Clean, remote, beautiful property. Awesome huge TV and comfortable couch. Comfortable beds.

This was a perfect location for our extended family visit. Close to University of Lynchburg. Apartment was perfect size for our extended family. Breakfast was delicious. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

We love Peggy’s place. The view is wonderful, and everything well apportioned. This is our second stay and would gladly visit again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exceptionally clean and exactly as described. It's clear the owners take great care of the property. The location was fantastic, though the weather was poor during our visit. I can only imagine how beautiful it is on a sunny day. As vegetarians, we found local dining options limited, so we cooked most meals. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything we needed, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend it. The combination of cleanliness, accuracy, and a great location made for a perfect getaway. We'd happily return!

The place was well kept and clean. Almost brand new! Just be aware that you will have to drive to most of the amenities. Also you will have to pay a $20 per person fee for the use of the amenities and that wasn’t mentioned prior to renting. We went to Bottles and Bites on a Saturday night and it was great!

My husband and I had a wonderful getaway to Smith Mountain Lake. Nicole's place was a cozy space full of all the things we needed for the weekend. The space was clean and comfortable.

Grew up on SML, so it was the perfect last stay before I move! Beautiful views, everything you need besides your suitcase and a plan to relax as she says! Wonderful stay.

We loved staying here! The unit is small but decorated very nice and has all amenities you would need for a weekend away. Check in was easy with clear instructions provided the day before. We had no trouble operating the lock box or using the pin pad to enter the building. The unit was also very clean! The bed is so comfortable that we slept great both nights. We appreciated that Leslie left water and snacks available since we had forgotten to pack any in our rush to leave on the day of our trip. The beach and pergola near the water were nice to sit at in the evening. Although the on site restaurant was a bit pricy, the food was totally worth it. It was the best steak we had in a while! This unit met all of our expectations and we would definitely like to stay here again if we take another trip to SML.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful space. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had during stay. Kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals even a blender. It's the little things like washing pods, coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and such, that make your trip that much smoother. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Very clean. When i needed assistance, Stefan responded quickly. We were there to fish. We were able to put our boat in and had hook ups for the boat. We will go back! We were worried about leaving the boat in the slip but there was security making rounds during the night. Already talking about going back!

This was our first time staying in an Airbnb and the first time we visited SML. Our experience was great from our initial inquiry regarding boat launching, docking, and trailer storage at check-in to our departure 5 days later. Armand obtained the info and map links from the security office that we needed to launch the boat and store the trailer. which made it easy once we arrived. The view from the condo is beautiful any time of the day, but the view of the sunrise across the lake behind the mountain is absolutely stunning. We were very comfortable and felt at home during our stay. If you have a boat, bring it, you can’t beat waking down to the dock on this water playground with marinas, restaurants, beaches, and shops to visit. We’re looking forward to returning in the Spring.

The beautiful view coupled with a quiet neighborhood were welcomed. However, what I appreciate the most is the thoughtfulness that invited you into every room, such as the complementary toiletries in case you forgot something, the full dishware in the kitchen, or the mints on the dresser. It was the perceft place for our weekend. I will definitely stay again!

Beautiful peaceful & quiet location. Amenities were great including indoor pool, hot tub, pickleball courts. Maryanne was flexible and friendly. We hope to be back soon.

This was one of the nicest Airbnb stays we have had. The condo was comfortable, beautifully decorated and had anything we may have needed, plus!!! Mike was always friendly in his communications, shared great information about the area and really went out of his way to make us comfortable and welcomed. Thank you for a great stay!! I would highly recommend!!

This was a perfect place for some quality family time. The house is awesome! Very well-appointed, clean, and well-thought-out for families. The surroundings are beautiful and convenient with a gym, pools, pickle ball, and tennis accessible within a short walk. There are walking trails everywhere in the large resort and the kayaks provided by the house are a nice activity. The communication was great with the hosts which made the visit stress-free.

Myself and a group of men were in town for a men’s Christian conference. We had a hard time finding a house in the area that met our larger group and that was still private. Kate had let me know she had two properties on the house that would work great for our needs. I canceled our original booking with another host and so thankful we did. The houses were perfect for us and after a great day and half of being at the event we were able to unwind and enjoy each others company with a fire that night. The bedding was very comfortable and house was clean. Kate was great.

The unit was extremely quiet, clean and comfortable. Lots of room for 6 adults. The unit has everything you need for cooking meals. The views are amazing. We stayed for our daughter’s graduation from Liberty University. I would love to come back when we have more time to enjoy the amenities. Kellen was extremely proactive and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay! Kitchen fully stocked, very clean home and everything we needed for easy stay. It felt very much like home. The golf cart to ride back and forth to the dock was an added bonus! We caught fish from the dock!! LOTS of seating and LOTS of areas to gather in and around the house. Very large porch and we loved the screened in porch as well. We very much enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were comfortable and decorations were perfect. The property was very well thought out. We will definitely be staying again and highly recommend.

A rare occasion when photos and description don’t quite do justice to this incredible home. When we drove up to the house and saw the spectacular view, we were amazed. When we stepped into the house, we wanted to move in and never leave. That’s how beautiful this place is. We hiked all 2+miles of the on-property trails, sat in the sun on the dock, enjoyed cocktails on the huge deck and slept like babies in the gorgeous master bedroom. Kitchen is big and super modern and the living room is spacious and beyond comfortable. Location is remote, quiet and peaceful… just what we were hoping for. Owner Jeff was always reachable and helpful with the few questions we had. Simply a 5 star+++airbnb.

Logan was a very responsive host. We enjoyed the home very much. The kids loved the arcade games, the back patio, and the big bubble bath on the main level which was very accessible for kids next to the bunk beds room they loved. We had a great family thanksgiving in the beautiful dinning room. Would highly recommended this home for anyone visiting Liberty University or Lynchburg Virginia for family trip. Great location and we loved watching the red cardinals through the big windows in the kitchen/ breakfast nook.

Josh was a great host who communicated quickly after the property was booked and leading up to our stay. He also checked in with us while we were there to make sure all was good. The house was beautiful with a great open concept family room/kitchen that provided a perfect space to hang out with family and friends. The house was conveniently well stocked with all basic needs and was right across the street from a community center with a gym and sizable indoor pool. Overall a great stay and would happily return for a future getaway!
