The owner was friendly and helpful. The house was clean and we had everything we needed while we stayed there. My little girl enjoyed the huge garden. I would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s house celebrating my mums 80th birthday. From booking to checking out Mark was super responsive, providing excellent tips of the local area and was very flexible with our arrival & departure times which was hugely appreciated as family had travelled from all over (including the USA) and arrived at different times. The house is beautiful (very comfy beds!) with a lovely garden and games rooms which was very much enjoyed by the children - and adults! Very thorough instructions were available for every aspect in the house. The location was perfect for visiting the beautiful town of Windsor. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. The place was absolutely beautiful and very easy to access and get in. The view of the chickens and other animals from the bed was absolutely spectacular and we loved waking up to it every morning. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely book again if I’m back in the area!

Orchard House is lovely family home, very comfortable for a large family group stay. Our weekend was a birthday treat for a grandparent and two families with 5 children. Agnes left her own children's toys available to play with and that made the venue a great hit with our youngsters. That and the spacious and extremely well equipped rooms made our weekend a great success. The location is easy to find and well placed for anyone visiting Oxford and the surrounding areas, particularly convenient for Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. An all round 5 star venue and a great and considerate host, Agnes.

Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful. I Booked it last minute due to an earlier cancellation and it came to our rescue. 100% recommend as the place was very nice and modern. Thank you :)

Great apartment in a really convenient location both for me and also generally with lots of good transport links nearby and also very close to Northfields restaurants and pubs. Ollie was an amazing host, unbelievably quick response times and also very friendly and helpful. The apartment is as the pictures show and is very clean and really comfortable. Have already booked two further stays - thanks Ollie!

Bex was very helpful always with quick with responses to any questions even when i needed somewhere to stay and didn’t contact her until late in the evening, really enjoyed my stay, nice peaceful area, the annexe is lovely with everything you need! I work night shifts and the animals still didn’t bother me sleeping through the day, would recommend!

Stunning / roomy cottage - quietly tucked away - all the amenities we required with great access to local footpaths. Richard was very helpful and responsive. Cottage was clean, comfortable and homely with a lovely outside space.
