Our visit to Albuquerque was an enjoyable success due to Essie's comfortable, clean, and welcoming guest house (rental). Essie responded to our questions promptly - great communication. The rental is quite spacious; it was described and photographed accurately. The kitchen was very well equipped - we ate nearly all meals at the rental. The location worked for us quite well - near hiking in the Sandias and shopping needs were met via businesses on Paseo del Norte. When next visiting Albuquerque, we would absolutely request to stay at Essie's rental again.

Phillips Place was the perfect spot for my friends and me. We were all able to stay together in the same house without feeling cramped. Each room had its own full bathroom, WiFi, and TV, which added a nice touch of privacy. Sometimes when you go on vacation, it can be hard to find time alone, but Phillips Place struck a great balance between shared spaces and personal time. The common areas were lovely, and it really felt like a resort experience. Plus, the location was fantastic with great restaurants nearby. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay!

if you like privacy and peaceful surroundings this is the place to be, inside is like movie set ,transporting you to a truly western world. next time I will spend more time on this place to connect with the natural environment in and out , I fully recommend it for a family or two or three couples just to relax and enjoy the beautiful house and surroundings.

Perfect location to spend time with dear friend who was celebrating a milestone birthday. We were able to visit many Albuquerque museums, Old Town and hike some beautiful areas.

Elizabeth's place was amazing, she was an absolutely wonderful host and went above and beyond! Highly highly recommend!

The photos don’t do this wonderful home justice! There are so many thoughtful touches that the hosts have added to this home. The neighborhood is great and every morning when we took a walk, we were greeted with smiles and waves from everyone we came across. Would absolutely re-book.

Perfect place - peaceful, clean, easy to get in, and we slept great (I love it when airbnbs have dark curtains!). Most importantly, it was just a few blocks from Old Town, museums, and the amazing Sawmill Market (food hall). We felt totally safe walking around and it was so convenient! Finally, Rhonda was very responsive to questions and provided some great local tips. Thank you!

Amazing deal for the cost. Walkable to Old Downtown, Botanical Garden, Aquarium and river walk natural area. Clean, quiet and comfortable accomodations for a party of 7. Kitchen had everything we needed to pre meals easily and dishwasher made clean up easy. Would definitely rent this home again when in the area.

Great place to stay. My Mom stayed here and had all she needed for less than a price of a hotel, which is the way AirBnb used to be! Only thing to keep in mind is that they have a tankless water heater. If you know how to use those, no big deal, but she did need to figure that out as she is a little older.
