Bedford : locations de vacances dans des cabanes

We chose this secluded area for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and also making use of the hot tub in the glorious spring evenings. A great space to relax and unwind and with easy access to Cambridge for a spot of hustle and bustle. We will definitely be coming back for a future dose of R&R. Tom and Samantha :)

This was our third time staying with Cambridgeshire Lakes and still very happy with the accommodation and the team running it. Always feel at home in their cabins and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful.

It's exactly as the pictures are - lovely and quiet. Will was a really good host, very responsive and was super helpful when setting up the hot tub etc. The Airbnb is really well located for what we wanted, we spent the day at Bletchley Park which was great. If you're staying for more than a couple of nights and have the capacity to I would pack some extra pillows and cushions. The bed is pretty good considering that it's the table too. The perfect place for a short stay away!

From beginning to the end - great communication. There was a small issue with the hot tub on arrival, but they were already on it. It really was a lovely place and relaxing; well equipped. Pub was an 18 minute walk, but nice following the reservoir. Watch out for the pub opening times and when they serve food! For coffee and a snack try Dusty's in a neighbouring village.

Ali was very welcoming, friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We found the Den: very clean, cosy and comfortable, very good location for visiting Oxford and its other attractions (Blenheim palace, Waddesdon Manor etc), also very close to m40. We enjoyed our stay very much and the glorious sunshine! Our dog loved the nearby walks and Ali's lovely garden. We enjoyed the very thoughtful extras and the breakfast hamper. What a wonderful place to stay! The lodge is lovely and so spacious. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to use the hot tub but it looked fab. Lovely to be able to take the dogs, even if the fields full of rabbits did create rather a lot of excited barking from the 1 year old. I would definitely recommend a visit here and hope to return in the future.

Would definitely recommend to others. Super responsive host prior to arrival, and also helped hugely with a heating issue that got fixed quickly. We had a good stay, it suited our needs

Antonia's place was warm and homely. Although in her garden, I had off road parking and didn't feel either overlooked. It was clean and I felt at home straight away, especially with her pictures and knick-knacks! She suggested places to go but was not intrusive. Lovely break.

Claudia and Andy were fantastic hosts - super responsive friendly, and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and made our 3 week stay in between moving as serene as one could hope! Would definitely recommend Wingate cottage! Thank you Claudia and Andy 🙏🏼

We loved our stay at this cute lodge. It was peaceful, comfortable and like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a countryside retreat with lots of local wildlife and picturesque walks right on the doorstep, this is the perfect place.

Helen was a great host so friendly and helpful. The Lodge had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean. The area was so quiet and peaceful all you could hear was the birds. We loved everything about Wisteria Lodge and look forward to coming back.

beautiful little annex on the grounds of the hosts family home. very clean and tidy with a contemporary touch.....shower was lovely 😍 👌. What I like is your in the middle of the country, but the shops ain't far at all 😂...Bassingbourn is literally walking distance and it's close to the city of Cambridge If you've ever been to Cambridgeshire then you'll know the area is idyllic....stereotypically English, quaint little houses and beautiful countryside where you can see for miles. Recommend it to anyone...and if you go, stay at Eleanor's! you won't regret it! thanks again! lovely place to stay

Great place and just what we needed. George and Oli were great hosts, responsive and very helpful throughout. We’re back again soon for another few weeks.

Our stay could have not been better. Val communicated to us from the very beginning. Once we got in there everything we needed was just there. Every detail was taken care off, from little chocolates for our arrival, to the position of the chairs at the terrace overlooking the field and sheep’s. We had the chance to meet the hosts and enjoy some conversations with them. The goats and chickens really do add up to the experience. It delta like a little bubble we would love to come back to.
