We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

We are a group of 14 people, and the house suited us well because Rafika's home is very spacious. With a spacious living room and bedrooms, it also provides a wide parking lot. Rafika has been a very responsive owner and gave us clear directions during our stay. It would be better to have AC in the living room because it gets quite hot. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for large groups.

The home is strategically located near the Kota Wisata toll gate. It is very nice and exceptionally clean. The environment is peaceful, and the owner is a good person. It was a memorable experience. Thank you!

baik banget Mba Fitri dan Ibu nya sangat welcome. dibantu oleh keponakannya utk check in. pas check in di jamu rambutan , kopi dan teh. Its special for us, jarang2 pesen di air bnb ada cemilan paling cuma teh dan kopi dan air mineral. proses check in flexible banget. next insyallah klo ada acara lagi, pesen di sini lagi. maaciww... mba .. salam sama ibu nya ya.. syg ga sempet ketemu.. 🥰🥰❤️.

Akhirnya bisa nginep disini lagi. Gapernah kapok, dan kalo ada kesempatan mau nginep lagi hehe. Berasa rumah sendiri host dan juga asistennya baik baik semuanya selalu fast respon. Terimakasih ka sandra dan asistennya selalu baik buat nyambut kami yg selalu rewel heheh🙏🫶

A room with a cozy ambience. Not too big, and not too small. Been in this room for 5d4n. Feels like I my own room 😂 If you’re looking for a room with a cozy ambience, this is the right one. And the most important for me, the room is really clean! Thank you host 💕

The place was very cozy and strategic, availability of the parking lot is very helpful, also the neighborhood is very friendly. Highly recomended for staying with family, will back again for sure.

Overall, it is a superb experience. There was something minor to improve next time such as the tidiness of second bed and condition of wifi connection. But overall I and my family loved everything that Rangga prepared.

nginap disini 3 hari 2 malam rasanya nyaman bgt, suasananya enak tenang, ruangannya bersih nyaman apalagi toiletnya sangat bersih, disediain alat solat jugaa, akses juga mudah bgt karna deket sm mall, petunjuk kartu akses dan kunci kamar juga jelas, petugasnya ramah, dapurnya juga lengkap, pokoknya ga nyesel nginap disini 🤗🤗

We stayed as a family of four (two times) during our holiday in Indonesia. This apartment unit reminded us of a caravan holiday back at home in England; a cute clean place with all basic necessities provided: cutleries, plates, cups, pans, toilet rolls, etc. Entrance to the unit is only accessible from the lobby with a keycard. The area is very good, located right in front of a big mall. There is a shuttle running with schedule from the lobby, but the mall is also within walkable distance (even with tropical heat) through an underpass on the left side after the bridge. There is a minimarket downstairs, as well as affordable laundry (done by kgs) -- you can ask for express (next day service) or normal (2-3 days). If you stay for long duration in an holiday, this laundry service will be very helpful as there is no washing facilities in the apartment. Enough variety of food downstairs if you eat local food, but if you don't, there are a lot more available in the mall. Host is very helpful and responsive, you can contact her with your problem during your stay and she will get back to you quickly to resolve it.

Nicolaus’s place was great. Worth the pay! The place looked as described. Nicolaus as the host also very responsive and communicative.
