We had a great weekend in Newcastle in this lovely apartment which was in a great location with lovely views. James was always responsive to messages and met us at the apartment to show us in. We would definitely recommend.

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect with a mall across the street and lots of restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive which was nice because we got in later at night. The place was extremely clean which is super nice when on the road! I would definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed the flat, all perfect - location, condition of flat and had all the things needed. Ben was super helpful. Would recommend a stay no problem!

Stayed at the apartment for 3 nights, lovely place that had everything I needed. It's in a great location so close to the city. Loved that I could park right outside the property. I would happily stay here again.

lovely property, well described and lived up to expectations. Host was responsive, welcoming and made us feel welcome with some bits and pieces like milk and bread for when we arrived. Everywhere was spotless - no complaints. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Myself and my wife stayed with friends for a couple of nights over the new year, Apartment was in a perfect spot in Alnwick, and private parking space was a bonus, All amenities available in apartment and no issues at all during stay Communication with Kate was excellent and messages and maps very informative Would highly recommend

This four bedroomed house was in a brilliant location and very close to the beaches, pubs and town centre. The house was over three floors which helped with spacing out the two families. There was a double bedroom on the lower floor, a double with en-suite on the first floor and then a further two king bedrooms on the second floor. There is only one parking space but we found alternative parking for the second car on the cobbled street outside. The house has plenty of space and well equipped with crockery and utensils. The bedding and towels were all clean. The WiFi wasn’t great especially with no phone signal. All in all though a Lovely home in a great location.

The perfect spot for us to explore the borders , very comfortable.

Kirk Andrews house was a fantastic place to stay for a large group, we were four adults and five children. It was equipped with everything we needed, rooms were large & clean, bathrooms equipped with plenty towels & also toiletries. The pool table was an added bonus which the kids loved. For such a big house it was lovely & warm, the only criticism is the chairs & sofas which are well past their best and in need of replacing but this did not spoil our stay at all. The house is very private and surrounded by beautiful views on all sides, lovey walks all around too.

We enjoyed our stay in this property, it was decorated to a high standard and had a good amount of space for our needs. It had almost all the facilities we needed to celebrate Christmas (we needed to buy a few more trays for the oven but that was about it). One thing to be aware of that we missed when booking is that the bathroom is downstairs at the back of the house, behind the kitchen, which was a bit of a surprise as we didn't remember seeing that noted before booking, however didn't cause us too many issues during the visit. The only other thing to note is there were a few minor maintenance issues (missing/dead light bulbs for example) that should be fixed, however again this didn't cause any problems during the stay, just something that could be improved to fully bring out the potential of the space.

I have booked Iain's property a few times now and not once have I had any issues or complaints. Thanks for the top service!

Cosy and ingenious use of space. Loved the thoughtful decor and the fabulous selection of books. Within easy walking distance of shops and the lovely Milan restaurant.

Lovely spot in the Tarset valley. Feels so cosy and in the middle of nowhere but actually close to all sorts of pubs and Bellingham. Comfy bed as well

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Pete is a really kind, flexible and friendly host and the apartment is just amazing, so well equipped, spacious, clean and in the most beautiful setting! I couldn't recommend it more highly and look forward to returning to make more happy memories :)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Alnwick in this lovely light and airy apartment, which was at the same time and cosy and comfortable. As soon as I got there, I felt instantly at home. Curling up in the comfy armchair in the reading nook was the perfect way to spend a rainy morning. The bed is very comfortable, and the heating system is easy to use which I was grateful for since it was February in Northumberland. I have food allergies and like a good kitchen in places that I stay when I travel, and this one had everything I needed. The apartment is very central, just round the corner from the marketplace and easy to find and access. It's very handy for shops, restaurants and lots of independent coffee shops. It's also an easy walk from Barter Books and Alnwick Castle. I loved the apartment so much, I'm hoping to return later in the year. Thanks, Barry, for such a lovely place to stay!

Spotlessly pristine, beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, lovely touches with milk in fridge , coffee & fika treats on arrival. Amazing location. Highly recommend. 10/10. Faultless.

We had a lovely stay. The flat was just as described. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk easily into Jesmond and also into Newcastle. Thank you for having us.

We booked after reading other reviews and we weren't disappointed. Immaculately clean and such a gorgeous place to stay. Perfectly placed to walk into the city, 15 minute walk, but tucked away in a lovely quiet location. Would definitely recommend 👌

Beautiful apartment. Lesley-Ann was very helpful, much appreciated sorting out a highchair for us at short notice despite not being on the initial listing. Exceptionally quiet considering its location under the bridge, walkable for great restaurants etc. We didn’t find the steps to be much of an issue at all despite having lots to carry. Easy to unload bags from the car on the road, then Quayside multi-storey was very convenient and cheap. Loved our stay! To note for other parents: The travel cot provided was basic, with a thin and quite hard foldable mattress that doesn’t stretch to the sides of the cot, and doesn’t attach to the sides of the cot. The sheet on the mattress didn’t fit, so spare material creasing up. It did the job for our toddler but if he had been a baby I’m not sure I would’ve been happy with it.

We absolutely loved our second stay in Lynn’s place will be booking again
