This is a charming location and an exquisite property I'd highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Bundarra Farm! Rayma went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. She even took us on a buggy ride through the paddocks, which was a fantastic way to take in the stunning scenery. The animals were a highlight of our trip! From the friendly dogs, horses, and llamas, to the cows, calves, bull, roos, and a variety of birds, it was a true animal lover's paradise. My 2-year-old had an absolute ball with all the animals! The Kingfisher Pavilion Suite had everything we could possibly need and more. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and I highly recommend Bundarra Farm to anyone looking for a peaceful and unique getaway. Would definitely love to return!

What a beautiful place to stay. Short walk to main street with restaurants, coffee etc. The house itself was gorgeous. Well equipped kitchen. We made good use of the hot tub and log fire. And spacious. New bathrooms and big bedrooms. Very nice outside area with bbq. And the gardens are amazing. Would highly recommend.

We had a very comfortable stay at Allyson's place. Very clean and cosy! The fridge was very kindly stocked with strawberries, juice and snacks which were much appreciated! Thanks for a great stay!

Thanks so much. We had a wonderful stay! We made use of the garden space, and went for the walk up the hill to see the amazing views. We had a great cook up in the house. Kitchen has everything as described which made it like a home away from home. Bath / hot tub in the downstairs bathroom was very relaxing & huge! Lots of space and can get away if you want quiet time. We had two couples staying…we both had a living area & toilet upstairs / downstairs each. Shared the shower space (as it is in the bathroom downstairs) or used the one just outside the back door as it’s literally right there. So you can have one or two bathrooms depending your preference. Very easy walk to town - went to the Kangaroo Valley show which was on while we were there, and visited the shops and pub :) Def recommend if you have a small group, or with kids / pets would also be an easy place to stay. Absolutely stunning surroundings and a beautifully decorated and comfortable cottage. There's lots to do (and lots recommended for you in the home guide) in the area although you could easily just stay put and you'll have everything you need for a stay. Recommend having a little cash on hand just in case, the local areas can lose connectivity affecting EFTPOS services in come spots. The cottage has reliable wifi provided.

We loved our stay.... Wish we had longer there. Would definitely recommend staying there.

We traveled as two families with children under the age of 11. A total of 5 children and 4 adults. The space was absolutely perfect for all of us, there was plenty of communal space where we could come together, as well as space for the kids to escape to. The place is well equipped with board games, cards, good old fashioned dvds, and everything you could possibly need to cook and eat together. The balcony space was especially great! We really appreciated the tranquility of the location and the fact that everything had been thought of. Will most definitely return!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would have. From the moment we booked, Jenny was always very responsive and helpful. Check-in and checkout instructions were easy. The house has to be one of the best air bnb's that we have been too. The house was quaint and the view is to die for. Location to the beach was fantastic - a quick 1 min walk from the back gate. Living areas were spacious. What stood out for us and made us go wow, was the kitchen and the amount of thought that was put in to provide all different types of cooking utensils and appliances. The pantry was by far the best that I have seen, it had all types of condiments, herbs & spices, pasta, flour to name a few things, which was a huge surprise and shows the level of care that Jenny has put into this house. There was plenty of board games, card etc. It is located a quick 5 min drive to Woolworths and cafe's if needed, but we really didn't have to leave the property, which is exactly what we wanted.

We had a wonderful stay with friends at Natalie's place. The house was beautifully set-up and so peaceful. We ended up with torrential rain and a period of a power outage, however, we were very comfortable and Natalie was understanding. Highly recommend Shambhala and we will be back again.

Beautiful location across the road from the beach with views. the accommodation was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

The place was so lovely and Bronwyn had thought of everything! Lots of animals around too which were so fun and little kids would definitely enjoy. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing and relaxing stay! Place is spotless and as described, David and Jen had excellent communication and were friendly but gave us our own space.

This apartment was perfect for a family with young kids like ours. Naturally, the pool was a favourite. But the kids were also excited about all the toys and games. Diana was very responsive and her communication was excellent.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, surrounded by breathtaking views that made mornings unforgettable. Listening to the native birds in the morning added to the serene atmosphere. Enjoying my coffee on the deck was a highlight—so peaceful! The Foxtel was a nice touch, allowing us to unwind in the evenings. The host was welcoming and attentive, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature while having all the comforts of home. Can’t wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay at Pia's place. The studio is secluded, private, quiet. It's the perfect size for two people. The pool is great, it's a few steps outside and one can have a cool morning dip. Pia is really friendly. Daisy, the dog, loves a pet. The location is excellent, it's a short walk to the centre of the town (our favourite was Bud's Tavern, with its excellent moules frites and decent beers), or a short drive to the breweries (excellent meals and beers). Don't miss the Maritime Museum. We'll definitely choose Pia's place agin when we come back to the area.

The pool and the proximity to the beach were excellent. The house was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Lovely place, very peaceful. The pool was great as our two grandchildren visited and took full advantage of the pool. They also loved the fish pond and even saw a big water dragon, very exciting. All good highly recommended.

This place is peacefully located over looking the golf course with loads of kangaroos, wombats and birds. The linen and towels good quality and pristine. The photos are accurate. There is an excellent restaurant at the golf course, short drive into KV village.

We had a great stay at Mark and Sandra’s place. The house is very nice and spacious. The description, photos and amenities in the listing are accurate. The kitchen was amazing, there were plenty of pots and pans and kitchen stuff so we had no issues when we prepared our meals. Their place has a very homey ambience. Mark has been very responsive to queries and concerns. We had an issue with the screen door during check in but Mark was able to sort it out asap. We had a very nice stay at their place. We highly recommend their place. Thank you Mark and Sandra for being great hosts!
