A very clean, spacious and well equipped and presented property with easy walking to every facility. Particularly liked white bed linen and towels which gives confidence of cleanliness. The property is well proportioned and in an ideal location for walking to the shops, restaurants and the massive park at the top of the slope. Travis was always responsive and helpful.

we had a big group and this listing was able to accommodate us all. it was split into two separate sections so it gave a sense of privacy for our groups. there wasn't much of a common area/living room, but there was a small couch/seating section in one of the larger rooms. you could hear air planes over head, but overall it was in a quiet area. Sylvia was very nice and responsive in our communications!

Jessica was very accommodating, nice and polite. Quick responses were perfect for no hassle communication. Off street parking was a plus +. We will definitely be returning in a few weeks thanks so much for having us .😊

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

Laura was communicative and responsive before, during, and after our stay. She proactively reached out, via text, before we checked-in to welcome us and to provide additional information to ensure we were comfortable. The place was exactly as described, and the extra’s were a nice touch - snacks, sugar packets, salt/pepper, fans, humidifier, extra blankets, washer/dryer, etc. During our stay, I had to reach out to Laura around 9pm on a Friday night, and she immediately responded. The neighborhood was cute, had a lot of places close by to shop or eat, and we felt safe. The morning of our check-out, Laura touched base via text volunteering a later check-out, if needed. Although, we didn’t need it, the offer was appreciated. We were in NJ for a Regional gymnastics competition and extended our stay to visit NYC. If I return to the area or want to visit NYC, I will stay here again. Thank you for everything, Laura.

Paul is an excellent host! He’s always very communicative. I’ve stayed at two of his properties and both have been great stays. I enjoyed the space and it was perfect for my work trip. The space was clean and had everything I needed. Would stay again. Thank you Paul!

Gregory’s place is a bit of a triumphant return to the old days of Airbnb. He lived in the basement but I’d completely respectful of space and privacy and even left during our stay. The house itself feels like a real home and has been meticulously g curated with all sorts of awesome art and eye treasures to uncover. Might not be everyone’s taste but if you need the beds as listed and appreciate pastiche, this is the place. We would definitely return.

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

The barn is a perfect place for a family with children. Beautiful surroundings would enjoy a summer stay and use the pool. Micaela perfect host all requests were attended too quickly. Look forward to another stay on next visit to NJ.

The Apartment was in Greenpoint and the views were amazing although not exactly the Appartement in the pictures. It was as Food as the ohne Shown. It is a Bit rare that you only get to Know the adress in the last minute but it worked well. Maybe that is due to NYC Airbnb politics

My stay at Haithum’s place was absolutely perfect in every way. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and completely at home. Haithum’s attention to detail and care were incredible – he was always helpful and quick to assist with any issues or questions that came up. Communication was smooth and friendly, and his responses were always prompt, making everything so easy and stress-free. The space itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Every detail, from the fresh linens to the cozy atmosphere, showed real care and intention. It was clear that Haithum genuinely wanted his guests to feel relaxed and well taken care of, and that made a big difference.

We really enjoyed our stay! They are great host. Great location in NJ esp if you are trying to get to the city. I would recommend learning the how the path train and the subway works from nyc to Hoboken.

Great location and stay

Jeff's place was exactly as described and depicted. It was beautiful, clean, and in a great location with stunning views. The supermarket was just a 5 minute walk from the apartment building and the city was only 15 minutes away. I loved everything about this place. I would 100% recommend it and would definitely book again. Thank you so much!

El hospedaje está increíble, moderno, limpio, ordenado, muy bien ubicado, ideal para desplazarce a Manhattan, el bus pasa en la esquina. La zona muy completa, hay de todo para comprar. Martín se portó increíble, siempre atento a cualquier detalle, nos dió instrucciones muy claras, lo recomendo 100 %. La pasarán increíble.

Very good place.

The place was just perfect for a short get-away from the city. Walkable to the beach. You can even see the ocean. Walkable to a good coffee shop, and restaurants. The kitchen has basics, so we could make breakfast. The family upstairs is definitely loud, and I don't think there's much insolation, because you can see the washing machine running, and people showering. Also when it's windy the whole house squeaks. But a couple of earplugs solved that, and the proximity to the beach more than makes up for it. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive!

Enjoyed my trip while at Guy's place for a 4 night stay. The studio was exactly as pictured. I appreciated Guy holding a parking space for us once it started snowing. The studio was warm cozy and in a great neighborhood. We were very comfortable; it had a homely feel. He is very thorough with his communication and responds quickly.

Had an amazing weekend stay here! Bonnie was very helpful and responsive! The views here were immaculate 😍. The space is great! Would highly recommend Vinnies Place!

Traveling with a large group is always tough, especially with so many hotel chains with concerning reputations and outrageous pricing. When we all saw we had the chance to rent a space that could accommodate our entire crew for a night we jumped at the opportunity, and it did NOT disappoint. The hosts were communicative with clear communication and instructions. The space was easily accessible and absolutely beautiful throughout. The forest-y accent wall on the first floor was so adorable and the bathrooms were Spotless. It was like walking into a little personal paradise. 10/10 would stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to accommodate a large group.

Joes place was exactly what my family needed and will definitely consider staying there again on our next trip to New Jersey.
