Peter and Nirmal(the caretaker) ensured that we felt comfortable throughout the whole journey- right from the booking stage till we checked out from the property. Peter has built this property with a lot of love- it shows in the design, furniture pieces and even the cutlery pieces!:) Nestled right on the banks of the Chapora river- this is away from the usual hustle and bustle of the Goan tourist circuit. Come with the right expectations and you will be floored. A must visit experience for all folks who have done the usual things in Goa before.

The apartment was so clean, well equipped, located in the heart of the city. There was no disturbance and the internet, power connection was also so nice. We just had the wonderful stay at this place.

Extremely homely place. Super responsive host and was present in person to meet and expalin all the details. We reached late eveing and he had arranged home cooked delicious local food as desired for the dinner as well as in person delivered the same for night and morning breakfast. Well maitained property. Amey was very open to suggestions and personally asked for views. He captured smallest of details on things we suggested and made then available. Ihad my pet with me and he and ensured basic things like food bowls etc were availabe at the property for the pet. I would love to visit Amey's place again and would strongly recommned the property for people who would like to live at a place to experience home away from home in true sense.

Gail and Savio were amazing and very very hospitable. The home itself is breathtaking. The hosts were very caring and accomodating. They checked on us on a daily basis. The pool was where we were to be found all the time. We cooked, we laughed, we made wonderful memories. Will certainly come back

I had the most wonderful experience staying at this charming Airbnb in Kolhapur! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The host was incredibly friendly, always available to provide helpful recommendations about local attractions and dining spots. The space itself was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and local flair. The decor reflected the vibrant culture of Kolhapur, and I loved the cozy, homely atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch – everything I could possibly need was provided. One of the highlights of my stay was the peaceful surroundings, offering a serene retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location was ideal – close to the main attractions like the famous Mahalaxmi Temple and other historical sites. Will definitely visit again soon ✨

We had the best 2 days at Solitude….extremely private and beautiful location…best part was the fireflies which we saw at night…the sight was delightful! Uncle is humble and extremely welcoming, his help Janu came with us to the various spots which were nearby-it was a great help since the places are in forest and there hardly any network.Our pet had a great unleashed experience, roaming around and playing with the gentle giant Priya (A GSD). Food cooked by the local villagers was simple and yummy. We will definitely be back for another digital detox…highly recommend!

The place is so peaceful and serene that you will calm and relaxed . The surrounding is lush green and soothing to the eyes . The terrace is amazing and you can enjoy beautiful weather in the evening sipping coffee or tea . The host is very helpful and forthcoming in whatever you need .

We rented this beautiful villa in Goa Velha for a bachelorette party. The property was spacious and well-maintained. The highlight was the private pool, which became the centerpiece of our celebrations—it was clean, inviting, and surrounded by lush greenery that added a tropical vibe. We even used the pool until 4 am with no issues. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed, from the kitchen to comfortable bedrooms. The outdoor seating area was ideal for relaxing evening. The host, Mayur was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the caretaker Manju for making several trips to accommodate our requests. The location was peaceful and private, something we were looking for. This villa truly made the bachelorette fun and unforgettable. Highly recommend it for anyone planning a group getaway in Goa!
