The photos, don't do the bungalow and the grounds justice. The owners have done everything to the highest possible standards, no corners have been cut! The bungalow is absolutely perfect. It's, tasteful and modern, bright and clean! The outside area is just as good. Hot tub, outdoor cooking area and games room, all clean and well maintained. This place is well worth the money! We didn't want to come home. I loved having a few drinks in the pub up the road, that's completely unique, and then jumping in the hot tub. The hosts left us alone (but let us know, they were available if needed) and allowed us to enjoy their lovely bungalow and tub! We will 100% return. Unfortunately this venue has set the bar very high for all future venues that we stay at and I don't think that will find better or even to this standard. Thank you Simon and family.

My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

Definitely my favourite Airbnb booking in 7 years!! The cabin it’s very well equipped, I’d say they thought about everything. Everything is super clean, good smell in every room. They have 4 smart tv’s, one in each room/lounge. Bed sheets were good quality and smelling really good. Good wi-fi as well. The cabin it’s reserved out of anyone’s way, it’s super quiet (you’ll be the last one in a cul-de-sac), you’ll only hear the animals and river which can be seen of 2 different bedroom windows , so from privacy perspective spot on, ideal for a couple or a family escape. I will definitely go again, I usually don’t even leave reviews , but after 2 nights I fully recharged my batteries. Hot tub was again spotless and the right temperature, both of us really enjoyed that too. The only suggestion I’d have which is probably not a must, more like a personal preference, would be building 3 walls to break the wind and probably cover the canopy/roof over hot tub. Ben was an excellent host and I would really recommend his place for the location, if you are holidaying in Ripon it is very central. The house was clean and homely. Parking is on street and we managed to get a spot on the road every night the week we stayed but generally it had filled up by approximately 17:00, there is alternative parking in a carpark around the corner though. There is a nice running route through fields along the river out of Ripon and back in from the north. Thanks for the lovely stay.

A beautiful cottage in a great location! The hosts have done a wonderful job with the house, and it shows even in the smallest of details, from dog treats through to a guest book full of recommendations on the what to do in the area, including dog walk suggestions. We loved our stay!

Stayed for my mums 50th birthday, the views are amazing & the house is stunning! Beds are really comfy the place had everything we needed for our short trip away, would love to stay again!

Great place to stay. Easy access to key routes and local amenities. Petra was lovely and encourages you to make yourself at home. I am planning on returning as I really enjoyed my stay. Great Wi-Fi for working or browsing the web, Sky TV, a relaxing garden. Everything you need for a few days away

We had such a lovely stay at this lodge – it was spacious, beautifully appointed, and had a really cosy feel. It felt private and peaceful, surrounded by gorgeous greenery, which made it perfect for a relaxing break. The hot tub and sauna were absolute highlights – such a treat! Communication from the hosts was great throughout, and they made everything really easy. Our dog loved the secure, fenced-off area, which gave us peace of mind and made the stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, we wish we could’ve stayed longer – we’ll definitely be back!
