The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate. The condo is spacious, my family and I feel very comfortable and also it is easy to commute around. I highly recommended. I will stay again next time.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. Great place for people who have lots of itinerary planned in Jakarta, toilet was clean & there was lots of closet space (cabinets). The view was great as well. I liked the placement of the apartment cause it was located next to Baywalk Mall (connected by bridge) so easy to find amenities and food. The location itself was great because it’s next to the sea so it’s not hot, windy. Host was always responsive anytime contacted 👍🏻 Not far from airport.

Overall, it was a great stay! The place is very comfortable and truly feels like home. The mattress was super soft, and I’m definitely planning to come back sometime. The only downside is that the lighting was a bit dim, but other than that, everything was excellent!
