The location of this place was amazing! Above some amazing restaurants and a short walk from French Lick Casino. Right in the middle of town, easy parking, and quiet building. Sam was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!! Was in town for a show at the Mercury Ballroom and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the venue, 4th street, and a lot of restaurants downtown. Airbnb was very clean, felt safe, looked just like the pictures. Very quiet, did not hear the neighbors at all. This is right in downtown, but did not hear the traffic unless it was a loud vehicle. The bed was also very comfy. Parking garage was very convenient to get to and you can see your parking spot from the unit. Although getting in and out the garage in a Honda Civic was hard because of the tight corners. Longer vehicles like trucks and SUVs might have trouble, but just take it slow. Devin and his team was always nice, communicated very well, and gave detailed instructions. We didnt need anything from them, but always answered within minutes when we did message.

For a couple days in Louisville bouncing in and out of town to explore the Bourbon Trail the place was great. There's a bunch to do around Nulu and the farthest distilleries were about a 35 minute walk. Place was cozy, beds comfortable, and incredibly clean. Parking on the block was never an issue, even on the weekend. Overall, a wonderful place to call home base if you're visiting Louisville!

Shannon's place was close to the highway, only 5 miles so it was so convenient for an overnight stay. It's a small space, very nicely decorated and has everything you need. Shannon was very responsive. I'll stay again if I'm ever travelling that way again!

Perfect place for our night in Bloomington!

This was a genuinely fun place to stay. The style was trendy and modern. The drop down ceilings and brick walls gives a sense of intimacy in an otherwise large area. The colors and the neon sign make for a great, late night environment. The bedrooms were VERY comfortable, the kitchen is intuitively set up, and there is a charming deck area to hang out. The location of The Black Pearl is hard to beat. Downtown New Albany has a small town america vibe that works for it. There are plenty of shops, the river is a two minute walk, and Louisville is a 15 minute drive over the bridge. There is also a magnificent breakfast place, Wild Eggs, five minutes away. All in all, The Black Pearl was a charming place to go in the middle of a charming town. Definitely worth a visit. 

I really enjoyed my stay here, and Evan and Kinsey were great hosts that were easy to communicate with! Very clean and cozy space!

Quite Great location at peacful clean home and Host was Awesome and responsive and helpful with all question and would love to stay again !!!

Our family of three had a wonderful stay! There’s a nook in the bedroom that fit our toddlers pack and play perfectly. We appreciated the cleanliness, updated appliances, and bathroom with bathtub.

Tracy and Abbey have a most wonderful home in the heart of downtown Bloomington. I would strongly recommend this location and these hosts to anyone staying in the area. 5 stars!!

Wooded getaway is very accurate. Accommodations were perfect for our needs. The outdoor area is so pretty and Ron had turned the strings of lights on for our arrival. So very thoughtful for us Texans who were tired from a day of travel. There is ample outdoor seating and firewood available for an outdoor camp fire. We all rested well. The price is really good for everything you get. This area of Indiana is stunning. I would like to come back and stay longer! Thank you Ron!

Our stay at Karen’s home was more than what we expected. We can’t say enough good things about how clean and convenient and well appointed the home was, or Karen as a host. Street parking only would have been fine, but the extra parking spot in back was even better. We are grateful to have been able to stay there on this trip, and we would not only highly recommend it to others, but stay there again ourselves. Thank you!

Second time staying and it's extremely home and comfortable. Needed a weekend getaway to just reset and it was perfect. Definitely recommend

Jana's place was great for our 6 person trip to Louisville. We were able to comfortably walk to all the places in Nulu we were interested in seeing and we enjoyed having a sufficient amount of room to spend time together each night at the house. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were all clean. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Louisville.

We stayed here for the night and went to an IU basketball game. It’s a great quiet location that’s a perfect uber ride to downtown. The space was perfectly furnished with all the necessities and it felt cozy and comfortable from the first step in the door. Free of clutter and VERY clean. It was perfect for a quick trip but could also see it being great spot for a long stay too! Thanks for offering a wonderful place to stay!

Matthew was a great host. We had issues getting our keycards the first night and he was extremely responsive and helpful. He got us inside in no time! The condo was perfect and just what we needed for the weekend.

Wonderful stay and location. Had everything you could need during a stay!

Would stay again. Very clean. We had one issue with the toilet/plumbing, we were able to resolve it, but host was responsive and friendly throughout and said he'd contact plumber. We were not able to park in the spots near entrance (very tight, some spots taken) but parked on street with no issues.
