This place is beautiful, clean, private, and close to many things. It was a little loud on a weekend night due to a live band playing next door, but thankfully it was really good music, and easy to fall asleep to! And it did not last too late into the evening. I didn't ask for entry instructions ahead of time, so I had to ask the neighboring restaurant for help to get ahold of Claudia. Thankfully she was right there, and the rest was smooth sailing!

The house is an A+. Kelin, the property manager was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond in the planning stages (flights from Belize City) and helped with arranging taxis and pizza delivery orders. The complimentary pick-up and drop off from the airport were an added bonus. All in all, both Keith and Kelin could not have been more accommodating and helpful!

Great spot on the northern side of the island. Worth dealing with crossing the split if you want a little peace and quiet. Great communication and property

We stayed in Caye Cauker for 5 nights and had a lovely time at Claudia’s place. The location was perfect!! It’s tucked down a little side street off the Main Street so it’s right amongst the action while also being nice and quiet. It was such a cute place to stay in and had everything we needed. The only downside for us was that we were double booked on our first night but the 4 nights at turtle back hideaway were perfect. The full day snorkelling is a must too, so so amazing!!

Amelia’s place was great! Had the good weather stuck around would have been even better, but that doesn’t reflect on the property. Thankfully we had a great house to stay in because of the weather. Loved hanging out in the hammocks and walking on the pier and checking out the sea creatures. There was a lil juvenile local crocodile hanging around out by the pier we got to see a couple times. Couldn’t get a good picture though because he wants nothing to do with people. All in all it was great stay and visit. rooms are big and spacious. A.C worked great. We had two boys, 5 and 8 and me and my wife. It was perfect. Would stay again.

Bella Mar is a lovely place--we would definitely stay again! We were 4 couples, and the accommodations were great for us. Wonderful, comfortable living room to lounge in, and beautiful outdoor space including beach and pool. Noe shopped for us before we arrived and helped us and our bags to the home, which made our arrival very smooth. Thank you for a great stay--we can't wait to come back!

This was a great stay for our family of 6. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well as did the wifi. Loved the dock and pool and palapa hangout oh, and hammock. Out of the busy town area, private, and relaxing to watch sunrises and sunsets.

This property was perfect for our trip. The rooms and bathrooms were just as pictured. There is a great patio. Neighborhood was mostly quiet but not too far from restaurants and other activities. The pool was very enjoyable! The only thing I would advise is there is no elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor so inconvenient for luggage but we made it up.

Great location, great staff, and great service. We had a wonderful stay at the Palms. The concierge service was amazing. They helped us with transportation from the airport as well as a driver around the city. I would recommend to anyone coming to Belize city.

We booked the Villa for a wedding on the island. The home comfortably held most of our family and we made use of the casita. The house was BEAUTIFUL and the pictures don’t do it justice. The concierge, Cora, was great about answering questions and providing suggestions. Johnny was a great fishing guide. The caretaker, Jorge, was so helpful and kind. They all helped make our stay and wedding perfect. We would definitely stay again!

Loved it! The staff is so accommodating, helpful and friendly. It is so clean and relaxing. We stayed for one night upon arrival to Belize. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone coming down. We loved our room so much we wanted to stay longer. It’s at good location form the airport and close to local restaurants. They are so welcoming. 10/10!! It’s even better than the photos 🤩
