location is nice with easy access from multiple directions. the garden is nicely landscaped offering privacy and cool breeze. the hous itself is quite spacious and nicely decorated. overall I would recommend for a family. the host is very firndly and the house has a groundskeeper that is very respectful and helpful.

Mr. Elie was very kind and Gaby - the house caretaker - was very friendly and always there to help us during our stay. The experience of the stay itself was perfect and the house offered us peace & tranquility at a time that was much needed. The house is very cosy, clean and offered some of the most amazing views and surroundings in Lebanon. I highly recommend this beautiful house and Mr. Elie for his hospitality. Thank you & look forward to visiting you again soon!

I highly recommend staying here. The village of Beit Chabab was beautiful with gorgeous old buildings, flowers and village life. The host and the guesthouse were just what we needed as a family to rest and re-charge. The gardens were beautiful with a view of the valley, the sounds of church bells and birds. I would suggest that you ask Ronia to cook breakfast during your stay as she is an excellent cook. the guesthouse was very clean, comfortable, warm and we used the fire each night. We will come again.

A beautiful place to get away from the busyness of live. It was totally quiet and in nature. It must be wonderful in summertime to use everything outside. For us it was still a bit fresh, even in the house (which is normal after the winter). Good location to discover Jabel Moussa.

Elie such a great person to know.. Very helpful and always there for anything you need. The place was super.. Very private and clean. Internet was good. Anything could easily be delivered to your door… The views were awesome.. The place looks way better in real life than photos. Thank you Elie!

La casa è in una posizione molto bella all’interno di un quartiere tranquillo e con accesso controllato. La vista dalle terrazze è incredibile con la vista sulle montagne e valli. Circa 20 minuti da Beirut centro ma facile da raggiungere. Quartiere residenziale e non ci sono ristoranti/supermarket in walking distance. Host molto gentile e d’aiuto. Molto consigliato

Amazing place, comfortable and friendly

Farid’s apartment is spacious, clean and with windows on both side of the building. Farid is promptly responsive. As common in Beirut, there are power outage but with the system in place in this apt we have never been without power. Water can have low pressure at times (it happened one time in our 1 week stay) and the WiFi bandwidth is intermitted due to the municipal power outage (it works better late at night). Farid is also available in helping with the vacation planning (car rental and rides from the airport) Overall I like staying in Farid’s place.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. (Nous étions un couple ayant occupé ce logement fin juillet/début aout 2023). 1/Situation : Petite maison historique dans un quartier charmant à l'écart de l'agitation alors que de très bonnes adresses restent accessibles à pieds (10 minutes). C'est un quartier qu'on découvre avec plaisir au hasard des balades. 2/Température et électricité : Ouverture sur l'extérieur grâce à un patio à l'entrée et une terrasse sous un joli bougainvillier. La temperature reste acceptable en été et l'AC est suffisante grâce à l'électricité permanente. 3/ Convivialité : L'intérieur est joliment décoré et équipé donc on s'y sent chez soi immédiatement. Surtout que Marie-Claude et son mari sont très accueillants, plein de bonnes recommandations et de petites attentions qui comptent pour passer un agréable séjour. Marie-Claude est très réactive et arrangeante dès qu'il y a un problème. Merci beaucoup !
