Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

sangat dekat ke Aeon mall.. hanya 1 menit jalan sehingga recommended utk yg membawa anak kecil. semua fasilitas lengkap sehingga seperti pulang ke rumah ada disediakan air galon, beras ( bisa masak buat anak ) dan oven utk memanaskan makanan (thank you) buat yg menginap, saya sarankan bantu2 bersihkan unitnya ketika sudah check out ya

I loved everything about this place! The check-in and check-out process was smooth, the owner was very responsive and helpful, and communication was easy—which really matters to me. From the moment I entered the room, I was amazed by how clean and beautifully decorated it was. The fresh fragrance in both the bedroom and bathroom was a lovely touch. The mattress, pillows, and bolsters were super cozy. Plus, there was free internet, good air conditioning, a strong hot and cold shower, complete kitchen amenities, fresh towels, and a full set of toiletries. bagus, nyaman, sesuai sama foto dan keterangan. kalo boleh saran colokan yg di lantai 2 untuk dicek berkala karna gabisa kemarin dan harus berebutan stop kontak dibawah, kalo bisa ada matras atau tiker atau extra bed, sama wifi kalo bisa ditambahin pasti tambah nyaman. tp overall betah2 aja disini. thankyou

Definitely insta-gram-able, the interior had a mix concept between bohemian and industrial style, so you’ll gonna instantly love it. Me and my friends feel comfy at the house and truly a memorable thing to be stayed here. Save your reservation and feel the way I felt at the house!

I had a family eid vacation stay at Casa de Victoria by Kaca Stay in South Jakarta and it was absolutely wonderful! The house was beautifully decorated, spacious and immaculately clean. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city, we especially loved the rooftop terrace and pool. We highly recommend staying here and would love to be back with another family vacation.

Had a pleasant stay at Jessica's place, we arrived almost midnight but check in was fast and smooth, Jessica responded fast, she's great host! We love the unit, it's clean, tidy, comfortable and really close to airport (15 minutes away) we'll definitely stay here again next time!

Ahmad and Eya were excellent hosts. The apartment is just like on the pictures and with the gym, pool, tennis/basketball court and garden. Also with the Aeon mall next door for all shopping needs, restaurants and shops. Thanks guys look forwards to staying with you again in the future🤝✨

Felix's place is the first one I always look for when I come to Jakarta. I already feel comfortable and familiar with his place.

Arnold was super responsive and friendly. I was able to do many activities in the gated community. The pool and outdoor spaces are just great. I had everything I needed in the basic kitchen to make all my meals. I will stay here again.
