Sophia and her family made us feel comfortable,safe and always a pleasure to talk with. Accommodations were just what we needed. A bright and multipurpose kitchen made it easy to make family meals after a long outing. An amazing Washer and Dryer Her spacious cozy bedrooms helped us to finish the day off with contentment. I highly recommend making the choice to stay at Sophia’s and her family’s place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Right next to John Hopkins Hospital. 🏥

Excellent quiet stay within walking distance Of Merriweather Post Pavilion. So much variety in where to eat and free parking in the garage make this a must stay for a concert. 15 minute drive to historic Ellicott City for a side trip for shopping. The 3 bedroom unit is very large and well appointed with fantastic views onto the green.

Addisu is an amazing host. He is responsive, diligent, and maintained the property to the highest standards. The amenities functioned well, and all necessary items were available. I highly recommend staying at his property, a very worthwhile investment in your trip!

I enjoyed Paula’s place. It’s quite big and just a few blocks away from one of my favorite downtown restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. The parking spot was clutch — most other spots don’t offer this and so you have to pay for a garage. Paula was super sweet and responsive.

This was our second visit to Paul & Erma’s. It’s in a perfect location for us to visit our son and family in Dover. It’s also very quiet with very little traffic. We especially love the swing, we sit out there in the morning enjoying our coffee and the company of their friendly little gray cat “Smoky.” We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay, it has everything we need. We look forward to go back in the future!

Great spot in the Capital Hill neighborhood for a few days in DC. Location is about a 10 minute walk to a metro station and restaurants and has pretty easy access to the national mall. Would recommend and stay there again!

Tom’s attention to detail was impressive. I really appreciated the clear instructions and recommendations in reference to the pull out mattress. Would recommend to others and return myself.

We have stayed at Mary’s place a few times and always enjoyed our stay. Close to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room and spacious! We always enjoyed our stays there!

The house was bright and sunny and perfect for our family of 4+ my mom including our newborn. Beds were comfortable, everything super clean and small touches like water and charging lamps on bedside made it very nice. Hosts were super responsive and even brought us backyard furniture to enjoy the beautiful weather. Location is convenient in falls church and easy to get to 50. Was also a great neighborhood for walks with sidewalks.

This place is definitely worth staying at. I give it all a five star. Definitely nice!!

We had the best stay. Maggie and Scott were very communicative and friendly — even helping us acquire a parking pass which allowed us to park on the streets near the house. The house is charming with skylights and an awesome back patio. Our dog loved sitting in the sun out back and also enjoyed meeting other dogs on walks around the neighborhood and in Stanton Park just to the north. We adored that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. The location is stellar for anyone who wants to be in the adorable Capitol Hill neighborhood and easily walk to The Mall, Eastern Market, and Navy Yard. We look forward to staying again!

Great space, worked very well for our group's trip to visit DC. Enough rooms for people to have privacy, but also great living room when we all wanted to hang out together. Host is very responsive and hospitable. Would definitely stay again.

We had a nice stay while in town for a wedding! Great for our families together with enough space for four families with children. We were very grateful for their accommodations in setting up some extra air mattresses for the children.

Second time staying and always enjoy this cottage! Will be booking again for future stays!

Great location for access to the National Mall as well as other interesting spots in DC. the neighborhood is cozy and safe, with friendly people and nice dogs everywhere. The place is clean and it's nice being in the upstairs units so you don't hear folks above you. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors during our 3 night stay.

Had a party of 5 and we all agreed it is one of our favorite AirBnB so far. Spacious but homey. The beds and couch were very comfy and the steam shower and massage chair were often used and loved. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the week and laundry machine worked well. There were a lot of small details that made the stay even more pleasant: lots of USB chargers spread throughout, super soft and large towels, snacks + sparkling waters upon arrival, light switches with dimmers, soft couch blankets, soft blankets, local gym access Overall, it was very easy to settle into a routine in Nikhil's home. Would stay here again and recommend to others

Ok. I want to give a fair and honest review of the place. First it was my first time using airbnb app, and I’m very glad I did. My airbnb in Washington was everything that was described. It was so much better than being in a hotel, (which I do a lot for business trips). The place was super clean, and beautiful. I loved the brick walls and the space was great for business travelers. There was snacks when I walked in the kitchen and a bottle of wine in the fridge, which I didn’t drink, I’m not a red wine guy, but I appreciate it being there. It was very convenient it has a washer and dryer which I did use, and knowing I didn’t have laundry to do when I got home was glorious. The metro is a few blocks away (5-10 min walk) Only 1 thing I would suggest. Get a new mattress. It is a little stiff for me but wasn’t uncomfortable. And 2 parking is not the best(you get a parking pass) but some neighbors take up two spots with crap parking not any fault of the owner of the property. 5 ⭐️

I gave five stars because Willie was so friendly, always responsive and proactive to try to resolve initial issues with smoke detectors going off two nights in a row very late even after Willie replacing battery and resetting it. The apartment was so cozy, clean and had everything I needed to cook. Well equipped. Hot water for a long shower! Comfortable bed and bedding. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Helpful to use a white noise app and wax earplugs for noisy mornings especially on weekdays if you need to sleep late. Choosing a 2nd floor apartment would avoid hearing the loud walking upstairs. Worth carrying your suitcases up the stairs especially if a late sleeper. I extended my stay two nights and wish I could have stayed the weekend to see more friends and music after a family burial. I became very much at home there. I would stay again! Appreciated storing my luggage until my late flight and the noon checkout exception. Very helpful. Thank you Willie!

Four of us stayed for the weekend. Plenty of room and possibility the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever booked. The pictures don’t do it justice. The deck is an added bonus. We enjoyed our coffee out there each morning. Came for a show and all the sights so we didn’t explore the neighborhood but walked to brunch after checking out and wished we had more time in Shaw. We would definitely book this place again if we get an opportunity to return. The 2 flights of stairs are the only deterrent if you are someone who has a problem climbing them.

Both Thomas and his unit were wonderful. He’s a great host who is quick to respond and the unit itself is wonderful. If I’m ever in Tysons Corner again I will be back.
