this is out third time staying at Don's place. The house, it's location, the view,are amazing but most of all, it has to do with Don. He is an exceptional host and the most knowledgeable person i know when it comes to the adirondacks. His house has become our go to place in the Adirondacks.

We enjoyed our stay for 4 nights in Lake Placid. The house was perfect for the 8 of us. The rooms were plenty big and the different gathering areas were ideal for the kids. The place was clean and the kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. Great Times!

beautiful place right on the river! Lake Champlain and the ferry are a 5-10 minute drive, and you are able to bring your pup with!

Rental was presented just as it looked in the photos. Hot tub was clean and perfectly accessible. Home had everything we needed, and the radiant heating floors were very welcome. Home actually was too warm at times even when we would lower thermostat, which was a good problem to have. Super close to whiteface and short drive into town.

This 2 story townhouse in Stowe Village was the perfect home base for our visit, offering both comfort and convenience. Located just steps from shops and restaurants, we loved being able to explore the charming village without needing to drive. The townhouse itself has a well-equipped kitchen that made meal preparation a breeze, along with a spacious dining and living area that provided plenty of room. The layout was ideal for gathering, whether enjoying a home-cooked meal or simply unwinding in the cozy living space. Communicating with Kim was very easy and she was super to work with. The home has comfortable mattresses & bedding ensuring restful nights. The townhouse was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The combination of its prime location, welcoming ambiance, and thoughtful amenities made for a truly enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this townhouse to anyone visiting Stowe VT.

We had a wonderful stay. We’re a group of 4 mostly retired couples. Linda’s place was perfect for our needs. We used 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, comfortable communal space, a dining room that accommodated all of us, and a great kitchen with lots of counter space, utensils, serving dishes, etc. The main bedroom upstairs also had an adjoining suite perfect for families with young children. Linda’s instructions were clear and she was very responsive to all messages. Linda had towels for the hot tub which we loved using after a day of outdoor activity. We highly recommend Linda’s place and look forward to returning next year.

Great pet friendly cottage. It was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. I loved relaxing in the soaking tub. The neighborhood was well lit at night to walk the dogs. It was in a great location, close to everything you would want to do in the Adirondacks.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie’s lake house. The lake was frozen over so we missed out on the water views, but the sunsets and expansive view of the frozen lake through the large windows was beautiful. Great natural sunlight, large bathrooms, fireplaces and high ceilings made this place feel like a getaway. Great location on a quiet dead end road but not too far from away from everything. Stephanie was really responsive when we had to quickly find a place to stay, she got our family into the place within hours. Would love to come back in summer.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Barbs’ lakeside rental. It was incredibly clean and had every possible amenity that we could possibly need. Barb was incredibly kind and very responsive to anything we needed. The views from the house were beautiful and we returned home feeling rested and rejuvenated.
