This is my second time stay at Dida’s place (my first was in 2018) and surprisingly everything still the same! The apartment has direct access to Kota Kasablanka mall. The communication with host is good. Check-in and check-out time handled by Mr. Ilo. Definitely will stay here again ^^

Super nice and responsive during our stay. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Jakarta. Absolutely fantastic stay in, this is awesome flat - spacious and perfect location. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need.

I don’t remember how many times I live in this apartment, for me, it is not just place to live in Jakarta, it is a home in Indonesia. Yusak is also my friend, kind, warm-hearted and gentle. But I have to say sorry that last time I cracked the glass of the table. So if next customer come in find it cracked, please don’t blame Yusak, it’s me broke the beautiful table. You can believe that everything here is perfect. And now the mall nearby the apartment is open, very good and convenient, shopping, dining etc.

Everything is great about this booking. Easy and flexible check in, very clean room, basic amenities are all included and sufficient. Judika is also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended! :)

Overall, it was a great stay! The place is very comfortable and truly feels like home. The mattress was super soft, and I’m definitely planning to come back sometime. The only downside is that the lighting was a bit dim, but other than that, everything was excellent!

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

Nginep disini karna ada konser di JIS bener bener worth it!!. Lokasinya deket banget sm venue konser di JIS, kamarnya super duper nyaman sesuai sama foto dan deskripsi. Pokonya kalo ada konser lagi di JIS pasti nginep disini lagii.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. Feels like home, semuanya bersih dan tertata, owner sangat responsif. Cukup bawa baju aja kalau menginap disini, mulai dari handuk hingga alat masak sudah disediakan.

Tempatnya nyaman, fasilitas lengkap. Walau terletak di tempat yang ramai tapi tidak banyak macet. Agak kaget ternyata biaya parkir dihitung perjam-tidak ada maksimal, dengan kondisi tempat parkir yang kurang luas dan kalau sudah malam sulit dapat tempat parkir. Untuk 2 malam sangat worth it dan puas. Terima kasih

Endang’s one of the best host I stayed with. Very friendly and helpful; all my questions were resolved in the fastest way. View is nice and apartment is quite quiet. Convenience store in the building carries only snacks, but Lotte mall is 10min walk away. Bed was okay. WiFi was stable and fast.

spacious and comfortable. the host welcome and very kind to guide us. well prepared especially for kitchen stuff and galloon. very helpful if we want to extend until 2 days ahead. The summary is great hospitality and warm welcome from the host to us. Thank you so much

Was exactly just like the photos, Eddy was always quick to respond and helpful. Apartment was extremely clean and in a great location with great skyline views. Our stay was well worth the money. Thank you Eddy!
