We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

Lovely apartment in a lovely location. You step right out in to the sea front. Very clean and tidy with great amenities. Shower was lovely and the toiletries are a lovely touch. We would definitely stay here again. Niki was very responsive and very friendly.

Dawn & Richard were fantastic hosts. The accommodation was fantastic and spotless. Bed was very comfortable with great blinds to block out the light and the bathroom was lovely and clean. Couldn’t fault anything would definitely return.

This was a first class stay. The studio was spotless, comfy and well-equipped. There was a lovely extra touch of home made chocolates on arrival. The host was very helpful, friendly and unobtrusive. Recommend!

My two friends and I had an amazing relaxing weekend at Susan’s place. The space was immaculate when we arrived with all amenities we needed to cook all of our meals. The view from the garden is beautiful and it’s been so peaceful to wake up with a view of the sea. The beds are really comfortable as is the sofa bed. Susan was really helpful in her instructions and very prompt to respond if we needed clarification. All in all, a 5* experience, we hope to be back soon!

We had a fantastic stay at Mat & Megan’s flat. Everything was clean and comfortable, communication was fast and clear, but the absolute stand out was the incredible views front and back.

Another great holiday at Goodrington Lodge. We've stayed numerous times in different apartments here over the last 10 years or so and we still come back every year. The location is great for us and is very dog friendly. Our 2 Jack Russell's love it. Apartment 7 is ideal for us and the dogs and was spotlessly clean on arrival. Adam is a great host, very friendly and quick to reply to messages. We will be back again for certain!

Lovely stay, view from appartment was great over looking the sea. Walking up every morning to sound of the waves was perfect. Ideal location short walk to all bars, restaurants & shops. Apartment light & airy spotlessly clean on 2nd floor which we didnt have a problem with. The shower is rather small . Would definitely return here, luved Sidmouth

A great place (well equipped and much more spacious than it first looks) and the location is fantastic - just 2 mins walk from the pub and beach. I'd highly recommend it for a stay any time of the year.

we highly rate this charming cottage for it's location, cleanliness & it's excellent host, Amy. the cottage is a few steps to Back Beach, it has everything we needed during our stay, & we're lucky to park near the door. restaurants, pubs, shops & the promenade are all walking distance. Teignmouth is a friendly town, & SEA-ESTA COTTAGE is the perfect place to spend our week's holiday in Devon. thank you, Amy, for hosting us, for the box of fudge, and, although we didn't forget anything, it was thoughtful of you to put the "something forgotten box" in the bedrooms. best wishes from Paul & family

Lovely location with some great views and easy access to lots of sights.

We spend a week at Ringmore, but could have easily stayed several weeks due to the lovely atmosphere of the cottage, the village and the attractive surrounding. House and garden are beautiful. You can feel at home instantly. The house is bright and friendly and well equipped. The beautiful surrounding invites to stray around, walk to the beach, enjoy the landscape, walk the coastal path starting from the house at Ayrmer Cove, a small beach with amazing rocks. And have dinner at the Journeys End Inn with a very nice variety of food and of course ales. There are many more things to explore: lovely villages, churches, cathedrals, ports, gardens, museums, estuarys, Dartmoor, great coast ... The host Anna was very nice and gave us lots of information. Thanks a lot for staying at this special place and experiencing a wonderful atmosphere!

We had a four night stay with our friends, there we 8 of us in total and it was absolutely perfect for us all. The living, dining, cooking space was exactly what I was hoping it would be and the weather was even good enough to have the bifold doors open which was so good to have the outside in! A really comfortable space to relax and enjoy each others company. Sophie was incredible from start to finish, she was fantastic at responding to any queries and totally kept us updated with everything we needed to know. She also was extremely flexible with our arrival and departure times so we didn't feel rushed at all- thank you Sophie! Also a fabulous little walk to Burgh Island and great beaches. Highly recommended 5*

I cannot begin to describe how lovely our stay was. Tristan is the most amazing host we have ever had at an AirBnb. He was responsive to questions, helpful, caring, and just so sweet. He even helped us back our giant rental van into the garage when we arrived. We had a perfect welcome basket upon our arrival and staples left for us in the fridge, so we had everything we needed for a delicious breakfast the next day. The house itself is even nicer than pictures show. It’s beautiful, modern, and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and having three full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom was amazing, especially for a party of 6 people. The location was perfect, the ocean views were gorgeous, and the home was so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. Any time we visit Lyme Regis in the future, we will always stay here!

Another great stay here! This time, for a longer period of time, additional cleaning and replenishment was offered throughout. A very proactive and helpful host who obviously takes pride in their property and guests. Would highly recommend to others and consider using again in the future.

We have stayed here many times before and will stay again, it is such a lovely place. Brilliant for walking, right next to Chesil Beach. Excellent !!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Anna’s. She gave us a warm welcome and the flat was excellent for our needs. Everything was clean and tidy and well presented and it was great to have some milk, tea and coffee for us to use on our arrival after a long journey down to Weymouth. We would definitely recommend the flat for a short stay.

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for getting to the seafront and shops also restaurants, short walk to the train station. The property was clean , cosy and very warm, had everything we could need. Elwyn and Alan were very helpful , quick to respond , and let us check in early and have a late checkout, thank you so much. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment with everything you need, a home from home. Finished to a high specification . Great location in Teignmouth centre, close to the bars/restaurants and parking. Matthew the host is very helpful and always available. One of my favourite Airbnb’s I’ve used.

Melanie's place is amazing! A lovely, private, south-facing garden with a panoramic view of the Jurassic coastline, a large, tastefully furnished space, and a short stroll down to the town centre and beach.

The flat was very spacious & beautifully designed. It had everything we needed & was very close to the sea. All the furniture was really comfortable and Karen was a brilliant host

Throughly enjoyed our stay at Jenny's flat and look forward to returning next year!

Stunning place and accessible to the places where we went. Gorgeous location with a nice view. Would definitely come back! Just a small thing, sofa bed was a tad hard to our liking.
