Fantastic location set in the grounds of the local Manor House.. Really clean & fresh just a great location for a peaceful getaway.

Emma and Duncan's place was absolutely stunning, what an amazing house is a truly outstanding location right on the river. Everything you would need in the kitchen, plenty of space and even floatables provided to use in the river. My only recommendation for visitors with young children is to pack a gate to put at the top of the stairs. You can close the balcony doors but not block off the stairs from the main living room. A really really minor recommendation for what was one of my favourite places booked on Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay. The converted barn was clean and nicely decorated and it was a real bonus to have an on site pool and Pilates studio which we enjoyed using! Alex was an exceptional host and very helpful both before and during our stay. Would recommend for anyone looking for a retreat in the countryside!

What an amazing place! So clean and everything was great! Pool and hot tub very clean and easy to use, walked the really nice 15/20 mins walk to the local, very friendly and the food was amazing! Amazing views all around! Tanya was an absolute wonderful host- so friendly and welcoming, took us to meet her horses- thankyou! Don’t think the pictures really do it justice tbh! Lush stay! Had a lovely stay. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and very comfortable furnishings. The bed linen and towels were hotel standard and slept very soundly in the comfortable mezzanine bedroom. The excellent WiFi and bright, airy conservatory made for an excellent office space and we managed to get lots done whilst also feeling like we got a real break away from it all. Breakfast overlooking the garden was wonderful and I enjoyed watching all the different birds including a very pretty Fieldfare. Will definitely be back in the warmer weather to enjoy the pool. Thanks for all the little extras which made this an especially good experience.

The annexe is a smart modern place in a very quiet location yet easy access to the M1 and Milton Keynes. We were able to prepare & cook meals in the kitchen area. The TV works with casting from a smart phone/tablet. Great shower with good water pressure. Very spacious living room and bedroom for 2 people. Wi fi worked well. Emma provided clear and prompt communication on how to access the property. All good.

We had a lovely stay at the pool house, Sarah was lovely and very helpful. The pool house was beautiful, family friendly and the hot tub was amazing. Lots of beautiful neighbouring villages and lovely pubs nearby, I would 100% recommend staying here

Stunning apartment, with a great selection of books and cool and unique artwork to look at. Comfortable bed and great sized bath/shower. communication was excellent. The estate itself is stunning to have a walk around with a yummy coffee from the cafe on site. We also used the spa, which was just to the left of the flat, really great customer service there, they left us to relax and we just had to ring a bell for any assistance. It's actually one of the cleanest spas I've been too and felt really special to have it to ourselves, I was given a discount code for the spa when booking this flat, which I thought was kind. Had a truly lovely and relaxed weekend with my boyfriend, some lovely pubs not too far and also Cambridge was only a 30 minute drive.

amazing stay at Stuart and Jane's lovely caravan and the surroundings were amazingly peaceful. the people in the other caravans were really friendly and talkative. the land surrounding the accommodation is well worth a walk around if you have time. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there anytime of the year. thankyou again guys🙂
