The house was exactly as described. Beautiful neighborhood right near the water. The amenities were up-to-date. Just perfect for my family visit. Leida was very responsive to all questions.

Abigail’s place was absolutely perfect for us!! It is immaculate and so tastefully decorated. Perfect home away from home. We’ll be back!!

The location was amazing with the pool and the waterfront. The grandkids loved fishing and swimming. Couple observations: The lawn service came when we were there but only mowed the lawn and did not mow around the pool. No edging or weeding was done in the landscaping Pool service came when we were there and was great Garbage pick up came and pulled all the way down the driveway which was great Bathrooms could use some love. Oven could also use some love I would recommend taking bottle water and ice if you have a large group. We made a few runs to the General Store and Safeway. All in all we would give it 5 stars. Tina & Todd are great hosts! They're both extremely nice and friendly! The house is beautiful and feels like home. They have two super friendly dogs who did great with us and our 2 year old and four month old. Barlow and Babe are the best! We are already planning our next trip to Gettysburg and our next stay with Tina & Todd!

Beautiful home in a quiet setting, great for a family getaway. Hosts were wonderful as well ensuring that the home was ready for our arrival.

Excellent stay. Easy access to our destinations: Winterthur, Brandywine Museum of Art, and great restaurants for lunches and dinners. Lovely and very clean home, very comfortable. Lovely enclosed sunroom in back of house.

The property is everything as described and more! We immediately felt at peace and appreciated the wonderful amenities (fully stocked kitchen, sauna, comfortable beds, window views). Duane was a ray of sunshine and incredible host. He stopped by to give us a history of the property and suggestions for enjoying nature. Our walks were relaxing and we enjoyed all the wildlife: birds playing in the morning, a groundhog running about, and busy squirrels. We would certainly stay again when in the area!

My family and I stayed at Todd’s for a visit to Dutch Wonderland. It was fantastic. The house is unique and beautiful. Great movies, games, coffee table books. My kids loved playing in the basement. My husband loved playing great tunes on the record player. It was too cold for us to spend time outside, but in warmer weather the back yard would be amazing. Todd was very communicative and made us feel extremely welcome. Highly recommend!

Better than expected. Troy's place has everything you need. Although the place itself is not situated in a super private area as its right across the university and its right up against the road and sidewalks. So you'll see lots of folks walking to and from their destinations but all good. Everyone seems to mind their business and its very tranquilo. Definitely nice to sit out on the porch or get some sun in the backyard while you watch kiddos play around. Troy's communication is great and answer's any questions you have. Even though its stated in listing that there is someone there in a separate private living space on property, you would never know lol. We didnt find out til our last day if someone actually was there, they are so quiet. You have all the privacy you need. Beautiful home, lovely area and just overall it was a great deal and find as we visited during a sad time. Thank you Troy.

This house was great for our long weekend getaway. The views of the bay are amazing from every floor. The house is in great condition and we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend booking a stay here.

We had the best stay. Maggie and Scott were very communicative and friendly — even helping us acquire a parking pass which allowed us to park on the streets near the house. The house is charming with skylights and an awesome back patio. Our dog loved sitting in the sun out back and also enjoyed meeting other dogs on walks around the neighborhood and in Stanton Park just to the north. We adored that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. The location is stellar for anyone who wants to be in the adorable Capitol Hill neighborhood and easily walk to The Mall, Eastern Market, and Navy Yard. We look forward to staying again!

Kristina and James's home far exceeded our expectations and our needs. From before our arrival, from the time of our reservation, Kristina responded quickly and cordially every time I had a question. My family was able to be together to celebrate our daughter's wedding and everyone had comfortable, clean, and private spaces for themselves for rest while enjoying the shared spaces, too, for meals and conversations. Wow! I would gladly return to Kristina and James's home for another visit--which I hope will be soon, to see those newlyweds!

Loved this charming house. Perfect for our family and convenient to many places we needed to visit. Loved the onsite chocolate milk!

The house was spacious, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. One of the best surprises was the large collection of jigsaw puzzles — we had so much fun working on them during our stay! A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

Our host was very supportive and helpful in accommodating our needs. My family will definitely be staying at this location in the future.

We enjoyed staying at your house! My kids loved the hot tub with LED lights and all the space to run around. Miriam was very responsive to all of my questions during the booking and packing phases. I would definitely recommend this house if staying in Lancaster!

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

Margaret was a very nice host gave lots of local recommendations and made sure we knew all the directions to get into the home without any problems. I had no questions with her detailed instructions! The home was clean and spacious decorated very well and if traveling with kids or pets it’s good to know this would be a great spot not any kid hazards meaning not a lot of small things or things to get into.Had a nice yard that was available and a car port to park under which made me feel at ease.

This is easily one of the nicest and most well-appointed Air BnBs we have ever stayed at. We appreciated the unit being stocked with eggs, wine, NA beverages, coffee, butter, snacks, and other local goodies. The house itself was awesome!!! The views of the bay were indescribable. We loved using the hot tub, fire pit, fishing, and kayaking to the nearby sandy beach. There wasn’t a ton to do in the neighboring towns but there was no reason not to hang out near the water. There were great restaurants, a couple cute thrift stores, and a nice grocery store which had everything we needed. We bought fresh caught oysters down the road and had fun trying our hand at cooking them.

I highly recommend visiting Patrick’s air bnb , If you want to get out in the country where it’s peaceful affordable, and comfortable that’s the place to go especially if your local and you don’t want to travel too far .

We had a lovely week staying at George's place. The location was convenient for visiting nearby family, as well as attractions such as the Brandywine River Museum and Bombay Hook for birding. We even took the train into Philly one day, and that was easy and fun. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and well-stocked with the basics. Our bed may have been the most comfortable I've ever experienced as an Air BnB renter! Thanks, George, for sharing your home!

The house was comfortable, clean and quiet. It was exactly what I was looking for to participate in a nearby competition. There were minor issues that the host addressed quickly and we got back to our vacation. Would stay here again.

While I’ve been to Lancaster a few times prior, I’ve never ventured there with a larger group. This house was a good fit for 7 people. The location is more Intercourse then actual Lancaster city- so keep in mind if you’re trying to be closer to the city, you’re about a 20ish min drive. That said, beautiful area. I will say, If you or someone is a light sleeper I would say to sleep toward the back of the house, as it’s semi close to a busy 2 lane road. Tractor trailers are frequently traveling along early in the morning. Apart from that, the house itself was beautiful. Lived up to expectations, hot tub was a lovely experience. Plenty of parking for multiple cars as well.
