario which is great for exercising! Fantastic deal! We were 6 and plenty comfortable

The initial instructions were a little unclear because I thought it was keyless entrance because he gave me a code to get in but I didn’t understand that he had to meet me there to give me a key fob to get through the outer doors. Once they arrived, everything else was fantastic! Even a bottle of wine for my arrival. Thanks again for everything!!

El depto es simple y completo, tiene lo justo y necesario para la estadía. Silvana es súper atenta y relajada. Y la ubicación del depto es inmejorable.

I found Carol's listing from a friend who had stated there 10 years ago. we couldn't have been happier. The place was lovely. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, subway and gave a nice flavour of life in Buenos Aires. Carol was a great host easy to communicate with and hooked us up with a wonderful driver for some early morning ingredients trips and our return flight, gave good advice on where to exchange money, where to eat, shop, etc. this would be a great place to stay for 2-4 people. the two bedrooms are on different levels which is nice for a bit of separation.

Hermoso el lugar, súper grande y muy recomendable

I have had a wonderful stay here! I’ve stayed in the apartment for a month and have extended too. It is very well located in a quiet area but with many coffee shops and restaurants and it is next to all my favorite green parks. The apartment is great with a big working desk, balcony, big closet and the kitchen is fully stocked for everything for cooking. Definitely recommend, especially for those long-term and working!! Thank you ☺️☺️

Muy lindo mono ambiente, bien ubicado, espacioso y con todo lo necesario. Un poco ruidoso dado que pasa una avenida y esta al lado del Hospital Pirovano, pero si se cierra las ventanas queda perfecto 👌

Buen departamento, linda vista y con un lindo parque cerca. No se siente bullicio de Ciudad y se puede descansar. Muy bien ubicado para ir al Movistar Arena. Muchas líneas de Micro cercanas, subte y tren. El departamento está en un edificio con seguridad 24/7.

Excelente departamento y comunicación con Laura. La ubicación me gustó mucho, harta locomoción y cerca de lugares turísticos, se puede ir al barrio la boca caminando. Así también, los conserjes muy amables, me hicieron una inducción de los diferentes servicios del edificio. Si volvería a Buenos Aires, volvería a este lugar 👍

One of the best places to stay because of location and it was very nice!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Alejandra & Josefina’s place for our first time in BA. The unit is stunning and very comfortable with great bed, natural light, air conditioning, functional kitchen, and two workspaces. Building had great amenities like the pool, gym, terrace. Area couldn’t have been any better with tons of great cafes, restaurants, and bars no more than 1-2 blocks away. Grocery store across the street was very helpful. The hosts were wonderful - so friendly, responsive, and helpful. Amazing attention to detail (extra towels for our long stay, they even replaced coffee machine same day after there was an issue). I’d highly recommend this stay to anybody!

Excelente atención, destaco la limpieza del departamento, su ubicación y la claridad en las instrucciones al momento del check-in y check-out. Sin dudas volvería a elegirlo.
