Joseph is an amazingly responsive and gracious host—he permitted early check in, provided excellent local suggestions and always answered questions quickly and thoroughly. His place is incredible. The location is in a quiet area near the park and a school but only blocks from the buzz of Upper Street with its cafes, shops and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated in a chic but still comfy way—Wood flooring, warm colors, plants, books. It has elegant styling and very cool automated features with automated lights and blinds, etc. that are quite easy to use. Additional shades and shutters allowed us to darken sleeping areas reasonably well. The kitchen appliances are very modern and easy to use. Joseph is quite thoughtful and even left some nespresso pods (yay), dishwasher pods, laundry pods—thank you! The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable and the regular bed and pillows were excellent. Access to the garden is a wonderful perk. Excellent Airbnb—do not hesitate to book!

Great house in really good location for exploring the area and walking distance into Wendover. Very spacious bedrooms, kitchen and living room accommodating 6 adults perfectly. Very comfortable beds. Good showers. Dog friendly.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Very much a home. Lots of space, beautiful garden. Lovely views from garden. Very close to Saffron Walden. Walks straight from the house. We had a lovely family weekend.

Was such a beautiful home for a lovely weekend with my girls very clean and comfy and the little touches was adorable especially the welcome treat and the flip flops for hut tub. Easy to communicate with and just a lovely and cosy home. Would highly recommend this place 👌

The cottage is peaceful and private, as well as being in a beautiful location. Alastair and Vicky are excellent hosts and were most responsive to my requests. Highly recommended.

Cherie’s place was beautiful. Clearly renovated to a high standard it was classy and upmarket and was perfect for a group of friends to explore Cambridge. Roomy enough to spend a night in and close enough to town to enjoy the city centre. The house has everything you’d want and super comfy beds! We’ll def be coming back here!

Amazing place and exactly like the photos shown and as described! Was welcoming, warm and had everything me and my partner needed to enjoy our stay- it was a home away from home! Adam was extremely helpful and took only a few minutes to respond. Would 110% recommend this to anyone wanting a cozy gateway with the town just round the corner…we’ll definitely be staying again soon! :)

Booked Quentin and Melissa’s home for a weekend visit to London for the West End (Inside No. 9: Stage/Fright). Only 20 mins on the tube (Kensal Green on the Bakerloo line) and 15 mins walking (in total). Their home was comfortable and spotless, they provided niceties like bread, coffee, butter, milk, muesli (much appreciated). Parking was on street, but the road was pretty quiet. Excellent communications and recommendations for places to eat. Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Jon, Nicky, Ali, Izzy and Freya.

Aside from being a superbly tasteful flat next to Victoria Park and Vicky Village, the flat is nothing but filled with nice details including comfy sheets, a little welcome package with delicious olives and flowers, nice bathroom toiletries and the impeccably stocked kitchen — it made for a really welcoming and cosy stay. Franca is also lovely and easy to talk to, and super accommodating. Highly recommend!

Nice tidy place

This flat is in an excellent location. Short distance to the Norther tube line, many coffee shops and restaurants along the street, large Marks and Spencer within walking distace for groceries. Although the flat is on a high street, it was very quiet at night. We highly recommend this unit would easily return. Adam was super easy to work with and responded to our questions right away.

Fantastic location, nestled away from the hustle and bustle but fantastic transport links and lots to do nearby. Brenda was incredibly welcoming and helpful and we felt super comfortable. It was lovely to see some amenties had been provided such as a plethora of teabags, coffee, milk and even some breakfast bars! Will not hesitate to book again if coming to the city for a short stay. Thank you Derek and Brenda!

Two of us stayed in the flat for just under 2 weeks. It was easy to find and the key retrieval was simple. The flat is welcoming and well appointed. The beds were comfortable with good linen, although if we had been 4 people I would have appreciated a few more towels. There were plenty of coat hangers too - something I appreciated for such a long stay. The March weather was turning from cool to warm and the heating was perfect. The welcome basket was much appreciated as was the useful and well stocked kitchen provisions as we cooked every night.

Percy has created a lovely home in an art deco building which accommodated 10 of us on a weekend get away for a 50th get together. Lots of room downstairs for socialising around the large kitchen space, lounge and lovely large dining room table. An expansive garden to enjoy in the right seasons and a balcony off one of the top floor bedrooms. The beds were amazingly comfortable with good mattresses and linen. The house is a short bus ride or about a 40 minute walk into Oxford City Centre and Percy provided many suggestions for good pubs and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this as a great stay for a large family or group of friends.

We had an amazing stay at Fred’s. The space was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of pots, pans and cutlery meaning we could easily cater for our group over the weekend. There was even an air fryer to use! The beds were comfy and the mix of single and double beds, meaning it was easy to organise the sleeping arrangements. Fred was very responsive and helped us find the property and showed us himself how to work everything in the house. Overall I would highly recommend staying here!

Susan's place is absolutely lovely. It's a wonderful example of a stylish English home for family or friends reunions. The outdoor space is safe and a wonderful place for children. The house is truly a home and has that warm and inclusive vibe. We will definitely be back.

Such a quirky and beautiful house with bags of character and the local area was filled with beautiful parks and places to visit.The rooms were well maintained and beds excellent, bathrooms lovely and the kitchen made for a wonderful family heart to the house .

Julia’s place is spacious, beautiful, clean and an easy commute for us due to the Elizabeth line train station less than 5 mins walk from the house. Julia was responsive for any questions and we will definitely book again when visiting London.
